New York Attorney General Letitia James is now seeking to punish the worlds largest producer of beef products.
A far-left judge recently ordered Trump to pay a $355 million judgment (which has now swelled to $464 million with interest) and banned Trump from doing business in New York for 3 years after Letitia James sought to destroy the former president.
Now she’s waging a war on meatpacking giant JBS USA Foods Co.
“The lawsuit filed in a New York state court in Manhattan seeks a $5,000 civil fine per violation of state business laws, and to recoup ill-gotten gains from false sustainability claims.” – Reuters reported.

Letitia James absurdly claimed families are willing to pay more for food if their products are better for the environment.
“Families [are] willing to spend more of their hard-earned money on products from brands that are better for the environment,” James said in a statement. “JBS USA’s greenwashing exploits the pocketbooks of everyday Americans and the promise of a healthy planet for future generations.”

JBS (JBSS3.SA), opens new tab, the world’s largest beef producer, was sued on Wednesday by New York state’s attorney general, which accused it of misleading the public about its impact on the environment in order to boost sales.
Attorney General Letitia James said JBS USA Food Co, the Brazilian company’s American-based unit, has “no viable plan” to reach net zero greenhouse gas emissions by 2040, making its stated commitment to achieving that goal false and misleading.
James said JBS has admitted its “Net Zero by 2040” commitment did not incorporate the vast majority of greenhouse gas emissions from its supply chain, including from deforestation in the Amazon.
She also said reaching the goal was “infeasible” given JBS’ plan to increase production and therefore its carbon footprint, on top of greenhouse gas emissions that had by 2021 exceeded those of the entire country of Ireland.

A crazed woman was caught on video going on a violent rampage in a tony Los Angeles neighborhood and even used a medieval weapon during part of the attack.
The incident occurred Monday according to TMZ. Witnesses saw a fully naked lady go berserk on a boardwalk in Venice Beach, confronting and attacking residents before another woman intervened.
The woman, dressed in a black tank top, attempted to end the madness with spiked clubs. The video, captured by TMZ, shows the clothed woman swinging a club at the nudist, who retreats to defend herself. This process repeats itself for several minutes.

The clothed lady then strikes the naked one with the baton before hurling it at her. The nude woman then scoops the object off the ground and starts running toward her attacker as well as other individuals.

The clothed woman then grabs a second baton and battles the naked one. The altercation reportedly went on for about six minutes without any police response.
Other individuals were accosted and threatened by the nudist during the altercation according to TMZ.
Police did not respond to TMZ for comment when asked if anyone was arrested following the incident.
Los Angeles has been ravaged with serious crime over the past several years thanks to Democrat-run leadership. But this incident qualifies as bizarre even by their standards.

The Gateway Pundit previously reported that Air Force member Aaron Bushnell set himself on fire outside of the Israeli embassy on Sunday.
Bushnell recorded the act of self-immolation and, in the video, stated, “I am an active duty member of the United States Air Force, and I will no longer be complicit in genocide. I’m about to engage in an extreme act of protest. But, compared to what people have been experiencing in Palestine at the hands of their colonizers, it’s not extreme at all. This is what our ruling class has decided will be normal.”
He proceeded to light himself on fire and shout, “Free Palestine.”
Days after Bushnell took his life, The Intercept analyzed Bushnell’s social media profiles and was able to link the Reddit account acebush1 to Bushnell.
After analyzing Bushnell’s Reddit account, The Intercept concluded Bushnell “grew disillusioned with the U.S. military and his own role as a service member.”
Posts on his account revealed Bushnell was ideologically an anarchist who called for both the U.S. military and police to be disarmed.
In one comment on Reddit, a post from Bushnell read, “Common sense gun control should mean “disarming the police and military first.”

In a separate subreddit, Bushnell wrote that cults are a result of “whiteness,” and in another subreddit, he posted a photo with a graphic that read, “No God, No Boss, No Husband, No State.”
His disdain towards “colonizers” and “Democracy” was also present in his Reddit posts:
In a jarring post on the subreddit Anarchy4Everyone, Bushnell wrote, “Jesus can f*** off with his demagoguery.”

A month later, the 25-year-old Air Force service member commented on the AntifascistofReddit page and gave his take on the war in Gaza.
It appears Bushnell was ready to leave the Air Force because a social media post he wrote on r/Anarchism read, “on the way out.”
In a concerning post in the r/Air Force, the 25-year-old airman shared he wasn’t fond of being told what to do by leadership and shared how he was tired of saluting Colonels.
Per The Intercept:
In the months leading up to Bushnell’s act of self-immolation, several of acebush1’s posts showed how sharply their view of the military had shifted. On the r/Airforce subreddit, a user asked veterans whether, in hindsight, they would still choose to join the military. Acebush1 answered, “Absolutely not.”
“I have been complicit in the violent domination of the world,” they said, “and I will never get the blood off my hands.”
The Intercept analysis linked the acebush1 Reddit account to Bushnell by analyzing his social media activity. In a post on Facebook the same day as his self-immolation, Bushnell had posted a link to the video streaming platform Twitch with the username LillyAnarKitty. Using a Twitch username history tool that identifies a user’s prior account names, The Intercept found that the same Twitch User ID number used by LillyAnarKitty previously employed the handle acebush1.
A Reddit user with the same username — acebush1 — posted over a thousand times since 2014. The Reddit posts mention details that align closely with Bushnell’s life, including being in the Air Force, having a friend who was a conscientious objector, and studying computer science.
Another concerning post from Bushnell was his “OhNoAnyway” reaction to three U.S. Army reserves who were killed in a drone attack in Jordan.
It seems that Bushnell did not…cover himself in glory on Reddit.

Hunter Biden on Wednesday arrived on Capitol Hill today for his closed-door deposition before Congress in part of the Republican impeachment process against Joe Biden.
Hunter will testify today before the House Oversight and Judiciary committees.
“I am here today to provide the Committees with the one uncontestable fact that should end the false premise of this inquiry: I did not involve my father in my business,” Hunter Biden testified Wednesday morning. “Not while I was a practicing lawyer, not in my investments or transactions domestic or international, not as a board member, and not as an artist. Never.”
“You read this fact in the many letters that have been sent to you over the last year as part of your so-called impeachment investigation. You heard this fact when I said it weeks ago, standing outside of this building. You heard this fact from a parade of other witnesses – former colleagues and business partners of mine, including my uncle – who have testified before you in similar proceedings. And now, today, you hear this fact directly from me,” he continued in his opening statement.

Hunter Biden made a similar carefully crafted statement about his father in December as he gave an unprecedented press conference on Capitol Hill.
“My father was not financially involved in my business,” Hunter Biden said in December.
“Let me state as clearly as I can. My father was not financially involved in my business. Not as a practicing lawyer. Not as a board member of Burisma. Not in my partnership with a Chinese private businessman. Not in my investments at home nor abroad and certainly not an artist,” Hunter said in remarks on Capitol Hill in December.
Hunter was careful to specifically say his father was never ‘financially’ involved in his business.
On Wednesday, he was careful to say he ‘didn’t involve’ his father in his business.
Joe Biden was heavily involved in his son Hunter’s overseas business.
Devon Archer, Hunter Biden’s longtime friend and business associate, appeared before the House Oversight Committee over the summer to testify on the Biden Crime Family.
Here are some key takeaways from Devon Archer’s testimony per the House Oversight Committee:
When Joe Biden was Vice President of the United States, he joined Hunter Biden’s dinners with his foreign business associates in person or by speakerphone over 20 times.
Devon Archer testified that the value of adding Hunter Biden to Burisma’s board was “the brand” and confirmed that then-Vice President Joe Biden was “the brand” and that the 20 phone calls were to sell “the brand.”
Devon Archer admitted that “Burisma would have gone out of business if ‘the brand’ had not been attached to it.” Because of the Bidens’ involvement, people would have been intimidated to mess with Burisma legally.
In December 2015, Mykola Zlochevsky, the owner of Burisma, and Vadym Pozharski, an executive of Burisma, placed constant pressure on Hunter Biden to get help from D.C. regarding the Ukrainian prosecutor, Viktor Shokin. Shokin was investigating Burisma for corruption.
Hunter Biden, along with Zlochevsky and Pozharski, “called D.C.” to discuss the matter. Biden, Zlochevsky, and Pozharski stepped away to make the call. This raises concerns that Hunter Biden was in violation of the Foreign Agents Registration Act.
Joe Biden was dialed into a dinner in Paris with a French energy company and in China with Jonathan Li, the CEO of BHR. Then-VP Biden also had coffee with Li in Beijing and even wrote a letter of recommendation for college for Li’s daughter.
Archer confirmed Joe Biden was referred to as “my guy” by Hunter Biden.
In 2014, then-VP Biden attended a business dinner with Hunter & his associates at Café Milano in D.C. Elena Baturina, a Russian oligarch who is the widow of the former mayor of Moscow, was an attendee. Notably, the Biden Admin’s public sanctions do not contain Baturina.
It should also be noted the Burisma founder Mykola Zlochevsky held 17 audio tapes, 15 with Hunter and 2 with Joe Biden, he kept as an insurance policy.
Per RNC Research, Joe Biden met with Hunter’s business associates over at least a dozen times.
Hunter Biden’s investment vehicle Owasco made DIRECT payments (screenshots below) to Joe Biden, according to newly obtained bank records.
Millions of dollars from China were funneled to Hunter Biden’s investment vehicle Owasco.
In one instance, Hunter and Joe Biden threatened a Chinese business associate – pay up or else!
“I am sitting here with my father and we would like to understand why the commitment made has not been fulfilled. Tell the director that I would like to resolve this now before it gets out of hand, and now means tonight. And, Z, if I get a call or text from anyone involved in this other than you, Zhang, or the chairman, I will make certain that between the man sitting next to me and every person he knows and my ability to forever hold a grudge that you will regret not following my directions. I am sitting here waiting for the call with my father.”
A few weeks later Hunter Biden received a $5 million wire from a Chinese firm.
On August 8, 2017, $5 million was wired from a CEFC-affiliated investment vehicle (Northern International) to the bank account for Hudson West III, which spent the next year transferring $4,790,375 million directly to Hunter Biden’s firm, Owasco.

Terrence Bradley drips in sweat on the witness stand – Feb. 27
NBC hacks were left reeling yesterday during the testimony of Nathan Wade’s former law partner and divorce lawyer, Terrence Bradley, calling him an adverse witness as he was grilled by attorneys for Trump and his co-defendants in the Georgia election interference RICO indictment.
Atlanta Journal-Constitution political writer and NBC guest Craig Gillen said that a Fani Willis disqualification would be a “death sentence for this case” as Bradley was losing his mind on the witness stand.
According to the Atlanta Journal-Constitution, Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis “financially benefited” from a romantic relationship with top Trump prosecutor Nathan Wade.
Earlier this month, Fani Willis and Nathan Wade were subpoenaed to testify at an evidentiary hearing thanks to a lawsuit filed by Trump’s RICO co-defendant Michael Roman.
Judge Scott McAfee previously said Fani Willis may be disqualified from Trump’s RICO case over her improper relationship with top Trump prosecutor Nathan Wade.
Bradley was back on the stand on Tuesday after previously refusing to answer questions and hiding behind attorney-client privilege. However, Judge Scott McAfee ruled he was not protected by attorney-client privilege and ordered him to testify Tuesday morning.
He was sweating bullets on the witness stand as he now claims he cannot not recall any information about Fani Willis and Nathan Wade’s relationship before Wade was appointed as a special prosecutor to the lead case.

“It’s GAME OVER for Her” – Even Far-Left MSNBC Admits “Fani Willis Lied to The Court” in Trump Election Interference Case — Trump Responds, “ANOTHER SCAM COORDINATED WITH THE BIDEN WHITE HOUSE”
Earlier this month, it was already evident that Fani Willis lied to the court after Robin Yearti, who worked in Fani Willis’s office, testified that Fani Willis and Nathan Wade started their relationship in 2019 – before Willis assigned Nathan Wade as lead prosecutor in the RICO lawfare case against President Trump, meaning Fani Willis likely committed perjury by saying there was no romantic relationship between the two.
Yearti’s testimony is further corroborated by text messages that Bradley previously sent to Michael Roman’s attorney, Ashleigh Merchant, admitting that the relationship “absolutely” started before Willis’s office hired Wade and “they will deny it,” though he refused to answer questions about these messages Tuesday. Merchant further revealed that Bradley told her that Fani Willis and Nathan Wade were having sex in Willis’s private law office before she was even elected District Attorney and that Wade had a garage door opener to Fani Willis’s home.
Bradley later told co-defendant Robert Cheeley’s attorney, Richard Rice, that he doesn’t know if he would lie about Nathan Wade, a long-time friend of over ten years, when asked about his text messages exposing Wade to Ashleigh Merchant.
“At the time of her election as Fulton County District Attorney, Willis had worked as a Managing Attorney for the Law Office of Fani Willis, LLC since 2018,” according to Ballotpedia. Willis was then elected DA in 2020 — long before Nathan Wade was improperly hired to prosecute Trump.
News also broke last week that the attorneys for Trump and Roman geo-tracked Nathan Wade and found that Wade likely made at least 35 visits to Fani’s home BEFORE he was appointed to lead the case. They also discovered that the two exchanged over 2,000 voice calls and almost 12,000 text messages in the 11 months of January to November 2021 before Nathan Wade was hired.
However, Wade and Willis both testified under oath earlier this month that they started a relationship AFTER he was appointed to lead the Trump election interference case.
Early in Terrence Bradley’s testimony yesterday, NBC legal analyst Catherine Christian reacted to his refusal to answer questions, calling him “clearly an adverse witness” and saying, “He is there not wanting to answer questions, being a little evasive… I call it the ‘I don’t recall,’ usually you’ll hear when you’re doing a cross-examination of a witness that it not friendly.” While Christian tried to smear the phenomenal job by Ashleigh Merchant in showing that Bradley was uncooperative and misrepresenting his ability to remember details of Wade’s relationship with Willis, she continued, “It’s like pulling teeth to get him to answer her questions, and the judge rightly said he is an adverse witness.”

There were also questions yesterday as to why Terrence Bradley, in an email exchange with Ashleigh Merchant, verified the accuracy of the information in her Motion to Disqualify Fani Willis, which seeks to have the RICO charge dismissed as well as disqualify Willis over her romantic relationship with Wade. The filing claims Nathan Wade paid for luxury vacations he took with Fani Willis to Napa Valley and a cruise in the Caribbean – and used money from Fulton County to pay for their out-of-town escapades. It also states that Nathan Wade’s relationship with Fani Willis started before she hired Wade as a special prosecutor to go after Trump. When Merchant asked Bradley to verify the accuracy of a draft of her Motion before she filed it and if anything needed to be changed, Bradley simply replied to her email, “Looks good.”
Bradley told David Shafer’s attorney, Craig Gillen, that he knew Merchant wanted to file her Motion to Disqualify and reviewed the Motion with all of the allegations. However, Bradley contended several times throughout the hearing that he was referring only to a discrepancy in the amount of money he received for previous legal services when he said, “Looks good,” despite saying this after being asked if anything else in the Motion looked inaccurate.
About two hours after the hearing started, NBC reacted to Bradley’s questioning by Donald Trump attorney Steve Sadow over why he would speculate about Nathan Wade’s relationship with Fani Willis, as he claimed he did in text messages to Ashleigh Merchant.
Catherine Christian notes that Bradley was “refusing to say if he’s ever lied about friends before” and “being very, in my opinion, evasive.” She added, “The text messages speak for themself.”
Atlanta Journal-Constitution political reporter and NBC contributor Greg Bluestein added, “If Fani Willis is disqualified or if her office is disqualified, we at the AJC have compared it to a death sentence for this case. That’s because it would then hand the case off to the Prosecuting Attorneys’ Counsel of Georgia.” He continued, claiming that there are “personal reasons” that nobody will want to take the case up after Willis is disqualified, citing bogus fear from liberal prosecutors over alleged threats or harassment and claiming that Fani Willis has been a victim of racism.
What a joke! The real reason nobody wants to politically target Trump is more likely that none of these corrupt prosecutors want to be brought down and exposed for wrongdoing, as Fani Willis has been.
Catherine Christian later chimed in again, saying that Bradley’s “‘I don’t recalls’ are the hallmark of someone who doesn’t want to answer the questions that are asked.” She then called Willis’s improper relationship and improper hiring of Nathan Wade to persecute Donald Trump and 18 co-defendants “bad judgment in an unforth era,” while acknowledging that Willis and Wade likely committed perjury and violated rules of professional conduct.
