Independent presidential candidate Robert F. Kennedy Jr. was eliminated from the Libertarian Party’s nomination process during Sunday’s first round of voting.
Kennedy received 19 votes, which represents about two percent.
The candidate had accepted the nomination for the Libertarian Party and addressed the convention on Friday — despite previously saying he would not run as a Libertarian. The delegate who nominated him was met with loud booing from the rest of the convention.

Kennedy has raised a strong profile among centrists, selling himself as an anti-establishment figure suspicious of the traditions of government. Though Kennedy is widely seen as a long-shot contender against Trump and President Biden, recent polling has suggested he could be a spoiler for Trump in November.
The ex-Democrat has about 8 percent support in The Hill/Decision Desk HQ average of polls, where Trump leads Biden by just more than 1 percent.
During the convention, the Kennedy campaign handed out rubber chickens to try to get people to squeak them during Trump’s speech because the former president declined to debate him.
Former President Trump also blasted Kennedy in a series of Truth Social posts in late April.
Trump said he would even “take Biden” over RFK and accused him of being a Democrat plant.
“RFK Jr. is a Democrat ‘Plant,’ a Radical Left Liberal who’s been put in place in order to help Crooked Joe Biden, the Worst President in the History of the United States, get Re-Elected,” Trump began.
“A Vote for Junior’ would essentially be a WASTED PROTEST VOTE, that could swing either way, but would only swing against the Democrats if Republicans knew the true story about him. Junior’ is totally Anti-Gun, an Extreme Environmentalist who makes the Green New Scammers look Conservative, a Big Time Taxer and Open Border Advocate, and Anti-Military/Vet…”
Trump said that the “radicalized” Kennedy family would “never allow him to be a Republican,” and that his primary funder is his vice presidential candidate that “nobody ever heard of.”
In a third post, Trump wrote, “I lived with RFK Jr. in New York and watched him convince Governor Cuomo to make Environmental moves that were outright NASTY. Upstate New York was not allowed to drill or frack as Ohio, Pennsylvania, and others ripped off New York Energy. Because of this, prices have skyrocketed all over that part of the Country, but especially Upstate New York and New England. Their Energy Costs are the highest in the U.S., with the exception of California, run by Gavin Newscum, the Worst Governor in the State’s History.”
In the ultimate slam, Trump concluded by saying, “I’d even take Biden over Junior’, because our Country would last a year or two longer prior to collapse – But it would be dead either way. His Views on Vaccines are FAKE, as is everything else about his Candidacy. Let the Democrats have RFK Jr. They deserve him!”

Texas DPS arrested 112 illegal aliens and rescued 19 unaccompanied children last week over a 5- day period (May 20th to May 24th) in Maverick County, Texas. While the Biden regime is letting people pour into the US under open borders, Texas DPS is actually trying to keep their state safe.
The illegals are from Colombia, Ecuador, Honduras, Guatemala, El Salvador, Peru, Venezuela, Nicaragua, Cuba, and the Dominican Republic.

The Texas DPS has been dealing with many different situations. Last week they assisted the Border Patrol in Santa Teresa, New Mexico. Helicopter footage shows illegals scaling the border wall while illegals threw bottles, rocks and dirt at the Border Patrol.

Earlier this month, Texas DPS released footage of an illegal alien plunging a truck into the Rio Grande and swimming back to Mexico.

Earlier this month, the Texas DPS also arrested 29 illegals from a stash house in Webb County, Texas. They were from Honduras and Mexico-one illegal was part of the “Tango Blast Gang.” The troopers turned them over to the Border Patrol.

General Hospital soap actor Johnny Wactor, 37, was shot and killed Saturday morning in downtown Los Angeles during a robbery.
According to reports, Johnny Wactor interrupted three thieves trying to steal the catalytic converter from his car. Wactor’s mother Scarlett told TMZ that her son did not try to fight the thieves because he initially thought his car was being towed but they fatally shot him anyway.
The three assailants fled the scene in a vehicle.
Johnny Wactor was taken to a local hospital where he was pronounced dead.

Johnny Wactor — an actor best known for appearing in nearly 200 episodes of “General Hospital” — has died, TMZ has learned.
Wactor was shot and killed in downtown Los Angeles early Saturday morning, his mother Scarlett tells TMZ. She says Johnny was with a coworker when they saw three men messing with Johnny’s car. While authorities haven’t release his name, this matches the description of an incident where three suspects allegedly tried to steal a catalytic converter.
Scarlett says she was told Johnny didn’t try to fight or stop them … but, the men shot him anyway before taking off. According to police info, paramedics rushed to the scene just after 3 AM PT. He was pronounced dead at the hospital.
Police have not provided a description of the suspects … but, Johnny’s mother says she hopes they’ll be found quickly.

Crooked Joe Biden and his regime have had over 3 years to secure the border, which they intentionally chose not to do. After all, this is their future voting base.
Democrat Senator Chris Murphy was on CBS’s “Face the Nation” with Margaret Brennan on Sunday to discuss the border. Being a typical Democrat politician, he gave excuses for the border and even blamed President Trump and the Republicans for the border crisis.
“The President could take executive action and has been talking about it since back in February when Homeland Security Secretary mentioned it was being considered. Should he just get caught trying?” Brennan asked.
“The President has such limited ability to issue executive orders that would have an impact on the border. He can’t conjure resources out of thin air,” Senator Murphy responded.
(Referring to “Bipartisanship”),”It is up to Donald Trump and Republicans as to whether they want to solve the problem at the border or whether they want to keep the border a mess,” Senator Murphy continued.

Senator Murphy’s claim that bipartisan support will solve the border crisis is a distraction from the reality that the Biden regime has failed its Constitutional duties under Article IV, Section 4 to secure our nation from an invasion.
Actions speak louder than words. When the Biden regime took over in 2021, they gave an open border invitation for all. To solidify their actions, in 2023, the Biden regime sold off huge unused portions of the border wall that had not been installed yet. The mainstream media rarely, if ever, would report that.
DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas has dodged responsibility for the open border and instead blamed it on a “broken system.” He made that claim back in February when he appeared on NBC’s “Meet the Press.”
