TENET reporter Taylor Hansen is held back by security at the Utah GOP Convention when he tried to ask Governor Cox a few questions.
The Utah Republican Party State Convention was held Saturday in Salt Lake City.
The theme this year appeared to be TAKE BACK YOUR RED STATE.
During introductions on Saturday woke Governor Spencer Cox was LOUDLY BOOED by the Republican crowd. Cox is famous for introducing himself with his pronouns when speaking to school children.
Challenger Phil Lyman was cheered enthusiastically by the same Utah crowd.

Sadly, the booing and the election loss was not the end of Governor Cox’s bad day.
Reporter Tayler Hansen followed Governor Spencer from the venue hoping to get the unpopular governor to answer questions on his secret sanctuary state policies.

Billionaire Tesla and SpaceX founder Elon Musk responded to the news on Sunday that the United States is considering a decade-long security agreement to deliver support to Ukraine, calling it “insane” and labeling Ukraine’s war with Russia “The forever war.”
Per David Sacks, co-host of the All In podcast, “Zelensky announces that Ukraine is working on a security agreement with the U.S. that will fix levels of support for the next 10 years. The $61 billion was just the beginning.The next two U.S. presidents won’t be able to switch it off.”

The Gateway Pundit reported on Ukraine President Volodymyr Zelenskyy’s video announcement on Sunday, where he explained that Ukraine and the United States are currently in discussions about a new security agreement and “working on fixing specific levels of support for this year and for the next ten years.”
“Glory to Ukraine!” Zelensky declared to conclude his message.

Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-GA) also reacted, predicting, “after all the Ukrainian men have been slaughtered, next they will put American troops on the ground” and declaring that Johnson’s “days as Speaker are numbered.”
Recall that Greene filed and announced a Motion to Vacate the chair and remove Mike Johnson as Speaker after the House passed a $1.2 trillion spending bill with more support from Democrats than Republicans. The vote – 286 to 134 – had 185 Democrats and 101 Republicans voting ‘yay.’ It was later passed by the Democrat-controlled Senate. The Gateway Pundit reported that Rep. Thomas Massie (R-KY) recently announced he will co-sponsor Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene’s Motion to Vacate the Chair and remove Mike Johnson as Speaker of the House over his ongoing support for Ukraine as our southern border remains wide open. Rep. Paul Gosar (R-AZ) later added his name to the list of Republican co-sponsors following the passage of another $61 billion to Ukraine earlier this month.
However, The Gateway Pundit reported on Monday that Johnson’s Democrat friends plan to come to his rescue after he sold out and rammed their agenda through the House.
Zelenskyy’s announcement comes just after Johnson and Schumer passed three bills to hand out $95 Billion in “foreign aid” to Ukraine, Israel, Gaza, and other non-U.S.-involved conflict zones around the world. Of the $95 Billion, over $61 Billion was allocated for Ukraine.
The handout to Ukraine was sold to the American people as a “loan.” However, as The Gateway Pundit reported, the package Johnson announced Wednesday includes terms that will allow the President to cancel 50% of Ukraine’s debt after November 15, 2024, and the remaining 50% after January 1, 2024. It’s no wonder Joe Biden came out “strongly” in support of the package, urging the House and Senate to pass it.
This means after President Trump wins the 2024 election, as expected, Joe Biden can cancel 50% of Ukraine’s debt before his term ends in January. However, if Biden and the Democrats pull off another stolen election, they can forgive 100% of Ukraine’s debt a little over one year later. This isn’t a loan. It’s a handout.
Likewise, a ten-year agreement with Ukraine could abdicate any authority Trump has to end the funding.

Two bills from the latest handout package, the Indo-Pacific Security Supplemental Appropriations Act, 2024 and the Ukraine Security Supplemental Appropriations Act, 2024, both passed the House with more support from Democrats than Republicans. All 112 “Nay” votes on a bill to send $60 billion to Ukraine came from Republicans, with 101 Republicans voting “AYE” with 210 Democrats. Every single Democrat voted in favor of sending additional taxpayer money to secure a foreign border, more than doubling the number of Republican votes in favor.
Speaker Johnson arrogantly declared himself a “wartime speaker” before announcing the massive foreign aid package to fund multiple countries oceans away — but not the United States. The United States is not even at war with anyone!
Additionally, The Gateway Pundit reported that the Pentagon confirmed last Wednesday that the US secretly sent long-range Army Tactical Missile Systems to Ukraine as part of the $61 billion dollar package passed by Democrats, RINOs, Speaker Johnson and signed by Joe Biden.
Obviously, Americans did not know about these long-range missiles being part of the $61 billion deal. Did Mike Johnson know about this? Did the RINOs? Why did they hide this from American taxpayers? Why would they send these offensive weapons to war-torn Ukraine? Steve Bannon on Saturday told Ben Harnwell he is “very disturbed about Johnson,” calling the latest move a “criminal conspiracy.”

The International Criminal Court (ICC) is reportedly on the verge of issuing arrest warrants for several senior Israeli government officials, including Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu, over allegations connected to the Israeli-Hamas conflict, according to insights from five anonymous Israeli and foreign officials cited by the New York Times.
The officials, speaking on the condition of anonymity, suggested that the ICC is also considering similar actions against leaders of Hamas. The potential charges may relate to hindering the delivery of humanitarian aid to Gaza and what has been described as a disproportionate response to the Hamas-led attacks on October 7.
The Israeli officials have expressed concern about the implications of such cases, with fears mounting that Prime Minister Netanyahu might be directly named in the warrants. Specific charges against Hamas leaders have not been clarified.
The Israeli government is actively seeking to counteract the ICC’s possible actions.
Spearheaded by the National Security Council and with the involvement of the Foreign Ministry, Israel is leaving no stone unturned, an Israeli diplomat told The Times of Israel.
IDF international spokesman Nadav Shoshani conducted an uncommon Shabbat briefing for international journalists, highlighting Israel’s support for a temporary humanitarian pier off Gaza’s coast, aimed at mitigating the ICC’s potential actions.
Reports indicate that the United States is engaged in a diplomatic bid to halt the ICC’s progress.

The official confirmed earlier reports from Hebrew-language media that the United States was part of a last-ditch diplomatic effort to prevent the ICC from moving forward.
Writing for the Walla news site, analyst Ben Caspit said Netanyahu was “under unusual stress” over the prospect of an arrest warrant against him and other Israelis by the United Nations tribunal in The Hague, which would constitute a major deterioration in Israel’s international status.
Netanyahu was leading a “nonstop push over the telephone” to prevent an arrest warrant, focused especially on the administration of US President Joe Biden, Caspit reported.
Haaretz analyst Amos Harel reported that the Israeli government was working under the assumption that the ICC’s prosecutor, Karim Khan, may this week issue warrants for the arrest of Netanyahu, Defense Minister Yoav Gallant and IDF Chief of Staff Herzi Halevi.
Amid the reports, Foreign Minister Israel Katz said Sunday that Israel “expects the court to refrain” from issuing arrest warrants.
“There is nothing more twisted than trying to prevent Israel from defending itself against a murderous enemy that openly calls for the destruction of Israel,” said Katz in a statement. “If the orders are issued, they will harm the commanders and soldiers of the IDF and give a boost to the terrorist organization Hamas and the radical Islamic axis led by Iran against which we are fighting.”
Katz stressed that Israel adheres to “all the laws of war,” and instructed Israel’s diplomatic missions around the world to prepare for a severe wave of antisemitism if the ICC issues arrest warrants.
Netanyahu has stated that any decisions by the ICC will not deter Israel’s defense strategies but will set a dangerous precedent affecting not just Israeli soldiers but also the broader geopolitical landscape.
“Under my leadership, Israel will never accept any attempt by the ICC to undermine its inherent right of self-defense,” Netanyahu wrote on X.
“The threat to seize the soldiers and officials of the Middle East’s only democracy and the world’s only Jewish state is outrageous. We will not bow to it. Israel will continue to wage to victory our just war against genocidal terrorists and we will never stop defending ourselves.”
“While the ICC will not affect Israel’s actions, it would set a dangerous precedent that threatens the soldiers and officials of all democracies fighting savage terrorism and wanton aggression.”

Reuters reported:
Israel is not a member of the court, based in The Hague, and does not recognise its jurisdiction, but the Palestinian territories were admitted as a member state in 2015.
ICC Chief Prosecutor Karim Khan said in October the court had jurisdiction over any potential war crimes carried out by Hamas fighters in Israel and by Israelis in the Gaza Strip.
Khan has said his team is actively investigating any crimes allegedly committed in Gaza and that those who are in breach of the law will be held accountable.

With 124 permanent members, the ICC can prosecute individuals for war crimes, crimes against humanity, genocide and aggression.
The case at the ICC is separate from the genocide case launched against Israel at the International Court of Justice (ICJ) also based in The Hague.
The ICJ, also known as the World Court, is a United Nations court that deals with disputes between states while the ICC is a treaty-based criminal court focusing on individual criminal responsibility for war crimes, crimes against humanity and genocide.

A Democrat lawmaker in California has introduced a bill to ban “excessive homework.”
California State Assemblymember Pilar Schiavo introduced the Healthy Homework Act (AB 2999) to “make homework more supportive and less stressful.”

Schiavo was clearly going for “cool mom” points, as her daughter is a sixth-grade student who finds homework “exhausting.”
“Homework is exhausting. It’s overwhelming, ” Schiavo’s daughter, Sofia Johnson, told Fox 40. “It’s depressing that my whole day- from when I wake up to when I go to bed- is nearly all taken up with schoolwork.”
Fox 40 explains, “AB 2999 would not ban homework, however, the proposal would mandate local school boards and educational agencies to establish homework policies that consider impacts on students’ physical and mental health all with input from parents, teachers, and students themselves.”
“I think this is going to make a huge impact for students,” Schiavo told the station. “The times have changed and our homework policies don’t always change with the times, so we need to make sure we are addressing issues that are effective and also don’t harm kids.”
Schiavo claimed that easing up kids’ workloads will help their mental health.
“If it’s such a source of stress for kids, and we know taking stress off kids’ plates will make a difference in their mental health, this is something that can practically impact kids’ mental health overnight,” Schiavo added.
The bill has unanimously passed the assembly education committee with no opposition.
