Nicholas Jordan, the suspect charged in the University of Colorado dorm murders threatened to kill his other roommate if he was asked to take out the trash again, according to court documents unsealed on Friday.
Jordan, 25, gunned down his roommate Samuel Knopp and another victim Celie Rain Montgomery in a dorm room last Friday morning.
The two victims were found with a single gunshot wound to the head, according to Colorado Springs police.
Jordan appeared in court on Friday and the judge unsealed the arrest warrant.
“In addition to a gun that prosecutors have said was found in Jordan’s car, authorities recently learned that he also had a fully loaded AK-47, Robert Willett of the 4th Judicial District Attorney’s Office told Shakes. Jordan had a temporary job and was in the process of withdrawing from the university, he said.” The AP reported.
Police described the double murder as an “isolated incident” between people who knew each other.

A college student charged in the killing of his roommate and another person told his roommate he would “kill him” if he was asked to take out the trash again, according to a court document released Friday.
Nicholas Jordan is charged with two counts of first-degree murder, felony menacing and committing a crime of violence in the Feb. 16 shooting deaths in a dorm room at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs. Jordan is accused of killing of his roommate, Samuel Knopp, 24, and Celie Rain Montgomery, 26.
The dispute in January was recounted by a third roommate in the dormitory pod where Jordan and Knopp lived, according to Jordan’s arrest affidavit. Police and housing records confirmed the interactions, the document said.

On Wednesday, a trans activist attacked a group of Students for Life during a pro-life March for Life on Wednesday in Richmond, Virginia.
Noah Cleveland, 42, was arrested and is facing one count of disorderly conduct, according to the New York Post.
In the video, Cleveland can be seen pushing through the students while carrying a transgender flag and shoving people aside.
The New York Post reports:
Noah Cleveland has been charged with one count of disorderly conduct after a video posted online showed the activist in a purple tank top, black leggings and a bright pink headband running into a group participating in the city’s annual March for Life on Wednesday, Capitol Police confirmed to The Post.
Cleveland could be seen holding up a transgender flag as he pushed into the crowd, knocking off one protester’s glasses and pushing people aside.
Students for Life Action Government Affairs Coordinator Savanna Deretich told the Daily Mail, “He came rushing forward chanting something, and I knew he was going to attack, so I pulled my phone to record.”
Deretich also claimed Cleveland is “infamous” and has “appeared at events like this before.”
“He sprinted up to our people, knocked the glasses off people’s heads, dashed through our march sign, and kept running.”
“I saw he was arrested by police sometime later.”

Joe Biden on Friday welcomed the nation’s governors to the White House during the National Governors Association Winter Meeting.
This is Biden’s only public event for the day. He’s too feeble to put in a full day of work.

Biden’s speech was full of lies and gaffes. He discussed the never-ending Russia-Ukraine war and lambasted House Republicans for refusing to send more money to Ukraine.

In an exposé, Katie Rogers’ new book, “American Woman: The Transformation of the Modern First Lady from Hillary Clinton to Jill Biden,” delves into the private lives of America’s first families.
Joe Biden, 81, quipped that the secret to his long and happy marriage was “good sex,” a comment that, according to Rogers, has amused the staff but left Jill Biden with a chagrin.
For context, Bill Stevenson, the first husband of Jill Biden, alleges that his marriage was torn apart by an affair between his wife and Joe Biden, whom he once regarded as a friend.
Contrary to the romantic narrative the Bidens have shared about their love story beginning on a blind date, Stevenson accuses the couple of fabricating the tale of their courtship and insists that their relationship began much earlier, under circumstances far less innocent.
According to Stevenson, the real story diverges sharply from the version presented by Joe and Jill Biden, who have publicly stated that their relationship started in March 1975, following the end of Jill’s first marriage. Stevenson disputes this timeline, claiming that both he and Jill were actively involved in Joe Biden’s first Senate campaign in 1972, a period during which Biden was still married to his late first wife, Neilia, who tragically died in a car accident later that year.
Stevenson recalls spending time in the Bidens’ kitchen, working diligently on the campaign, a communal effort that belied the personal turmoil to come. The suspicion that something was amiss first struck Stevenson in August 1974, when a close friend of Jill’s voiced concerns about the burgeoning closeness between Jill and Joe Biden. Stevenson was 26 at the time, Jill was 23, and Joe Biden was 31.

Now, Biden is said to joke with aides about the strength of his marriage, attributing it to “good sex,” a revelation included in Rogers’ book, which was exclusively obtained by Daily Mail. This comment reportedly angered Jill Biden.

Biden has long spoke of his love and devotion to his wife, saying it’s more important to him than anything else.
‘I’d rather be at home making love to my wife while my children are asleep,’ he said in 2006 when asked about running for the Democratic nomination in the next presidential election. Two years later he ultimately did make a run and lost to Barack Obama, taking the number two spot on that ticket instead.
His spokesman at the time said Biden’s comment illustrates that a White House bid ‘is not an egotistical pursuit for him’ and that he is, ‘frankly, totally in love with his wife.’

What a loser Nikki Haley has become. And it didn’t have to be this way. I wonder how much money the 3 D’s bribed her with- Democrats, the DC Swamp and the Deep State.
Was it cash in offshore accounts? Was it offers to join major Boards of Directors at Fortune 500 firms after the primary? Was it a book deal with a $10 million advance? Was it a guarantee of $100,000 corporate speeches lined up for the next four years? Did they offer Nikki a seat on “The View?” Maybe even her own daytime talk show?
This much I know. Someone gave her one hell of a multi-million dollar offer that leaves her set for life. Why else would she be so willing to endure such humiliation and futility? Why else would such a smart and talented women agree to commit career suicide?
Because there’s no ifs, ands, or buts- Nikki’s career is finished. As in kaput. As in shambles. As in, Charles Manson would have the same odds of winning a GOP race ever again. They both have -0- chance.
And when this GOP primary began, Nikki had a pretty good resume. South Carolina House of Representatives. Governor. UN Ambassador. Perhaps the most famous female politician in the GOP. She was a guest on my nationally-syndicated radio show two years ago and she gave one of the best interviews of any guest I’ve ever had on my show. She was that talented.
Until she decided to backstab President Trump…viciously badmouth Trump…accept tens of millions of dollars in donations from Democrats, RINOS, Deep Staters and assorted villains with “Trump Derangement Syndrome”…support wasting billions of taxpayer dollars in Ukraine…promote wars all over the globe…defend open borders…and destroy her career by insulting conservative MAGA voters (the base of the GOP).
Now she couldn’t get elected dog catcher.
Nikki has either been bribed, or she is delusional. She may simply suffer from the same mental illness as Liz Cheney, Mitt Romney, Paul Ryan and Mitch McConnell. She thinks the key to success in the GOP is “in the middle.” But there is no middle. Not in the GOP, or the Democrat Party. To be in the middle means you stand for nothing, you make no one happy.
There is only one thing in the middle of the road- ROADKILL.
Delusional fools like Liz Cheney falsely believe there is a voting block that likes her and appreciates her standing up to President Trump. Wrong. There is no one who likes her. Liz Cheney has a fan club of one- her father Dick (aptly named).
Why don’t RINO Republican traitors like Liz Cheney, Paul Ryan, Jeff Flake, Mitt Romney and a cast of hundreds of others understand once you backstab Trump and the MAGA movement, you have no audience…no fan club…no voting bloc. You’ve humiliated yourself. You are alone in the world.
99% of the GOP base despises you for being a turncoat…and 100% of Democrats hate your guts for ever being a Republican. You’ve made both sides unhappy. So, now you have no one. Now you’re a party of one.
Fighting President Trump is a suicide mission.
The battlefield is littered with the bodies of those who took on that losing battle. Trump has not only destroyed the careers of all the RINOS, but he has single-handedly ended the Bush dynasty, McCain dynasty, Romney dynasty, Clinton dynasty…
And if Trump wins again in 2024, he has once and for all driven a stake through the heart of the Obama dynasty too.
That’s a lot of famous and powerful trophies hanging on the wall of Trump’s study. All of them, far more famous and powerful than Nikki Haley. So, what made Nikki think she could take down the king, when the Bushes, Romneys, McCains, Clintons and Obamas tried and failed? What hubris to think she could slay the greatest fighter of all-time.
As of this Saturday (the day of the South Carolina primary) Nikki’s political career is officially toast. She was foolish enough to stay in the race, with no path to victory, and be humiliated by a landslide defeat in her own state.
I know, I know. Democrat donors have convinced Nikki that Trump will be eliminated one way or another- perhaps removed from the ballot, or convicted of crimes, or sent to prison, or left disgraced and bankrupt by Leticia James and Fani Willis.
First of all, that’s never going to happen. Trump will be the nominee no matter what happens. This is the will of the people. No one can stop him.
Secondly, Trump has the best chance of winning the general election out of any Republican in the world- even if he has to campaign from a prison cell.
And why not? Democrats, RINOS like Nikki Haley and the mainstream media would have us believe that feckless old Joe Biden won in 2020 while campaigning from his Delaware basement, in a mask and diapers.
But here’s where Nikki is really disconnected from reality. If for any reason on earth Trump is not the GOP candidate…if God forbid he gets hit by a car…or God forbid the Deep State takes him down…the GOP base will still never, never, never, ever vote for Nikki Haley. She stayed in too long, she insulted Trump too much, her brand is now poison in her own party.
Great job Nikki. I hope whatever gold they gave you, or promised you, is enough to live for the rest of your life. And to live with yourself. Because your political career is now over. Dead and buried. You committed career suicide. And it never had to come to this.
You’ve become the new Liz Cheney. And that’s a tragedy.
