Harvard law professor says Judge Merchan’s antics are worse than what we saw with Joseph Stalin.
Harvard law professor and author Alan Dershowitz weighed in on the Trump convictions by a corrupt court, a biased jury, and and criminal judge on Thursday.
Dershowitz pointed out what all of us are wondering – we still don’t know the crime President Trump allegedly committed.
As the Democrat operatives’ case against President Trump wound down last week the prosecution still had not defined the alleged criminal act that President Trump allegedly committed. But it didn’t matter. The court was ready to find Trump guilty and send him to prison.
Corrupt anti-Trump Judge Juan Merchan told the jury during instructions before their deliberation that they can consider whether the defendant violated any of the following laws:
1. Federal Employees’ Compensation Act (FECA) (federal election campaign law)
2. Falsification of Business Records
3. Tax Laws
Judge Merchan also told the jury they need not agree to what crime was committed. They just had to feel like a criminal act was committed to find President Trump guilty. This was one of the greatest bastardizations of the justice system in US history.
We still don’t know what the jury decided. We still don’t know what crime was committed. It’s been two days now and the court has not defined what law was broken. The judge and jury never told us!
Alan Dershowitz pointed this out on Friday.
Alan Dershowitz: I want to say right now, I side with President Trump’s assessment of the judicial system more than President Biden’s assessment. I’m a liberal Democrat. I voted for Biden. Biden is dead wrong. We should not respect the legal system that is rigged. In my book, Get Trump, I predicted months before this case ever came to trial that it was a foregone conclusion there’d be a conviction. A biased judge, a biased jury, a biased prosecutor, a man who ran for office on the theory of, let’s find a crime to prosecute Trump for, and they couldn’t find the crime, so they made it up.
We’re now a day after the verdict. I’ve known criminal law. I’ve been involved in criminal law for 60 years. I still don’t know what the crime is. Was he found guilty of intending to violate tax laws, to violate the federal election laws, to defraud voters? I still don’t know. And we’re a day after this. This is the most outrageous case. Everybody knows the quote from Lavrentiy Beria, the head of the KGB under Stalin, when Beria said to Stalin, “Show me the man and I’ll find you the crime.”
He tried to find the crime, and he couldn’t. So he made up the crime. He took it a step further than Stalin and Lavrentiy Beria. This case will go down in history as one of the most abusive prosecutions since the trial of Aaron Burr back in ’18, whatever. This is a stain on our criminal justice system.
Professor Emeritus Dershowitz says the Supreme Court should overturn this case.
Alan Dershowitz: “Again, he was convicted of things that weren’t crimes… I think there’s a way of expediting the appeal, skipping the appellate division, going right to the Court of Appeals, ask for an expedited appeal with a decision within a month, and then take it to the Supreme Court. The Supreme Court should take this case, should reverse the conviction, and let the voters decide who should be president without the thumb of an illegal prosecution on the scales of the election.”
If there is any hope for this country’s future – this abomination must be overturned. And Judge Merchan should be the one heading to prison for corrupting our legal system for personal gain.

Disgraced former CNN news anchor Chris Cuomo’s attempt at revisionist history regarding the COVID pandemic blew up in his face after getting exposed for telling a big lie regarding Joe Rogan and Ivermectin while also denying the totalitarian policies of the pandemic.
Cuomo was a guest on investor Patrick Bet-David’s podcast on Friday to debate libertarian comedian Dave Smith on a variety of issues, including the COVID-19 vaccines and lockdowns. Things went south quickly for Cuomo when he haughtily cited his experience to claim the lockdowns were not totalitarian.
He was promptly filleted by Smith, who gave the brutal truth and an ordinary American’s account of the lockdown tyranny.

CUOMO: I hear your understanding of the pandemic, and I don’t agree. I lived it closer than you in many ways…and there were many mistakes made. The idea that it was a totalitarian regime that’s hyperbole.
SMITH: Uh, can I respond to that? There was a lot there.
CUOMO: Sure. I didn’t mean to flood the zone. Take it one by one.
SMITH: First of all, when I describe the lockdowns that swept this nation as totalitarian, just to be clear, I’m not being hyperbolic!
When you’re waking up every morning to watch your TV to find out from your governor what you’re allowed to do today, including am I allowed to go to work, am I allowed to have a funeral for my father…there is one word and one word only for that, and that is totalitarianism.
But the worst was yet to come for Cuomo. During the height of lockdowns while his brother, then-New York Governor Andrew, was essentially murdering nursing home residents by forcing them to share space with COVID-infected patients, Cuomo and his CNN cronies were laughing at Americans for daring to question the accepted narrative on the pandemic.
This included mocking individuals such as Joe Rogan for claiming that Ivermectin (which Cuomo now takes) could effectively treat COVID. However, during the debate, Cuomo lied, claiming he did not like how the media treated Rogan.
Smith did not forget and proceeded to completely humiliate him with help from an old clip showing Don Lemon and Cuomo taunting Rogan for taking “horse dewormer” medicine.

CUOMO: Look, I’m taking the drug right now. Obviously, I don’t think it is all poison… I stopped calling it (ivermectin) the horse dewormer when CNN’s Chief Medical Officer Sanjay Gupta said to me, “You shouldn’t call it just a horse dewormer drug.”
SMITH: By the way, I don’t know if you guys saw this, but one of the best moments during the pandemic was when Dr. Gupta went on Joe Rogan’s podcast. For all the days of CNN demonizing Joe Rogan, they send their top doctor on to his show.
And he (Rogan) goes, “Why is everyone on your network saying I’m taking horse dewormer? Ivermectin is not.” And Dr. Gupta looked down at his lap and went, “Yeah, they shouldn’t be saying that.”

A Texas elementary school teacher has been caught on tape filming X-rated videos inside her classroom and is now under investigation.
KHOU reported Thursday that the woman was a music teacher at Gray Elementary in Lamar Consolidated Independent School District in Fort Bend County. The school is located in Richmond, roughly 31 miles from Houston.
In the videos, the teacher is seen exposing her bare breasts and a** to a camera in one video inside the classroom. Another clip shows her exposing herself in a bathroom.
“This is me being crazy at work,” she says.

While the incident happened earlier this year, the videos only emerged on Wednesday, thanks to Libs of TikTok.
The unidentified woman resigned in February for “undisclosed reasons,” but the school district claims it wasn’t aware of these disgusting actions until the videos surfaced.
She told KHOU 11 News that she had made a big mistake, which she regrets.
‘It was a poor judgment on my part,” the teacher said. “I would never do it again.”
The woman claimed that the footage was intended for an ex-boyfriend and not for general public consumption.
At this point, the woman has not been charged with any crime. KHOU legal analyst Carmen Roe says the former teacher was not necessarily criminal.
The former teacher told the outlet that she stepped down from Lamar CISD for reasons unrelated to the video. She hopes her career and reputation are not permanently impacted.
KHOU also revealed she has filed a police report for possible revenge porn.

President Trump was charged with 34 “felonies” on Thursday related to accounting activities, many of which he likely never performed in his entire life.
11 of these alleged “felonies” were for the equivalent of receiving an electric bill in the mail.
Corrupt Soros-backed Manhattan DA, Alvin Bragg, and the Trump-hating gang of former Obama White House and Biden DOJ members like Matthew Colangelo, dropped BS indictments against President Trump in April 2023.

On Thursday, a New York jury in corrupt Judge Juan Merchan’s court found President Trump guilty of 34 “felonies.” Judge Merchan is arguably the most conflicted judge in history with his 20-something daughter raking in tens of millions from Democrat politicians before, during, and because of this case being tried.
These so-called “felonies” have been ignored by Big Media for a year, yet their accounting-related characteristics really stand out to anyone with an accounting background.
Eleven of these activities classified as “felonies” in the indictment don’t make any sense. President Trump didn’t commit these crimes because these accounting activities clearly aren’t crimes.
Throughout the investigation of the indictments, the corrupt actors going after President Trump claimed the following in 11 instances, starting with their first of 34 so-called felonies.
The defendant, in the County of New York and elsewhere, on or about February 14, 2017, with intent to defraud and intent to commit another crime and aid and conceal the commission thereof, made and caused a false entry in the business records of an enterprise, to wit, an invoice from Michael Cohen dated February 14, 2017, marked as a record of the Donald J. Trump Revocable Trust, and kept and maintained by the Trump Organization.
Eleven times this indictment makes similar claims as above. This “felony” refers to the receipt of an invoice.
Bragg claims that President Trump:
“Made and caused a false entry in the business records of an enterprise, to wit, an invoice from Michael Cohen.”
This is the same as saying President Trump received an invoice from Michael Cohen. I don’t believe that there was evidence that President Trump ever received these invoices himself. But it really doesn’t matter.
US companies and entities receive thousands, if not millions of invoices every day. Individuals receive invoices as well. For most people they receive their electric bill or invoice in the mail or via email.
President Trump was found guilty of 11 felonies for receiving invoices in the mail or in his email. This is the equivalent of an American being found guilty of a felony for receiving their electric bill in the mail.
It is likely that no one in history other than President Trump has ever been charged with a felony for receiving an invoice from a vendor. Trump has no control over the receipt of invoices. He certainly never created them.
Also, he likely never received an invoice in his life. His accounts payable department would receive the invoices and record receiving them in vouchers in the books. President Trump never did this. He was the CEO of a multi-billion dollar company. This work was performed by the accounts payable department and yet he is charged with 12 felonies for posting these entries in the books.
The remaining 11 felonies for paying the invoices were also likely prepared by the Accounts Payable Department and perhaps signed by President Trump. Bragg claims that President Trump signed 9 of the checks.
It’s most likely that President Trump signed these checks after a cursory review at best, as most executives do for small payments.
This entire case is a sham. The fact that these monsters like Bragg and Colangelo used this to imprison an innocent man for fake crimes is the real crime.
