UFC Chief Dana White Blasts ‘Dummies’ Criticizing Him Over Bud Light Partnership (VIDEO)

UFC chief Dana White has responded to the “dummies” criticizing him for making Bud Light the official beer of the sports company.

Earlier this week, Bud Light and the UFC announced they had made a massive $100 million sponsorship deal.

Bud Light has had an extremely rough year, after a partnership with transgender activist and influencer Dylan Mulvaney prompted a massive and sustained boycott by conservatives. Liberals later joined the boycott after claiming the brand did not do enough to defend the TikTok celebrity.

News of the sponsorship deal prompted calls for a UFC boycott.

White was asked about the backlash following “Power Slap 5” on Wednesday, according to a report from TMZ.

Responding to the critics calling him a sellout and all about the money, White called them “dummies” and asserted that of course sponsorship deals are about the cash.

“Everybody on every side of this deal that were involved — other beer companies and everything else — absolutely, positively knows that this was not about money for me,” Dana said. “We were going to end up with money no matter who we ended up with.”

White claimed that he selected Bud Light because they support the military, law enforcement and local farmers.

“I saw some other f***ing a**hole today saying, ‘Oh, it sounds like they wrote him a script on what to say.’ Nobody writes me a script. Nobody tells me what to say. Ever.”

According to a press release from the companies, “With this sponsorship, in the U.S., Bud Light will bring easy enjoyment to 21+ fans with 360-degree programming, including custom social and digital content, broadcast integration, on-site presence, and more.”

This will include prominent branding inside the Octagon at every UFC event, other in-arena promotion, and “original content distributed through UFC’s popular digital and social channels.”

UFC CEO Dana White said in a statement when the sponsorship was announced, “Anheuser-Busch and Bud Light were UFC’s original beer sponsors more than fifteen years ago. I’m proud to announce we are back in business together. There are many reasons why I chose to go with Anheuser-Busch and Bud Light, most importantly because I feel we are very aligned when it comes to our core values and what the UFC brand stands for. I’m looking forward to all of the incredible things we will do in the years ahead.”

Bud Light had been the top selling beer in the US for over two decades, but was pushed out of the top spot and replaced by Modelo during the boycott.

Previous attempts to win back conservative beer drinkers included donating to a veteran’s organization, making camo print beer cans, and using more football and country music in their commercials.

The UFC partnership is scheduled to begin on January 1.

CNN Issues Humiliating Correction, Admits to Unquestioningly Parroting Terrorist Talking Points

CNN Issues Humiliating Correction, Admits to Unquestioningly Parroting Terrorist Talking Points

The disinformation operation known as CNN has issued a correction to a story that claimed Israel had bombed a hospital in Gaza, a claim that has since been proven false.

In the correction, the far-left, low-rated network essentially admitted that it had breathlessly parroted Hamas’ narrative without a second thought.

CNN was among numerous establishment media outlets (and elected officials) that jumped on claims that Israel targeted a hospital in Gaza last week.

An archive of the network’s initial story on the blast shows a headline blaring, “Israel hits hospital and school in Gaza as blockade puts healthcare system in state of ‘collapse.’”

“A school and a hospital in Gaza were among the places lethally blasted by Israeli airstrikes on Tuesday as humanitarian concerns mount over ongoing deprivation of food, fuel and electricity to the isolated population,” CNN irresponsibly reported.

“The strike on Al-Ahli Baptist Hospital in Gaza is likely to have killed hundreds, the Palestinian Health Ministry said in a statement, adding that there are still many people under the hospital rubble. CNN has asked the IDF for comment on [the] hospital strike.”

Those lines were the opener of a lengthy report on the plight of Gazans “under siege” by Israel, which is retaliating against Hamas after the terrorist group killed, wounded, raped and kidnapped thousands of Israeli civilians on Oct. 7.

Naturally, there was much more to the story than what CNN reported, including the fact that the Palestinian Health Ministry — the source of the inflammatory claim that Israel bombed the hospital — is controlled by Hamas.

It turns out that Islamic militants fired the rocket that hit the hospital, not Israel. That rocket was probably intended to kill Israeli civilians but instead killed Palestinians — and much fewer than Hamas claimed.

That’s exactly what Israel said had happened, and what it presumably would have told CNN had the network waited for a comment instead of rushing to publish fake news on the word of terrorists.

CNN isn’t sorry for reporting fake news. It is not apologizing for carrying water for people who murder women and children.

Instead, it quietly issued a correction that is highly unlikely to reach as many readers as its initial, false reporting did.

The correction reads:

CORRECTION: This article on the Gaza hospital blast initially did not clearly attribute claims about Israel’s responsibility to the Hamas-controlled Ministry of Health in Gaza. Israel later said a ‘misfired’ rocket by militant group Islamic Jihad caused the blast and produced evidence to support its claim.

US President Joe Biden said the Israeli position is backed by US intelligence. CNN’s forensic analysis of images and videos suggests a rocket fired from within Gaza caused the blast, not an Israeli airstrike.

CNN’s decision to correct the record is, of course, better late than never. But the damage has already been done.

The saga goes to show just how much resistance Israel is facing from all sides as it tries to prevent its citizens from being annihilated by jihadists.

The country can’t even count on the American media to sort out the facts before making itself a megaphone for people whose sole goal in life is to wipe Israel off the map.

There is simply no bottom to how low the far-left media will stoop.

Homeland Security and IRS Raid and Shutdown Supermarket Owned by Sacramento City Council Member

Federal agencies on Thursday closed down Viva Supermarkets, a chain of grocery stores owned by Sacramento City Councilman Sean Loloee.

Loloee has been under scrutiny by federal prosecutors since 2009 for alleged violations of federal labor laws.

Homeland Security Investigations and the IRS Criminal Investigation unit raided four Viva supermarkets across Sacramento County. Agents were seen removing electronic devices and boxes from the premises, the Sacramento Bee reported.

John A. Pearl, a spokesman for the IRS, confirmed that Homeland Security Investigations and the IRS criminal investigations conducted an “authorized criminal enforcement activity” at Viva Supermarket locations. Pearl was tight-lipped about the details, citing the need to “protect all parties involved, including the agents and subjects of the investigation.”

Signs saying “Sorry Temporarily Closed” were displayed outside the Viva Supermarkets locations at 3845 Marysville Blvd. in Sacramento and 10385 Folsom Blvd. in Rancho Cordova. Homeland Security agents were spotted inside the closed stores. Red tape reading “U.S. Customs and Border Protection” and “Evidence — Do not open” was visible at the Rancho Cordova location.

The Sacramento Bee reported that Loloee had been scrutinized three times by federal prosecutors since 2009. The investigators have alleged that he violated federal minimum wage, overtime compensation, record-keeping, and child labor laws. Even a follow-up investigation in 2020 found that he allegedly violated these laws again. The third investigation went further to allege that Loloee coerced his employees into compliance.

Loloee was noticeably unavailable for comment following the raid. His office clarified that the issue at hand is related to the councilman’s personal businesses and is not connected to his work at City Hall.

Intruder Arrested for Trespassing at JFK Jr.’s Home TWICE on Wednesday

Intruder Arrested for Trespassing at JFK Jr.’s Home TWICE on Wednesday

An intruder was arrested for trespassing at Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s Los Angeles home on Wednesday — and returned to trespass again right after the police released him.

The independent candidate’s security team from Gavin de Becker & Associates (GDBA) detected and detained the intruder after he scaled a fence and asked to see Kennedy.

The trespasser was then handed over to the Los Angeles Police Department, according to a press release from Kennedy’s campaign.

“After being released from police custody, the man immediately returned to Kennedy’s residence and was arrested again,” the campaign said. “The candidate was home at the time of both arrests.”

The security team had notified the Secret Service about this specific “obsessed individual several times in recent months and shared alarming communications he has sent to the candidate,” the press release says.

The Biden administration has repeatedly denied Kennedy Secret Service protection despite multiple formal requests from his campaign.

“Over the last several months, the campaign submitted formal requests for Secret Service protection, yet U.S. Department of Homeland Security Sec. Alejandro Mayorkas has refused to approve the protection,” the press release explains.

“Every presidential administration for 55 years has afforded early protection to candidates who requested it. The Biden administration is the sole outlier.”

The most recent request, sent on October 25, outlined the threats Kennedy faced since he declared that he was running for office.

“Most significantly, your office and Secret Service are aware of a man named Adrian Aispuro, who recently showed up at a side door to a Kennedy campaign event, identified himself as a US Marshal, and demanded to be brought to the candidate immediately,” the request explains. “The man was carrying a loaded handgun, and arresting LAPD officers found he had a second loaded gun (with laser sight) in his backpack, along with extra ammunition.”

According to the campaign, Aispuro was not the same man arrested during the most recent intrusion.

Georgia’s Lt. Governor Wants to Pay Teachers an Extra $10,000 to Carry Guns in Schools

Georgia’s Lt. Governor Wants to Pay Teachers an Extra $10,000 to Carry Guns in Schools

Georgia’s Lt. Governor Burt Jones is proposing that teachers in the state be paid an extra $10,000 to carry guns in schools.

The idea is that this will prevent school shootings or at least give people in schools a fighting chance if a shooting occurs.

This has been suggested in other places in recent years and it’s not a bad idea. A shooter might think twice if they know staffers in a school are armed.

The Associated Press reports:

Georgia’s lieutenant governor wants to pay teachers $10,000 a year to carry guns at school

Georgia’s lieutenant governor said Wednesday that he wants to pay teachers $10,000 a year to encourage them to carry guns in schools.

Republican Lt. Gov. Burt Jones, speaking at Austin Road Elementary School in Winder on Wednesday, said he wants the state to spend more money on school safety, including paying for teachers and other non-officers to take firearms training, and paying teachers who hold a firearms training certificate an annual stipend.

His plan also calls for stricter standards for already-required school safety plans and boosting money the state gives schools to hire school resource officers with police certification. Salary and benefits for such officers can cost $80,000 or more.

“We feel like this is the best way to prepare faculty, but also prepare law enforcement and the system however we can,” Jones said, saying the state should be “proactive” to prevent shootings.

Former President Donald Trump and others have called for arming teachers, saying gun-free school zones are targets for armed assailants.

Jones is quite serious about this.

This proposed legislation builds on recent legislative reforms, enhances the security measures in our schools, and allows local school systems to decide if this program is right for their needs.

The left will hate this idea but it makes perfect sense.
