In the wake of the unconstitutional verdict against former President Donald Trump, Kash Patel, a former Trump administration official, is urging Republican lawmakers to take a bold stand against perceived judicial and prosecutorial misconduct.
Patel’s statement, made on Truth Social, demands lawmakers investigate financial gains made by the family of Judge Juan Merchan and examine connections between the Manhattan District Attorney’s office and the Biden White House.
“Congress: Subpoena the bank records for Merchan’s daughter- find out how much money she has made for her family since her father unlawfully stayed on the case, and how much money she will make as a direct result of this unconstitutional verdict,” Patel said.
Last month, Trump filed a motion requesting Judge Merchan be recused because of his daughter’s political work.
The judge’s daughter, Loren Merchan, is a far-left political operative who worked for the Biden-Harris campaign. The media has infantilized 34-year-old Loren Merchan in an effort to attack Trump’s First Amendment-protected speech.
Loren Merchan’s firm, Authentic Campaigns, Inc., has received tens of millions of dollars from Democrats who want to take down Trump.

There is the scandal involving Merchan’s daughter. As brilliantly exposed by Laura Loomer, Merchan’s impartiality has been irreparably muddied by reports that his daughter, Loren, serves as President of an organization called “Authentic,” which describes itself as a “digital agency” that “partner[s] with clients to build award-winning programs for progressive causes and campaigns.”
The organization proudly boasts Kamala Harris and Adam Schiff, who pushed the debunked Steele dossier claiming Russian meddling in the 2016 election, as two of its most valued clients.
Other clients featured on the organization’s website are the Biden Harris Campaign, Governor Gavin Newsom, Governor Kathy Hochul, and Rep. Ilhan Omar, among countless other far-left progressive Democrats.
To occupy such a high leadership role in a group whose client is, incredulously, the “Biden Harris campaign” is the paradigmatic example of a conflict of interest. And not that further evidence to support a conflict would be needed, but Loomer’s research also uncovered that, per FEC public filings, Loren donated thousands of dollars directly to Democratic politicians.
According to The New York Post, Loren Merchan helped Democrats raise $93 million off of her father’s case.
“In 2019, Ms. Merchan made public statements during a podcast regarding a conversation with Your Honor that reflect bias against President Trump from both speakers in that exchange,” Trump’s lawyers wrote Friday, according to Fox News. “Consistent with that conversation, President Biden and Vice President Harris are long-term clients of Authentic and Ms. Merchan, along with many other politicians and entities who are actively campaigning and advocating against President Trump right now.”
“Authentic’s clients disbursed more than $18 million to the company between the return of the Indictment and the present,” Trump’s attorneys wrote. “It is industry practice that Authentic would receive percentages based on funds raised and recipient engagement, and Ms. Merchan has had an ownership stake and leadership role in the company while this case is pending.”

On Thursday, Laura Loomer reported that Judge Merchan is allowing his daughter’s clients to have unrestricted access inside the Trump trial.

Joyce Vance @JoyceWhiteVance is a Senior Fellow at the Brennan Center for Justice @BrennanCenter , and she has been inside the Trump trial where she’s been writing articles for the Brennan Center for Justice, which target and harass the members of the jury in the Trump Trial. One day ago, Joyce Vance wrote and published this article titled, “Can We Trust The Jury In Trump’s Manhattan Trial?”
The Brennan Center for Justice hired Loren Merchan to manage their newsletter (See receipts below), which features articles from the Brennan Center for Justice website. Loren Merchan’s clients are now making money off of Loren’s father, and Loren is profiting off of her clients having seats inside the Trump Trial, because per her own website, Loren Merchan has increased the size of the Brennan Center’s newsletter by 204%!
Political email lists are worth MILLIONS of dollars.
Joyce Vance served as the US Attorney for the Northern District of Alabama from 2009 to 2017. She was appointed by Barrack Hussein Obama.

This is arguably jury intimidation in the way that Judge Merchan is having his daughter’s clients, who worked for Obama-Biden’s DOJ, come into the court room to write disparaging articles about the jury, which suggest they can’t make a decision on their own.
Kash Patel did not stop there. He further demanded, “In case you need a jurisdictional hook—Bragg’s office receives federal funds from DOJ to ‘administer justice’—GET ON IT… and while you are at it, subpoena Bragg and get all docs from his Biden WH meetings.”

Donald Trump on Friday held a press conference at Trump Tower this morning after he was convicted on 34 sham felony charges in the New York City courthouse on Thursday.
“It all comes out of the White House,” said Trump of his political persecution. He continued, “Crooked Joe Biden, the worst president in the history of our country. He’s the worst president in the history of our country, the most incompetent; he’s the dumbest president we’ve ever had. He’s the dumbest President, most incompetent president, and he’s the most dishonest president we’ve ever had.”
Trump gave an outstanding speech that wasn’t a campaign stump speech, and he spoke so clearly and powerfully for 33 straight minutes. Meanwhile, Joe Biden is “a man who can’t put two sentences together,” as Trump noted during his press conference. This is why the prosecution and Merchan placed Trump under a gag order. The truth is too damning to the narrative about Donald Trump that they are trying to promulgate with their far-left media allies. And they don’t want Trump speaking because Joe Biden can’t speak for sh*t.

There was no crime, but the Democrats ratcheted up what would be a misdemeanor to a felony in order to bypass the statute of limitations, and Marxist Judge Juan Merchan helped to rig the trial for a guilty verdict.
Manhattan District Attorney Alvin Bragg indicted Trump in April 2023 on 34 felony counts related to ‘hush payments’ he made to Stormy Daniels.
Trump was accused of paying porn star Stormy Daniels, AKA Stephanie Clifford, ‘hush payments’ through his then-attorney Michael Cohen, who the media and prosecutors falsely labeled his “fixer,” in a scheme to silence her and stop the story about their alleged affair from being published in the National Enquirer.
The jury deliberations began on Wednesday after “highly conflicted” Judge Merchan, whose daughter has received MILLIONS of dollars consulting the Democrats who want to take down Trump, instructed them to choose among the three predicate crimes Trump supposedly committed. Judge Merchan told jurors they did not have to agree on a crime. This is unheard of in US history. The jury only had to agree that something bad happened, but not on what that something was.
This, of course, is completely unconstitutional.
The jury returned a verdict in Alvin Bragg’s lawfare ‘hush money’ trial on Thursday: Guilty on all 34 counts! Ironically for the Biden Regime, however, the conviction of Donald Trump on 34 felony charges has translated into MORE THAN $34 MILLION fundraised for our real President.
In addition to slamming Biden as “the dumbest president we’ve ever had,” Trump also slammed RINOs Liz Cheney and “Crying Adam Kinzinger,” the disgraced fake Republicans who led the congressional J6 witch hunt and second impeachment hoax against President Trump.

And they took their records, and they destroyed all of the records after the committee was abandoned because those records were great for us. Now, can you imagine if Republicans did that? Everybody would have been in jail by now.
Think of it, the unselect — I call it the unselect — they call it the select committee. I call it the Unselect Committee of thugs. They meet, it’s 100% Democrat and two pass Republicans that are no longer Republicans that are no longer in business anymore. Thank you. But it was all Democrats and two wayward Republicans: Liz Cheney, and Cryin. Adam Kinzinger… He cries every time he goes on television, He’s the most emotional human being I think I’ve ever seen. And that was our Representatives. These two people were our Reps. So, they had all this stuff that they’re leaking, and then when it came time to look at the records, like where the police said and the Capitol Guard said that I supplied, think of it, that I recommended as many soldiers or National Guard as you want– 10,000. If you had 500, you wouldn’t have had a problem, there wouldn’t have been a J6, but Nancy Pelosi and the group didn’t want it.
Anyway, so they have testimony to all of that— that I did not attack the Secret Service agent in the front of a car. You know, these are strong people, and I supposedly went to the driver, and I grabbed him around the neck, and he rebuffed me, and then I went to the other guy, who I think is a black belt in karate. And he’s slightly younger than me, maybe 35 years, 40 years, 50 years. And I grabbed him around the neck; he’s a black belt in karate, they know how to get somebody from around their neck. They would have gone like this, and that would be the end of that. Actually, I had a friend that said, you shouldn’t dispute that. That makes you look like the toughest cookie we’ve ever seen. You should have let that go on. But the fact is, it never happened. It was all made up. And that was proven to be made up. It proved to be a false story. And they deleted and destroyed all of that information, every ounce of it.

Joe Biden on Friday delivered remarks on the Middle East one day after a jury returned a guilty verdict against Trump.
Dictator Biden unleashed on Trump during his remarks and declared it is dangerous for Trump to say the trial was rigged.
The jury convicted Trump on 34 felony counts in Alvin Bragg’s “hush money” trial and we still don’t know what crimes Trump committed.
President Trump immediately came out and declared himself a political prisoner.
Biden was clearly satisfied with the work his Regime did to convict his main political opponent Donald Trump.
“Donald Trump refers to himself as a political prisoner and blames you directly. What’s your response to that, sir?” a reporter asked Joe Biden.

After deliberating for several hours on Thursday, the jury returned a guilty verdict after the judge rigged the trial by allowing jurors to choose which crime they believed Trump committed.
Judge Merchan told jurors they did not have to agree on a crime. This is unheard of in US history. The jury only had to agree something bad happened. This, of course, is completely unconstitutional.
This was clearly the greatest travesty of justice in American history.
So now we have a convicted US President with 34 felony counts and NO ONE knows what crime President Trump committed!
The sentencing was set for July 11 – Three days before the Republican convention!
The guilty verdict comes after Joe Biden sent his DOJ official and hatchet man Matthew Colangelo to New York to get Trump.
This is clearly election interference at the highest level.
“Our team has heard that there were some cheers inside the Biden campaign headquarters in Wilmington when the verdict was read,” ABC News reported.
The Soviet-style show trial and guilty verdict is already backfiring on Biden and the Democrat party.
Trump has raised a record $39 million since the guilty verdict was announced and he got a six-point bump in approval.

As the Gateway Pundit reported, the rigged New York City jury convicted President Trump ALL 34 COUNTS in Alvin Bragg and corrupt Judge Juan Merchan’s lawfare case Thursday afternoon.
A giddy Merchan saluted the jury members for their “dedication and hard work” after one of American history’s greatest travesties of justice. The next step is the sentencing phase on July 11, where Merchan will have a chance to throw Trump behind bars.

While so many “Republicans” like Larry Hogan and Mitch McConnell have REFUSED to defend the 45th President, one person who has stepped up to the plate is Senator J.D. Vance (R-OH).
Vance was a guest on CNN Friday alongside longtime liberal news anchor Wolf Blitzer to weigh in on the disgraceful verdict. Things went south immediately for Blitzer demanded to know whether J.D. Vance would be interested in serving as a running mate to a “convicted felon.” Vance quickly put Blitzer in his place by pointing out Merchan’s corrupt behavior and his and his daughter’s donations to the Biden campaign. He then committed to helping Trump in any way possible because a loss by Trump would be the end of America as we know it.

BLITZER: Are you interested in being the running mate of a convicted felon?
VANCE: Wolf, the entire purpose of this trial was to get the media and the Democrats to say exactly that…when, in fact, the only thing Donald Trump is guilty of is being in the courtroom of a political sham trial.
BLITZER: But the jury was approved by the Trump lawyers.
VANCE: My complaint is not with the jury, Wolf. My complaint is with the judge, with the jury instructions that were clearly reversible, and with the judge who donated to the Biden campaign, which should force a recusal.
BLITZER: He donated $15…
VANCE: To stop Donald Trump. This “judge” committed multiple elements of reversible error, and he did it while his daughter has made a ton of money off of Democratic candidates and while he himself donated to the Biden campaign…
BLITZER: So let me repeat the question…
VANCE (shutting him down): You cannot say this trial was anything more than politics masquerading as justice.
Blitzer (stammering): Uh…
VANCE: And yes, I will help Donald Trump in any way that I can, Wolf, because if we allow this to happen…if we allow this standard that you can throw your political opponents in jail because they are doing so much better than you in the polls in an election, it will be the end of this country as we know it.
Blitzer was also triggered after hearing Trump call the United States a “fascist state” during his Trump Tower press conference Friday and attempted to get Vance to disavow the remark.
But Vance again gave Blitzer the business despite several desperate attempts by the CNN anchor to interrupt. He stuck to the hard facts, pointing out that Joe Biden is trying to throw Trump in prison for a “paperwork violation” and the biased instruction Merchan gave the jury.
