In what can only be described as a masterclass of legal defense, Todd Blanche, attorney for President Donald Trump, delivered a devastating critique of the prosecution’s case and its star witness, Michael Cohen, in the closing arguments of Alvin Bragg’s politically motivated “show trial” in New York City.

It became increasingly clear that the prosecution’s case hinged precariously on the testimony of Michael Cohen, a figure who has proven time and again to be unreliable and self-serving.
Blanche masterfully dismantled Cohen’s statements, branding him the ‘GLOAT’ – Greatest Liar of All Time and dubbing him the “MVP of liars.”
“They say Tom Brady is the GOAT. Michael Cohen is the GLOAT – Greatest Liar of All Time,” said Blanche.
“He’s literally like an MVP of liars… he lies constantly. He’s lied to Congress, he lied to prosecutors, he lied to his family, business associates,” he added.

According to Paul Ingrassia:
“Todd Blanche has so far been extremely thorough in his summation. He has touched upon every aspect of this case, including the alleged catch and kill schemes implicating Stormy Daniels and Karen McDougall, and explained why they weren’t catch or kill — having been made years before Trump ever even thought about running for president of the United States, and long within the public domain.
He discussed the longstanding, decades long partnership between Trump, AMI, and David Spencer going back decades, explaining how suppressing stories was a routine part of the business — and how Pecker, a long time friend, found covering Trump financially lucrative. He articulated clearly how this was standard practice, nothing was abnormal about NDAs and hush money payments, certainly not unlawful.
And certainly the Daniels story, being publicized in 2011, had no bearing on 2016. He explained how this case lives and dies on Michael Cohen’s testimony. He restated time and again, reinforcing his argument with countless examples, of why Cohen is a liar, seeking every opportunity to benefit himself financially and professionally. “He is the human embodiment of reasonable doubt.” Blanche said “Cohen is the GLOAT: the Greatest Liar of All Time.” Stellar job driving that point home: He also explained how these allegedly erroneous filings were made while Trump was President, not before the 2016 race.
And so it was impossible that these filings had any fraudulent intent, let alone had anything to do with affecting the results of the 2016 election. He explained cogently that any campaign is a “conspiracy” to win an election. However, Trump had no knowledge about these filings. In any event, there’s absolutely nothing fraudulent or criminal about marking legal expenses for what they are, namely, legal expenses.
He also explained how the other alleged crimes linked to the alleged record keeping error — tax fraud, FEC violation, and a books and records crime have absolutely no basis. Trump accurately reported this filing to the IRS, to a government ethics office, and on social media platforms like Twitter. “This is a very easy non guilty verdict,” Blanche ends his scorching closing statement. President Trump should be proud of Todd Blanch’s terrific work this morning.
Blanche proceeded to highlight several instances where he claimed Cohen had fabricated or misrepresented details. For example, he disputed Cohen’s account of attempting to contact Trump after receiving a text message from Melania Trump, stating that phone records showed no such call took place.
The attorney also accused Cohen of committing perjury by falsely claiming he had warned Trump’s bodyguard about the forthcoming Stormy Daniels payoff.
Seeking to further undermine Cohen’s credibility, Blanche probed his motivations, suggesting the former Trump loyalist was driven by a desire for fame and vengeance against his former boss.
The attorney argued that Cohen was attempting to parlay his insider knowledge into personal gain, including a reduced sentence for his own crimes and a lucrative new career criticizing Trump.
Throughout the closing arguments, Blanche repeatedly emphasized the “10 reasons” why the jury should have “reasonable doubt” about the prosecution’s case, ranging from Cohen’s alleged fabrication of invoices to the absence of evidence that Trump knowingly participated in any wrongdoing.
A possibly disturbing development has unfolded, leading many to believe the fix is already in for a Trump conviction or imprisonment.
Now, we learn that Secret Service officials have met with jailhouse officials to prepare for President Trump to go to prison.

According to Newsweek– Berke previously served as special counsel during Trump’s first impeachment. For Trump’s historic second impeachment trial, House Judiciary Committee Chairman Jerrold Nadler (D-N.Y.) and Lead Impeachment Manager Jamie Raskin (D-Md.) said that Berke had once again been “retained on a consulting basis” to represent House Democrats.
Notably, he has also represented Deutsche Bank, the financial institution that has reportedly moved to cut ties with Trump after decades of business and billions of dollars in loans to the outgoing president.

The November 12, 2020 email chain FOIAd by independent investigative journalist Yehuda Miller has been marked “CONFIDENTIAL- Cannot be released under FOIA or discovery request” by the MI Attorney General’s office.
The first email was sent by Barry H. Berke and to Samantha Shusterman, the Senior Counsel for the AG office of Massachusetts. Two lawyers working for Norm Eisen’s law firm, Michelle Ben-David and Joanna Lydgate, were cc’d on the email.
The email’s subject is: RE: Michigan Elector Certification Process – Privileged and Confidential/Attorney work Product/Common Interest Privilege.

What does Samantha Shusterman, senior counsel for the Massachusetts Democrat AG Andrea Joy Campbell, have to do with the MI electors case? Why is Trump impeachment lawyer Barry H. Berke sending an email to her about “potential elector challenges in connection with Michigan’s elector certification process”? Was Barry Berke plotting in advance of the ALTERNATE slate of electoral votes cast by the MI GOP electors ONE MONTH LATER on December 14, 2020?

WHY were the emails marked “CONFIDENTIAL” and “privileged” multiple times regarding “potential challenges in connections with Michigan’s elector certification process”? Why were the emails about the MI electors being shared by one Trump impeachment lawyer with the law office of Norm Eisen, another Trump impeachment lawyer, a former law school classmate of Barack Obama, as well as the former President Obama’s “ethics czar” and ambassador to the Czech Republic? According to a previous Gateway Pundit report, Norm Eisen is also the key architect behind the Color Revolution and lawfare cases against President Trump.
Aside from representing the Democrats in their impeachment efforts against President Trump, it’s alleged that Eisen is the architect behind the lawfare we see being used as a tool across the nation to take down President Trump’s lawyers and his most essential leaders (electors) in critical swing states.

Last week, Eisen was confronted outside of a Manhattan courtroom where President Trump is facing bogus charges in the ridiculous Stormy Daniels case. Trump’s defense witness, Robert Costello, on May 21 testified that Norm Eisen coerced Michael Cohen to pay Stormy Daniels out of his own pocket.

As The Gateway Pundit reported, President Donald Trump is back in court today on Tuesday for closing arguments in Alvin Bragg’s show trial in New York City.
The Biden campaign, for some reason, decided to hold a press conference right outside the courtroom with disgraced, deranged Trump-hating actor Robert De Niro this morning. Unsurprisingly, the tactic spectacularly backfired on them.
Fox News’s John Roberts revealed that the campaign announced they would be holding the event at roughly 10:15 AM while teasing that “special guests” would be participating. This is just the latest sign that the entire prosecution is being orchestrated by the Biden regime.

De Niro, who can barely see over the microphone, takes to the podium shortly afterward. He quickly flips out while hearing cries of “f**k you!” from Trump supporters in the background, calling them “crazy” and “clowns.”

I am the only conservative national TV and radio talk show host based out of Las Vegas, Nevada. My boots are “on the ground.” I know exactly what’s happening here in Nevada.
It’s what I’ve called “The Trump Miracle” for over a year now.
And by the way, you need to know, “What happens in Vegas does NOT stay in Vegas.” What’s happening in Nevada is a sign of what’s happening all over the USA. Trump is pulling away for a gigantic landslide.
Even the liberal media realizes it. Over the weekend stories surfaced about the panic setting in for Democrat strategists who suddenly realize Biden’s campaign is doomed.
Trump is winning big all over the country.
Red states that used to be medium-sized Trump victories, like Florida and Ohio, are turning into landslides.
Battleground states like North Carolina are no longer in play. A formerly purple state, North Carolina is now deep red.
And the in the six key swing states that will determine the election- Pennsylvania, Georgia, Wisconsin, Michigan, Arizona and Nevada- Trump has solid leads beyond the margin of error.
Democrats are even scared to death Trump is within inches of pulling upsets in blue states like Minnesota, Virginia, New Hampshire, New Jersey and gulp- New York!
But the story of the decade is my home state of Nevada.
Only four short years ago, Nevada was clearly becoming a solid Democrat blue state. CNN just reported Trump is up by a remarkable, resounding 13 points in Nevada. It’s a rout.
The national media is shocked. How is this possible? How did a purple state that looked like it was turning blue forever…suddenly reverse back to red again?
I have the answer.
First a few obvious answers. For the exact same reasons Trump is pulling away in every battleground state…
*The country is a mess, and everyone sees it.
*The economy is a mess, and everyone sees it.
*Inflation is a disaster and everyone feels it in their wallets and pocketbooks.
*The open border is a tragedy that threatens to destroy our nation and everyone finally sees it.
*Then there’s the weaponization of government. The framed fake indictments of Trump…the rigged trials…the biased judges and juries…the ridiculous cases…everyone can see Trump is being persecuted like we live in the Soviet Union, or Nazi Germany. No one likes what they see. They want it to stop.
All of these reasons are no-brainers.
But now we come to the big one that the liberal-biased, national media can’t see, or understand. Remember, I’m “boots on the ground” here in Las Vegas. I see it every second of every day.
Just this past weekend, my next-door neighbor listed their home for sale. It sold in three hours, for well above the asking price, to the first family who saw the home. Just like that. Listed and sold in three hours. One showing. Over asking price.
Who bought it that fast? A family running away from California.
It happens every hour of every day in Las Vegas. Thousands of Californians are moving here every month. They’re all escaping the woke, failing “People’s Communist Republic of California.”
I’ve met hundreds of them. They all have the same story.
They’re running away from the high taxes no one can afford… sky-high energy bills because of green energy insanity… regulations that make it impossible to own a business…out-of-control crime- they literally fear for their lives…homeless tents everywhere…and the woke, failing schools that teach their little Johnnie to change to Jane.
But worst of all, they’re running away from the insane, draconian lockdowns, masks and vaccine mandates. They never want to experience any of that every again. They are escaping with their lives to Nevada because they despise all of that.
And they are turning Nevada red again.
Who would have thought it possible? Well, I did. I’ve written commentaries and books about it. I predicted most sane Americans with jobs, assets and families to protect, trapped in deep blue states, would have to move to red states like Texas, Florida, Nevada, Tennessee, Utah, Idaho, North and South Carolina and Georgia. It’s happening.
I call it “The Great American National Divorce.”
It seems like the whole California is moving to Nevada. Every license plate in every parking lot says “California.” Homes sell in hours. They’re all coming here to get away from the madness of woke, demented Democrats and their disastrous policies.
And they’re coming here to vote Republican.
These thousands of new transplants per month are bringing a red wave to the desert. They’ve changed the demographics. Nevada is now a red-leaning state again. That’s why Trump is up 13 points in Nevada.
You don’t have to believe me. Just look at Florida. The exact same thing happened. It seemed like the whole New York moved there in the past four years. All these transplants moved from a deep blue state. Yet they turned Florida deep red! Because they were predominately conservatives running away from a failed blue state.
This is exactly what’s happening in Nevada. And why Trump is leading by 13 points.

Judge Aileen Cannon on Tuesday smacked down Special Counsel Jack Smith and denied his request to bar Trump from criticizing law enforcement after it was revealed Biden’s DOJ authorized the use of deadly force during the Mar-a-Lago raid.
Jack Smith late Friday night sought a gag order barring Trump from criticizing Biden’s rogue DOJ/FBI.
The names of the armed FBI agents involved in the Mar-a-Lago raid were redacted but Jack Smith tried to illegally gag Trump anyway.
“The Government moves to modify defendant Donald J. Trump’s conditions of release, to make clear that he may not make statements that pose a significant, imminent, and foreseeable danger to law enforcement agents participating in the investigation and prosecution of this case.,” Jack Smith wrote in a motion filed Friday evening.
“The Government’s request is necessary because of several intentionally false and inflammatory statements recently made by Trump that distort the circumstances under which the Federal Bureau of Investigation planned and executed the search warrant at Mar-a-Lago,” Smith wrote.

The judge overseeing Donald Trump’s classified documents case in Florida on Tuesday denied prosecutors’ request to bar the former president from making public statements that could endanger law enforcement agents participating in the prosecution.
U.S. District Judge Aileen Cannon said in her order that prosecutors didn’t give defense lawyers adequate time to discuss the request before it was filed Friday evening. She denied the request without prejudice, meaning prosecutors could file it again.
Cannon warned sanctions could be next Jack Smith’s prosecutors keep violating the rules.

Judge Aileen Cannon on Tuesday unsealed numerous motions related to Jack Smith’s classified documents case against Trump.
One filing revealed Biden’s FBI authorized the use of deadly force during their raid on Mar-a-Lago authorized by US Attorney General Merrick Garland in August 2022.

“Should FPOTUS [Trump] arrive at MAL [Mar-a-Lago], FBI MM EM and OSCs will be prepared to engage with FPOTUS and USSS Security Team.”
“Should USSS provide resistance or interfere with FBI timeline or accesses, FBI MM EM will engage with [redacted] and [redacted] will engage with USSS POC’s per existing liaison relationships.”
The FBI had a medic on the scene and identified a local trauma center for anyone “injured” during the FBI raid.
“Law enforcement officers of the Department of Justice may use deadly force only when necessary, that is, when the officer has a reasonable belief that the subject of such force poses an imminent danger of death or serious physical injury to the officer or to another person,” the document on the use of deadly force read.
Joe Biden’s FBI justified its authorization of the use of deadly force during their Mar-a-Lago raid because of “life-threatening” contraband in the kitchen and gym.
“Without no basis whatsoever, in the affidavit or otherwise, FBI agents searched the private bedrooms of the First Lady and President Trump’s youngest son. See Walter v. United States, 447 U.S. 649, 657 (1980) (“[A] warrant to search for a stolen refrigerator would not authorize the opening of desk drawers.”). The FBI’s photo log demonstrates that the agents took extensive photographs of those rooms—42 and 27, respectively—for no apparent reason. See Ex. 5 at USA01285293-300. There was no factual basis for the agents to rummage through rooms not specified in the warrant and, not surprisingly, they seized nothing from these other rooms,” according to Trump’s motion for relief relating to the Mar-a-Lago raid and unlawful piercing of attorney-client privilege.
“Nor was there any basis for the FBI to bring firearms into Mar-a-Lago. There were no threats and no risk to agents’ safety arising from their allegations relating to possession of documents at a premises already guarded by the Secret Service. But the agents appear to have done so, based on documents produced in discovery, in order to search for alleged contraband they pretended was life threatening in Mar-a-Lago’s gym and kitchen (five and four pictures, respectively),” the motion read.
