Judge Cannon Unseals Docs Alleging Jack Smith’s Lead Prosecutor Threatened Trump Valet Attorney and Tried to Bribe Him in Exchange For Client’s Testimony Against Trump

Judge Aileen Cannon on Wednesday unsealed more records related to Jack Smith’s classified documents case against Trump.

The newly unsealed documents detail allegations that Jack Smith’s prosecutor Jay Bratt threatened Stanley Woodward, an attorney for Trump’s valet driver Walt Nauta.

Jay Bratt tried to bribe Stanley Woodward and threatened him with a sinking judicial nomination if he didn’t get Walt Nauta to testify against Trump.

“Upon Mr. Woodward’s arrival at Main Justice, he was led to a conference room where Mr. Bratt awaited with what appeared to be a folder containing information about Mr. Woodward. Mr. Bratt thereupon told Mr. Woodward he didn’t consider to be a “Trump lawyer,” and he further said that he was aware that Mr. Woodward had been recommended to President Biden for an appointment to the Superior Court of the District of Columbia. Mr. Bratt followed up with words to the effect of “I wouldn’t want you to do anything to mess that up,”” according to the newly unsealed records.

Judge Cannon is on an unsealing binge.

The Gateway Pundit reported on this bribe last year.

The DOJ was forced to respond to a complaint filed under seal in the DC court by Stanley Woodward, the lawyer for indicted Trump aide Walt Nauta alleging prosecutorial misconduct.

DOJ prosecutor Jay Bratt tried to bribe Walt Naut’s lawyer Stanley Woodward in order to get his client to testify against Trump.

Bratt brought up Woodward’s application for a judgeship and suggested it would be blocked unless he forced his client to testify against Trump.

According to RealClearInvestigations journalist Paul Sperry, the DOJ was forced to respond to a complaint filed under seal related to the attempted bribe.

Trump’s aide Waltine (Walt) Nauta was indicted by the Florida grand jury hearing evidence in Jack Smith’s classified documents case.

According to the indictment, Walt Nauta was told to move boxes after the former president received a subpoena in May for classified documents.

Walt Nauta is a former White House employee and Navy veteran who worked valet for Trump and served as a personal staffer at Mar-a-Lago.

According to the federal indictment reviewed by The Gateway Pundit, Nauta was charged along with Trump in counts 32, 33, 43, 35, and 36.

The charges include conspiracy, withholding a document or record, corruptly concealing a document or record, concealing a document in a federal investigation and scheme to conceal.

Walt Nauta was also charged alone in count 38: False statements and misrepresentations.

President Trump posted this on Truth Social on this criminal judicial abuse.

Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas Discusses Operation Mongoose in Presidential Immunity Arguments (VIDEO)

Conservative Supreme Court Justice Clarence Thomas poked holes in special prosecutor Jack Smith’s theory that Trump is the first president to face criminal charges because former presidents have never committed crimes.

The Supreme Court on Thursday heard oral arguments on Trump’s presidential immunity claim in Jack Smith’s January 6 case in DC.

Jack Smith’s prosecutor Michael Dreeben went before the Supreme Court on Thursday and argued presidents do not have immunity for their official acts conducted during their time in the White House.

Dreeben further argued that no former president besides Trump has ever committed crimes.

In response to Dreeben’s argument, Justice Clarence Thomas stated, “Over the not-so-distant past … certain presidents had engaged in various activities, coups or operations like Operation Mongoose when I was a teenager, and yet there were no prosecutions.”

Operation Mongoose was a CIA covert operation that was authorized under President Dwight Eisenhower and continued under the Kennedy administration.

Under the operation, the CIA conducted terrorist attacks against Cuban civilians and attempted several assassination attempts against Cuban dictator Fidel Castro.

Per The Daily Caller:

The lawyer representing special counsel Jack Smith on Thursday asserted that the reason former President Donald Trump is the first president to face criminal charges is because his predecessors did not commit any crimes.

Department of Justice counselor to Smith, Michael Dreeben, went before the Supreme Court to argue presidents should not have constitutional immunity from prosecution for official acts conducted during their presidency. Dreeben suggested that no president until Trump has ever committed crimes when Supreme Court Justice

“Over the not-so-distant past … certain presidents have engaged in various activity, coups or operations like Operation Mongoose, when I was a teenager, and yet there were no prosecutions,” Thomas said. “Why? If what you’re saying is right, it would seem that would have been ripe for criminal prosecution of someone.”

“So Justice Thomas, I think this is a central question,” Dreeben responded. “The reason why there have not been prior criminal prosecutions is that there were not crimes.”

The covert operation by the CIA received backlash from Attorney General Robert F. Kennedy after he discovered the CIA hired a member of the Italian mafia to assassinate Castro.

Other sinister plans by the CIA discovered by Robert F. Kennedy included the CIA’s plan to bomb areas of Miami where Cuban refugees were living.

In October 1962, after AG Robert Kennedy reported his findings to President Kennedy, he suspended Operation Mongoose after it offered little success.

Victor Reacts: $95B to Foreign Countries- America Last (VIDEO)

As our country is being invaded our government’s focus is on sending your hard earned money to foreign countries to secure every border in the world, besides ours.

The Gateway Pundit previously reported:

Joe Biden on Wednesday signed the foreign aid package which allocates billions of dollars to Ukraine, Israel, and Taiwan.

The Senate late Tuesday approved a massive $95 billion emergency foreign aid package with no U.S. border security.

A group of RINOs joined Democrats to support the bill. The measure passed by a vote of 79 to 18.

The passing of the bill saw 48 Democrats joined by 31 Republicans in favor of the foreign aid efforts. However, 15 Republicans broke ranks to vote against the package, with three Democrats joining in opposition.

The finalized bill encompasses extensive provisions:

$47.7 billion through the Defense Department to support Ukraine’s military with training, equipment, weapons, and logistical aid.
$13.4 billion to restock U.S. military equipment sent to Ukraine.
$20.5 billion for U.S. Armed Forces support in Europe.
$9.5 billion in economic aid to Ukraine as a forgivable loan.
Added to this is 15 billion** in military aid designated for Israel and **9 billion in humanitarian assistance for Gaza and other conflict zones, a point of contention for conservative Republicans concerned about the funds being intercepted by Hamas.
The bill also allots $8 billion to counter Chinese aggression in the Indo-Pacific and introduces legislation that would force the divestment or ban of TikTok in the United States.

“It’s a good day for America,” Biden said after he signed the foreign aid package with no US border security.

Biden having the audacity to claim that sending nearly $100b in tax payer money to the rest of the world while our own citizens suffer is nothing short of a slap across the face. This has become something of a public humiliation ritual as we are extorted out of our money and then forced to watch as they give it to literally anyone else.

This is what America last looks like.
