Anita Dunn, who serves as an adviser on the Biden 2024 presidential campaign, was confronted during an appearance on MSNBC about the possibility of him dropping out of the race.

Dunn downplayed the significance of Biden’s awful debate, saying it was just 90 minutes in a campaign and an administration. She suggests he is not dropping out and that the campaign is moving on to other things.

She does not seem to grasp the Democrat panic that is unfolding around her.

Biden administration adviser Anita Dunn said President Biden is focused on what’s next after his lackluster debate performance this week.

Dunn joined MSNBC’s “The Weekend” on Saturday, where she continued the Biden campaign’s attempt to tamp down the panic after the debate.

“A debate is one moment in the campaign,” she said. “And the reality is that I think voters experienced this debate a little differently than perhaps some of the insiders.”

She added, “The conversation we had is, ‘OK, what do we do next?’”

Dunn said the campaign is looking at ongoing research and the key issues that are important to voters.

“So, I think that what you will see, as you often see after these debates, are not huge changes,” Dunn said. “The president is going to continue to be out there and he can make his case for why Donald Trump is a threat to this country and why there is a better bath ahead of America.”

Dunn seems pretty confident despite the fact that even the New York Times is calling on Biden to drop out of the race.

David Sacks is one of the Silicon Valley billionaires who is now supporting Trump and helping to raise money for his campaign.

During a recent episode of a podcast that he co-hosts, he perfectly described what the Democrats and the Biden regime have become. Sacks suggests that this is not politics as usual. He says that the people behind Biden are basically using him as cover to retain power, while they loot the republic and reward the various special interest groups that are part of their coalition.

Sacks also suggests that Biden’s awful debate performance tore the mask off of this act and exposed it for all the country to see.

The Biden campaign issued a memo to reporters on Saturday seeking to work the refs after Joe Biden’s disastrous debate with President Trump Thursday night that saw Biden looking dazed and struggling to speak coherently at times.

While presidential debates are traditionally held in the fall in the weeks before the November election, this debate was scheduled for late June at Biden’s request in an effort to change the dynamics of a campaign that saw him tied or losing to Trump (mostly losing) in national and key swing state polls. In 2020 polls, Trump never led Biden in polls.

Instead of improving his standing against Trump with the early debate, Biden is hemorrhaging support with calls for him to drop out of the race coming from liberal politicos and newspapers including the New York Times and Atlanta Journal-Constitution.

In response, the Biden campaign sent out a memo Saturday that said of the debate “On every metric that matters, data shows it did nothing to change the American people’s perception.”

The denial of reality was so strong a reporter for Politico, Rachel Bade, reacted with, “Are you serious?” to the memo stating, “If we do see changes in polling in the coming weeks, it will not be the first time that overblown media narratives have driven temporary dips in the polls.”

The memo by campaign co-chair Jen O’Malley Dillion pointed to strong post debate fundraising of $27 million, polls that showed the race essentially unchanged and a look back at the 2012 Obama campaign in which Obama was able to bounce back after losing the first debate with Republican Mitt Romney. The memo also claimed the campaign had an increase in volunteers and job applicants post debate.

Even as Joe Biden and his campaign put on a brave face after his disastrous debate Thursday with President Trump, behind the scenes Biden feels “humiliated, devoid of confidence” according to a report by NBC News Saturday evening that reported Biden would be meeting with his family at Camp David on Sunday to discuss the “future of of his re-election campaign.”

Biden attended fundraisers in New York and New Jersey on Saturday, where he was seen slack-jawed, holding on tight to Jill as he walked across the tarmac at an airport in the Hamptons on Long Island:

Several liberal politicos and newspapers including the New York Times and Atlanta Journal-Constitution have called for Biden to drop out of the race after the debate showed he was not capable of being president another four years (or six more months). No elected Democrat has called for Biden to step down, while former Presidents Obama and Clinton have voiced their support for Biden staying in the race.

The NBC report says Joe and Jill (whom the report calls the “ultimate influence” on Joe) will meet with son Hunter, daughter Ashley and their grandchildren (except Navy Joan, of course).

President Joe Biden is expected to discuss the future of his re-election campaign with family on Sunday, following a nationally televised debate Thursday that left many fellow Democrats worried about his ability to beat former President Donald Trump in November, according to five people familiar with the matter.

Biden’s trip to Camp David was planned before Thursday’s debate. He and first lady Jill Biden are scheduled to join their children and grandchildren there late Saturday.

…Despite delivering a rousing speech at a rally in North Carolina Friday that calmed some of his allies, Biden was described by one person familiar with his mood as humiliated, devoid of confidence and painfully aware that the physical images of him at the debate — eyes staring into the distance, mouth agape — will live beyond his presidency, along with a performance that at times was meandering, incoherent and difficult to hear.

“It’s a mess,” this person said.

Another person familiar with the dynamics said Biden will ultimately listen to only one adviser.

“The only person who has ultimate influence with him is the first lady,” this person said. “If she decides there should be a change of course there will be a change of course.”

Tellingly, NBC reports the Biden campaign declined to comment for their report:

The Biden campaign declined to comment for this piece, instead pointing to a memo Saturday from campaign chair Jen O’Malley Dillon that made the case that Biden can still win, pointing to the more than $27 million they raised between debate day and Friday evening.

A Biden official spoke briefly to the pool on the tarmac of McGuire Air Force Base about POTUS schedule and an NBC story that just posted.

“The premise of the story is not accurate,” the official said.

On the travel to Camp David, “It was public in our guidance before the debate. It’s been on the schedule for weeks. There is nothing more to it.”

Officials said the Biden family is taking a family photo at Camp David.

Former NFL punter and current ESPN analyst Pat McAfee blasted ESPN for planning to award Prince Harry the Pat Tillman Award for Service at the upcoming ESPYs award ceremony.

On Friday, McAfee shared that ESPN is attempting to “piss people off” by awarding Prince Harry an award named after the late Pat Tillman, who was a strong safety for the Arizona Cardinals that later enlisted in the U.S. Army following the September 11th attacks.

McAfee shared that the Pat Tillman award is “Going to Prince Harry, Who I don’t even think is a Prince anymore, right? He said don’t call me that? See, why does the ESPYs do this sh*t?”

Tillman was sadly killed in combat in 2004 by friendly fire during a combat mission in Afghanistan.

According to ESPN, the Patt Tillman Award is given to those who have significantly impacted the world.

During the “The Pat McAfee Show” on Friday, McAfee accused his own network of “trying to piss people off” for honoring the Duke of Sussex with an award named after the late NFL safety turned Army Ranger.

The award is handed out to those who have made significant contributions in the world, which echoes Tillman’s legacy.

“It’s going to Prince Harry,” McAfee said. “Who I don’t even think is a Prince anymore, right? He said don’t call me that? See, why does the ESPYs do this s–t?”
