US heroes lost at the Kabul Airport in 2021 when a terrorist released weeks earlier murdered over 170 Afghans and 13 American servicemen and women.
Marine Sgt. Nicole Gee, 23, was one of thirteen U.S. service members killed at Kabul Airport during the chaotic 2021 Afghanistan withdrawal and Joe Biden’s surrender to the Taliban.
On Sunday, Christy Shamblin, the mother-in-law of US Marine Sgt. Nicole Gee told CNN that Joe Biden has never called to console the family after their daughter died in the Kabul blast.

ABBY PHILLIP: “President Biden, he’s often called the consoler in chief. He does talk to families who’ve lost loved ones because of his own experiences. Have you experienced that from him as you’ve been coping with the death of Nicole?”
CHRISTY SHAMBLIN: “No.”
ABBY PHILLIP: “Have you spoken to him?”
CHRISTY SHAMBLIN: “No, he has not reached out to our family. We’ve actually reached out to the White House and have never heard back. We asked to meet with them to kind of understand where their thinking was in calling this a success, and we’ve not received a response. It’s been months. No, that’s not been our experience at all.”
ABBY PHILLIP: “Sorry to hear that.”
For the Record — NEVER FORGET — Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin, Joint Chief Chairman Mark Milley, and CentCom Commander General Kenneth McKenzie all knew about the Kabul Airport terrorist bombing at the Abbey Gate hours in advance.
The top US Military leaders knew that the Abbey Gate Soldiers were at the greatest risk.
Commanders calling in from Kabul relayed that the Abbey Gate, where American citizens had been told to gather in order to gain entrance to the airport, was “highest risk,” and detailed their plans to protect the airport.
13 US servicemen and women were killed in the attack.
Previously, American heroes confirmed to The Gateway Pundit that US brass knew the suicide bomber was in the area of the Kabul Airport but military brass would not let them take him out.
US Marine sniper later testified that this was true. He was not allowed to take out the bomber.
Sgt. Tyler Vargas-Andrews, a U.S. Marine Corps sniper who served in Afghanistan during the surrender to the Taliban forces, testified before Congress earlier this year. Vargas told Congress that he was denied permission to shoot the suicide bomber in Afghanistan that killed 13 service members and over 170 civilians.
From his testimony:
Over the communication network we passed that there was a potential threat and an ID attack imminent. This was as serious as it could get. I requested engagement authority while my team leader was ready on the M110 semiautomatic sniper system. The response: Leadership did not have the engagement authority for us. Do not engage. I requested for the battalion commander, lieutenant Colonel Brad Whited, to come to the tower to see what we did. Wile we waited for him psychological operations individuals came to our tower immediately and confirmed the suspect met the suicide bomber description.
He eventually arrived, and we showed him our evidence, the photos we had of the two men. We reassured him of the ease of fire on the suicide bomber. Pointedly, we asked him for engagement authority and permission. We asked him if we could shoot. Our battalion commander said, and I quote, “I don’t know,” end quote. Myself and my team leader asked very harshly, “Well, who does? Because this is your responsibility, sir.”
He again replied he did not know, but would find out. We received no update and never got our answer. Eventually, the individual disappeared. To this day, we believe he was a suicide bomber. We made everyone on the ground aware operations had briefly halted, but then started again. Plain and simple, we were ignored. Our expertise was disregarded. No one was held accountable for our safety.

According to Fox News reporter Bill Melugin, 118 Chinese illegal aliens crossed the border in the San Diego sector on Saturday per CBP. There have been over 30,000 Chinese illegals that have entered the San Diego sector since October 1st. This is not surprising, considering Texas has cracked down on illegals at the border.
In addition to that, since October 1st, there have also been illegals from numerous other countries that are invading the US through the San Diego sector. Over 8,900 from India, 7,800 from Turkey, and others from Uzbekistan, Mauritania, Vietnam and Guinea.
There has been an 8,600 percent increase in Chinese illegals crossing the border since fiscal year 2021. At that time the record shows a total of just over 340 Chinese illegals crossing the border. That statistic is for the entire Southern border compared to the 30,000 since October 1st in San Diego alone! The massive increase in numbers shows this is intentional while the Federal government fails to secure the border. On top of that, California Governor Gavin Newsom has offered free healthcare to illegals.

Bill Melugin had reported that last week about 3,200 illegals were released into the US in one day alone with “Notice to Appear” court dates.
Over 1,600 of these illegals were released by the border patrol, while over 1,500 were released at ports of entry. A lot of them were put on the CBP One app which processes them into the US, but is of little practical use.
Since January 2021, approximately 10 to 12 million illegals have entered the US.
That number equals about the population of 41 individual states.
DHS Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas has continued to dodge responsibility for the open border. In February, he was on NBC’s “Meet the Press” and blamed the border crisis on a “broken system.”
“Do you bear responsibility for what is happening at the border?” Kristin Welker asked.
“We don’t bear responsibility for a broken system,” Mayorkas continued.
Meanwhile, Chinese nationals have breached US military bases and sensitive sites over 100 times.
The US Fleet Forces Commander Admiral Daryl Caudle warned FOX News viewers that there have been an uptick in foreign nationals attempting to penetrate US military bases around the country. These attempted breaches are taking place two to three times a week now.
Caudle told Bill Hemmer on America Reports that attempted penetrations of U.S. military bases by foreign nationals are taking place ‘two or three times a week.’
Chinese nationals have breached US military sites and sensitive areas like Kennedy Space Center over 100 times in recent years.

After two years of negotiations, an effort by the World Health Organization to agree on a global pandemic treaty has failed.
The plan, which sought to agree on a framework for how countries would respond to the next pandemic, would give the WHO the power to mandate lockdowns, vaccines, and vaccine passports and other forms of authoritarian control.
The effort was led by WHO Director, Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus, an Ethiopian politician with links to Marxist guerilla movements whose “recommendations” shaped the global response to the COVID-19 pandemic.
ABC reported:
On Friday, Roland Driece, co-chair of WHO’s negotiating board for the agreement, acknowledged that countries were unable to come up with a draft. WHO had hoped a final draft treaty could be agreed on at its yearly meeting of health ministers starting Monday in Geneva. “We are not where we hoped we would be when we started this process,” he said, adding that finalizing an international agreement on how to respond to a pandemic was critical “for the sake of humanity.”
Driece said the World Health Assembly next week would take up lessons from its work and plot the way forward, urging participants to make “the right decisions to take this process forward” to one day reach a pandemic agreement “because we need it.” The draft treaty had attempted to address the gap that occurred between COVID-19 vaccines in rich and poorer countries, which WHO Director-General Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus said amounted to “a catastrophic moral failure.”

The accord’s aim was to set guidelines for how the WHO’s 194 member countries might stop future pandemics and better share resources. But experts warned there were virtually no consequences for countries that don’t comply. The co-chairs of the treaty-drafting process didn’t specify what caused the logjam, but diplomats have said vast differences remained over sharing of information about pathogens that emerge and the sharing of technologies to fight them.
Addressing the media after the negotiations broke down, Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus insisted that the process was “not a failure.”
“We will try everything — believing that anything is possible — and make this happen because the world still needs a pandemic treaty,” he said. “Because many of the challenges that caused a serious impact during COVID-19 still exist.
“What matters now is when do we learn from this and how can we reset things, recalibrate things, identify the main challenges, and then move on,” he continued.
As previously reported by The Gateway Pundit, the negotiations for the agreement took place in secret as bureaucrats sought to slip in language and provisions that would bolster their authority during the next pandemic.
Earlier this month, it emerged that the United Kingdom would oppose the treaty on the grounds that it violated the country’s sovereignty.
“The U.K. could not accept these proposals in their current form – and they have not been agreed,” a government spokesperson said at the time. “We will only support the adoption of the accord and accept it on behalf of the UK, if it is firmly in the UK national interest and respects national sovereignty.”

In an appalling violation of the code of ethics, a sitting federal judge wrote a political hit piece in the New York Times publicly attacking conservative Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito.
US District Judge Michael Ponsor, a senior judge on the US District Court for the District of Massachusetts appointed by Bill Clinton criticized Alito while he’s deciding relevant pending cases.
The hit piece titled, “A Federal Judge Wonders: How Could Alito Have Been So Foolish?” was published on Friday and criticized Alito for flying an upside-down flag at his home after the 2020 presidential election.
“Regardless of its legality, displaying the flag in that way, at that time, shouldn’t have happened. To put it bluntly, any judge with reasonable ethical instincts would have realized immediately that flying the flag then and in that way was improper. And dumb,” Judge Ponsor wrote.
“Like the upside-down flag, this flag is viewed by a great many people as a banner of allegiance on partisan issues that are or could be before the court,” Judge Ponsor wrote.
“Flying those flags was tantamount to sticking a ‘Stop the steal’ bumper sticker on your car. You just don’t do it,” the judge said.
“Before Judge Ponsor publicly lectures a Supreme Court justice about ethics and recusal matters on pending cases, he should probably check his own ethics,” said Mike Davis, former Gorsuch clerk and president of The Article III Project.
“Canon 3A(6) of the Code of Conduct for United States Judges states: “A judge should not make public comment on the merits of a matter pending or impending in any court.”” – Davis said.

In March US District Judge Reggie Walton went on CNN to speak publicly about pending legal matters.
Judge Walton, a Bush appointee, previously spoke with CNN’s Kaitlan Collins about threats he has received after he called Trump a “charlatan” and rendered excessive punishment to J6 defendants.
“I’ve had more threats than what used to be the case,” the judge said referring to a January 6 case he oversaw.
Even Kaitlan Collins conceded that it is “rare that we get to hear from a sitting federal judge.”
Walton, a SITTING JUDGE, weighed in on Trump’s statements defending himself against Judge Merchan, his conflicted daughter Loren Merchan and the latest gag order.
“It’s very disconcerting to have someone making comments about a judge, and it’s particularly problematic when those comments are in the form of a threat, especially if they’re directed at one’s family,” Walton said. “We do these jobs because we’re committed to the rule of law and we believe in the rule of law, and the rule of law can only function effectively when we have judges who are prepared to carry out their duties without the threat of potential physical harm.”
