Will Hunter Biden’s relationship with his brother’s wife come up in his upcoming gun trial?
Hunter Biden’s case involving his quick disposal of his gun and his crimes and lies is coming up in the next couple of weeks. His ex-girlfriend is expected to testify. Her name is Hallie Biden. She was married to Hunter’s brother Beau.
Hallie is the wife of Hunter’s brother Beau who died from cancer years ago. At the time of Beau’s death, Hunter and Hallie had started a love relationship. This relationship quickly got out of control, as per text messages found on Hunter’s laptop.
Hunter was a practicing crack and sex addict at the time. Sometime during this time period, Hunter put at least one picture of Hallie Biden on a porn site. This was documented a week before the 2020 Election. The MSM claimed the reports about Hunter were Russian collusion.

We also reported at The Gateway Pundit that during their relationship Hallie placed Hunter’s gun in a trash bin. She was worried about him.
This all came out just before the 2020 Election. Hallie took Hunter’s gun and the police, the FBI and the Secret Service covered this story up for the Biden’s.
The Biden crime family is very sick and disgusting. The number of crimes they have committed appears endless. This is probably why old, senile, and corrupt Joe Biden visited his son’s wife and Hunter’s girlfriend recently.

President Donald Trump is back in court today on Tuesday for closing arguments in Alvin Bragg’s show trial in New York City.
The prosecution has yet to define the alleged criminal act that President Trump committed. But it doesn’t matter. The court is ready to find Trump guilty and send him to prison.

Alvin Bragg is attempting to charge President Trump with a Class E felony, which is a crime under New York state law. Felonies are typically crimes punishable by more than a year in prison. We know by now that Bragg’s case is riven with errors – and it remains inexplicable why, to the extent President Trump has violated any criminal statute at all, he is still being charged with a felony, rather than a misdemeanor. Of course, the reality is that President Trump committed no crime. But even the statute that Alvin Bragg has cited to base his alleged theory of liability, Penal Law § 175.10, expressly states “a person is guilty of falsifying business … in the second degree, and when his intent to defraud includes an intent to commit another crime or to aid or conceal the commission thereof.” Bragg must not have the attention span (or intelligence) to read the rest of the statute, which blatantly spells out: “Falsifying business records in the second degree is a class A misdemeanor.” A misdemeanor at most, not a felony. So, why the bloody hell are Bragg and Merchan treating this like a criminal felony?
This entire trial is an abuse of the US legal system. For over 240 years the United States had a justice system that was unmatched in history. Not any more. The Democrats have ripped it apart in order to take down Trump and his supporters.

A Michigan dairy worker has been confirmed as the second person in the United States this year to contract the highly pathogenic avian influenza, known as bird flu.
The infected individual, employed on a dairy farm already grappling with the H5N1 virus among cattle, presented only with eye symptoms, similar to another case earlier this year in Texas.
The Gateway Pundit previously reported that a Texas dairy farmer experienced the first documented case of bird flu transmission to humans from farm animals.
The individual developed pink eye – with his eyeballs seen bleeding, according to a case report in the peer-reviewed New England Journal of Medicine.

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) disclosed this latest infection on Wednesday, revealing that, similar to the Texas case, the Michigan dairy worker presented only with eye symptoms initially.
The CDC reported:
“A human case of highly pathogenic avian influenza (HPAI) A(H5) (“H5 bird flu”) virus infection in the United States has been identified in the state of Michigan. This is the second case associated with an ongoing multistate outbreak of A(H5N1) in dairy cows.As with the case in Texas, the individual is a worker on a dairy farm where H5N1 virus has been identified in cows. While a nasal swab from the person tested negative for influenza in Michigan, an eye swab from the patient was shipped to CDC and tested positive for influenza A(H5) virus, indicating an eye infection. Similar to the Texas case, the patient only reported eye symptoms. CDC has been watching influenza surveillance systems closely, particularly in affected states, and there has been no sign of unusual influenza activity in people, including in syndromic surveillance.”
The CDC has insisted that the risk to the general U.S. public remains low. The agency added that human illnesses caused by the bird flu virus have ranged in severity from “no symptoms or mild illness to severe disease that resulted in death.”
So-called experts have cautioned that a bird flu pandemic may be looming on the horizon, one that could be catastrophic on a scale ‘100 times worse than Covid-19.’
During a recent briefing, scientists highlighted the increasing risk of the H5N1 bird flu strain turning into a pandemic.
The meeting, attended by leading bird flu researchers, medical professionals, and government officials, was convened in response to the human bird flu case and organized by John Fulton, a vaccine consultant and pharmaceutical industry expert, according to Daily Mail.
“This appears to be 100 times worse than Covid, or it could be if it mutates and maintains its high case fatality rate,” said Fulton. “Once it’s mutated to infect humans, we can only hope that the [fatality rate] drops.”
In a recent Senate Committee briefing, Dr. Robert Califf, the head of the FDA, warned of a potential bird flu pandemic that could kill one in four Americans.
“This virus, like all viruses, is mutating,” Dr. Califf claimed to the lawmakers. “We need to continue to prepare for the possibility that it might jump to humans.”
The FDA’s primary concern centers on the possibility of the virus mutating to affect human lungs—a scenario previously observed in other regions where the mortality rate has escalated to 25 percent, or one in every four infected individuals.

A former business associate of James Biden, Joe Biden’s younger brother, has pleaded guilty for his role in a massive healthcare scam.
According to the Department of Justice, 39-year-old Keaton Langston admitted to billing for unnecessary tests and orders on behalf of companies he had a financial interest in.
The press release stated:
A Mississippi man who owned, operated, had financial interests in, or was affiliated with pharmacies, durable medical equipment (DME) companies, and a laboratory today admitted his role in a health care fraud scheme that caused losses to Medicare in excess of $51 million, Attorney for the United States Caroline Sadlowski announced. Keaton Langston, 39, of Booneville, Mississippi, pleaded guilty before U.S. District Judge Michael E. Farbiarz in Newark federal court to an information charging him with conspiracy to commit health care fraud.
According to documents filed in the case and statements made in court: Langston and others owned, operated, had financial interests in, or were affiliated with pharmacies, DME companies, and a laboratory that Langston and others used to defraud health care benefit programs by offering and paying kickbacks and bribes in exchange for doctors’ orders for DME, genetic cancer screening tests, and compounded medications.
The pharmacies, DME companies, and laboratory submitted or caused the submission to Medicare of claims for reimbursement without regard to medical necessity, and sent a portion of the proceeds to others as payment for the doctors’ orders generated through the conspiracy. Langston and others concealed the payment of bribes, in part, by entering into sham contracts designed to make it appear that suppliers were engaged in and being paid for legitimate marketing and referral services based on the hours and expenses incurred or on a flat-rate basis.
The pharmacies, DME companies, and laboratory billed Medicare and other health care benefit programs at approximately $51 million for tests and orders that were the product of the illicit scheme. Langston received approximately $10 million from these reimbursements.
Langston was formerly a close associate of James Biden, who is not understood to have been involved in the scheme.
The New York Post explains:
Keaton Langston founded Fountain Health, a lab company, in May 2017 and offered its services to rural hospital operator Americore Health, which later went bankrupt. Records show James Biden was involved with Fountain Health in 2017 before connecting with Americore, which provided him in $600,000 in loans in 2018 as he allegedly vowed to use his political connections to secure foreign investors. James passed $200,000 of the funds to Joe Biden in an alleged loan repayment.
Shortly after the lab firm launched, Joey Langston emailed James Biden and his son Keaton and three others on July 12, 2017, about an upcoming “meeting for Fountain Health partners,” Politico reported in February. “Jim will report to the group the results of his discussions earlier today with a contact at [Blue Cross Blue Shield],” the elder Langston wrote. “There will also be discussion about how to proceed with the Union contacts that have been made by Jim and Keaton, within the last two weeks.”
James Biden is now seeking to “distance” himself from Langston. His attorney, Paul Fishman, previously claimed that his his client had “conducted himself ethically and honorably in all his business dealings,” despite evidence that he also traded off the family name with foreign governments.
Langston, meanwhile, is facing up to 10 years in prison and a fine of $250,000. Sentencing is scheduled for October this year.
