An illegal alien in Virginia has been charged with multiple counts related to producing child pornography.
Gherson Gonzales Hernandez, 24, of Honduras, has been arrested and charged with 10 counts related to child pornography material and two counts of unlawful creation of a videographic or still image of a minor, according to a report from Fox 5 DC.
The unlawful filming charge is related to an incident in August 2019.
“Arrest warrants obtained by FOX 5 on Friday state the warrants for the child pornography charges were issued Feb. 8, and they were connected to a Nov. 2023 offense,” the report explains. “The warrants also list a Springfield home address for the suspect, though neighbors FOX 5 spoke with Friday did not recognize him.”
ICE Enforcement and Removal Operations spokesperson James Covington provided the station with the following statement:
“Gherson Djorkaeff Gonzales-Hernandez is a 24-year-old unlawfully present Honduran national. He was arrested by Fairfax County Police Feb. 9, and charged with multiple crimes related to child sexual abuse material. ICE ERO Washington, D.C. lodged an immigration detainer against Gonzales-Hernandez with the Fairfax County Adult Detention Center following his arrest Feb. 9. As part of our mission to identify and arrest removable noncitizens, ERO lodges immigration detainers against noncitizens who have been arrested for criminal activity and taken into custody by state or local law enforcement.
Detainers request that state or local law enforcement agencies maintain custody of the noncitizen for a period not to exceed 48 hours beyond the time the individual would otherwise be released, allowing ERO to assume custody for removal purposes in accordance with federal law.
Detainers are a critical public safety tool because they focus enforcement resources on removable noncitizens who have been arrested for criminal activity. They increase the safety of all parties involved – ERO personnel, law enforcement officials, the removable noncitizens, and the public – by allowing an arrest to be made in a secure and controlled custodial setting as opposed to at-large within the community. Since detainers result in the direct transfer of a noncitizen from state or local custody to ERO custody, they also minimize the potential that an individual will reoffend.
Lack of cooperation between local law enforcement and federal immigration officers means criminal noncitizens are released back into our communities with opportunity to reoffend before being apprehended by ERO.
ERO encourages our local partners to review their current policies which restrict information sharing and threaten public safety.”

This says it all. Governor Newsom is now thanking Nikki Haley for her outlandish attacks on President Trump.
It’s been widely reported that Nikki Haley is funded by RINOs and Democrats. This goes way back to 2022 when she was collecting donations for her non-profit Stand for America. She still is being funded by Trump-hating radicals.
Nikki Haley on Friday attacked President Trump for being the victim of 90+ lawfare indictments by Joe Biden and the Democrats.
Haley even blamed President Trump after New York state stole $455 million from him in the Democrats latest lawfare case. Trump’s crime was taking loans in New York state and then paying them back on time and with interest. New York state leaders have decided capitalism is no longer allowed in the Empire State.
It should be clear to everyone at this point that Nikki is only hanging around to hurt Trump and put Democrats back in office in 2024.

Republican presidential candidate Nikki Haley has become one of the “better surrogates” for Democrats in 2024, California Gov. Gavin Newsom said Friday.
Haley, who is Donald Trump’s last remaining GOP primary rival, has attacked the former president throughout the race, arguing that the 77-year-old is too old to serve another term White House and warning that his “chaos” will hurt Republican chances at the ballot boxes in November.
“I think she’s one of our better surrogates, so I hope she stays in [the GOP primary race],” Newsom, 56, told CNN host Jake Tapper, arguing that her criticisms of the former president are “spot on.”

“Everyone I know is talking about my tight pants,” Iggy Pop proclaimed in a song with the creative title “Tight Pants.”
Combine that with some new lightweight material being used for MLB uniforms this year, and you get what seems to be a Major League Blunder.
The fashionistas at the New York Post went to great lengths to illustrate the problem, noting that on multiple players whose images have graced social media, all eyes are on what happens around the groin region.
MLB Players’ Association Executive Director Tony Clark said an outcry about wardrobe malfunctions is happening in many places where spring training has begun
“A lot of the rhetoric is confirmation that the pants are see-through,” Clark said, according to ESPN.
“It’s been an ongoing conversation where each day has yielded something new that doesn’t seem to make as much sense as you would like it,” he said, calling the pants a “universal concern.”
Nike offered an upbeat statement that “we always put the athlete at the center of everything we do. We worked closely with MLB players, teams and the league to create the most advanced uniforms in the history of MLB which are lighter and more flexible.
“The quality and the performance of our product is of the utmost importance to us. We will continue to work with MLB, the players and our manufacturing partner to address player uniforms,” Nike said.
ESPN noted that the uniforms, made by Fanatics, are also drawing criticism for feeling cheaper.
Clark said players will continue to advocate for something more to their liking.
“We’ll continue to engage those that are involved and determine next steps forward,” he said.
The uniforms were worn during last year’s All-Star game and drew rave reviews from someone who did not wear one.
“They’re designed to be performance wear as opposed to what’s been traditionally worn, so they are going to be different,” MLB Commissioner Rob Manfred said, according to CNN.
“I think after people wear them a little bit, they’re going to be really popular,” he said then.
Not yet.
“I know everyone hates them,” Phillies shortstop Trea Turner said, according to the Associated Press.
“We all liked what we had. We understand business, but I think everyone wanted to keep it the same way, for the most part, with some tweaks here or there,” he said.
Some are not yet angry, because with one thing or another, their pants are on backorder.
“Hopefully by Opening Day,” San Diego Padres pitcher Joe Musgrove said.
“We tried stuff on last year, we tried stuff on again in spring, but the samples they gave us, they didn’t have the proper length for anybody, so it’s hard to gauge if they fit right or not.”
Musgrove said he’s not worried — yet — about the see-through issue.
“Pants are pants — we’re going to wear them,” he said. “If they don’t fit right, you’ll deal with it.”

A New York elementary school is handing out Black Lives Matter coloring books promoting transgender “affirmation” to children in kindergarten through fifth grade.
Students at Brooklyn’s PS 321 William Penn were given the coloring book “What We Believe: A Black Lives Matter Principles Activity Book” to celebrate Black History Month.
The principles in the book are described as “empathy, loving engagement, and just action among its participants; affirm the importance of Black women, families, elders, and LGBTQ folk; and celebrate the strength and diversity of Black people in their communities and around the globe.”
“The book uses drawings and worksheets to promote the 13 tenets of the Black Lives Matter movement, under titles like ‘Queer Affirming,’ ‘Transgender Affirming,’ and ‘Restorative Justice,’” The Free Press reports.
The book also lists demands from BLM, which include “mandate black history & ethnic studies,” “hire more black teachers,” and “fund counselors not cops,” according to the Free Press report.
The report explains that the portion of the book entitled “Transgender Affirming,” tells students to read the book When Aidan Became a Brother which is “about a girl who transitions to a boy, and then answer questions on a worksheet like, ‘How do you feel when someone tells you what you can or can’t do based on your gender?’”
Another page states, “We make space for transgender people to participate and lead. We know that cisgender (not trans) people in our society have privilege, and we want to uplift trans people, especially black trans women who often experience violence.”
