Facebook founder and CEO of Meta Mark Zuckerberg has claimed artificial intelligence companies are attempting to “create God.”

Zuckerberg made his comment during an interview with YouTuber Kane Kallaway.

During the interview, Zuckerberg stated, “I find it a pretty big turnoff when people in the tech industry kind of talk about building this one true AI.“

“It’s almost as if they think they’re creating God or something,” added Zuckerberg.

“I find it a pretty big turnoff when people in the tech industry kind of talk about building this one true AI. It’s almost as if they think they’re creating God or something. And it’s like, that’s not what we’re doing,” Zuckerberg said during an interview with YouTuber Kane Kallaway.

He also maintained that his company had other goals, such as allowing creators and small businesses to personalize their own AIs to suit their needs.

So, a big part of the approach is going to be enabling every creator, and then eventually also every small business on the platform, to create an AI for themselves to help them interact with their community and their customers if they’re a business,” he said.

Zuckerberg’s comment seems a bit hypocritical, considering Meta has amplified AI usage on Facebook and Instagram.

Even Joe Biden’s biggest Hollywood supporter Rob Reiner was unimpressed with Joe Biden’s embarassing debate performance on Thursday evening.

Posting on the X platform, where he typically rants and raves about his left-wing political views, Reiner said that the debate was a “disaster” for the declining 81-year-old.

“Last night’s debate was a disaster for President Biden,” Reiner wrote. “But the choice is still crystal clear: We either can choose a good decent man who cares about his fellow citizens and knows how to govern, or a Convicted Felon who will destroy our Democracy. Not a tough choice.”

According to a report from Deadline, Reiner watched the debate alongside Democratic Govs. Gretchen Whitmer of Michigan, Andy Beshear of Kentucky and JB Pritzker of Illinois. The event doubled as a fundraiser for the Biden campaign.

The actor and filmmaker, who is best known for his role as Mike “Meathead” Stivic in All in the Family and directing the coming-of-age drama Stand By Me, has repeatedly insisted that American democracy will collapse if Trump wins November’s presidential election against Biden.

Reiner recently released a film about the rise of supposed Christian Nationalism in modern America titled God & Country that absolutely bombed at the box office.

According to Box Office MoJo, the movie opened in February to a pathetic $38,415 and since then has gone to gross just over $100,000.

British media is reporting that at least 27 people affiliated with the radical environmental activist group Just Stop Oil were apprehended by authorities for their plans to disrupt airports during the busy summer travel season.

BBC reports:

Dozens of Just Stop Oil supporters suspected of planning to disrupt airports this summer have been arrested across England.

The Metropolitan Police said 27 people were taken into custody, including some believed to be “key organisers” for the climate group.

Six arrests were made in east London, four at Gatwick airport, and the rest from forces across the country.

The force added the six who were arrested on Thursday evening at a community centre in London were there “as part of a publicly-advertised event promoting airport disruption”.

A Met spokesman shared that the operation occurred in Gloucestershire, Oxfordshire, Devon, Essex, Manchester, Surrey, Sussex, Norfolk, and West Yorkshire.

The arrests were made under the Public Order Act, which makes it illegal to conspire to disrupt national infrastructure.

Despite receiving hefty backing and funds from Hollywood and left-wing foundations, the group took to social media to beg for money to replace tech devices seized in the raids.

Democrats want to ensure that Steve Bannon is jailed for the four months prior to the US 2024 presidential election - the most important election in the last 150 years!

They fear his voice.

While “The View” co-hosts are usually a goldmine for commentary after giving their ill-informed take on any number of hot-button topics of the day, sometimes their segments are just downright cringeworthy and vile.

Thursday’s segment featured the ladies of “The View” alongside their two guests – Judy Gold and Sandra Bernhard – to promote a new documentary, “Outstanding: A Comedy Revolution.”

As June is “pride” month for the left, Gold and Bernhard made guest appearances because they are both gay. Naturally, the conversation devolved into talk of the entire panel’s sexuality with Behar accusing fellow host Sara Haines of being a lesbian.

As Haines gave her reaction to the documentary, she revealed she had been to The Cubbyhole, a lesbian bar in Manhattan that’s mentioned in the documentary as Bernard had also been there.

Behar’s immediate reaction was to call Haines – who is married to a man and has three children – “a closet lipstick lesbian.”

Whoopi Goldberg followed Behar’s remark by calling Haines, “gay adjacent” after Haines’ admission that she, “went to Smith College” and that she “played on a gay volleyball league.”

Haines responded to Goldberg using her own words saying, “I’m gay adjacent… or not adjacent.”

Behar’s conduct had already caused the show to take a turn when Bernhard asked her earlier in the same clip, “Have you ever gotten it on with a lady?”

Behar — who is married to a man who could be watching the segment — very seriously responded, “No, but someday I will.”

After laughing, Behar, 81, said she would, “do it in my 90s.”

Behar’s behavior — and to some degree Haines’ via peer pressure — here is a cautionary tale in taking the moral high ground.

If you aren’t consistent in how you behave while attacking your critics, you look hypocritical.

Often, viral clips from “The View” include launching into a diatribe about any number of conservative happenings concerning former President Donald Trump or other prominent Republicans.

The panel has spent years being outraged at the opposition’s actions just to sit here and joke about being gay and committing adultery.

In the case of Behar, it might not be a joke judging by the tone of her voice.

On the surface, this is just a strange and gross clip.

On a deeper level, if Behar’s or Haines’ husbands happen to watch the show live or see this clip, they’re understandably going to feel pretty embarrassed.
