A drag queen-infested parody of The Last Supper that was a centerpiece of the opening ceremonies of the Paris Olympics won the gold medal for offensive outrage, according to Kansas City Chiefs kicker Harrison Butker.

The parody appeared to be an attempt to mock the famous Leonardo da Vinci portrayal of the last meal Jesus Christ had with his followers, an event from which the practice of communion in Christian churches is derived.

“This is crazy,” Butker wrote in his Instagram Stories account, according to Fox News.

He also added a verse from the Bible reading, “Be not deceived, God is not mocked.”

In a post on X, he wrote the full verse.

“’Be not deceived, God is not mocked. For what things a man shall sow, those also shall he reap. For he that soweth in his flesh, of the flesh also shall reap corruption. But he that soweth in the spirit, of the spirit shall reap life everlasting.’ Galatians 6:7-8,” he wrote.

Butker was not alone.

The Bishops’ Conference of France issued a statement criticizing “scenes of derision and mockery of Christianity, which we deeply deplore,” according to the New York Post.

“We thank the members of other religious denominations who have expressed their solidarity. This morning, we think of all Christians on all continents who have been hurt by the outrage and provocation of certain scenes,” the statement added.

Bishop Robert Barron of Minnesota said Catholics should “make their voices heard” over “the gross mockery of the ‘Last Supper.’”

House Speaker Mike Johnson vented his outrage on X.

“Last night’s mockery of the Last Supper was shocking and insulting to Christian people around the world who watched the opening ceremony of the Olympic Games,” he wrote in a post on X.

“The war on our faith and traditional values knows no bounds today. But we know that truth and virtue will always prevail,” Johnson wrote and then cited the Book of John. “The light shines in the darkness, and the darkness has not overcome it.”

Residents of the small town of Gardiner in Montana are outraged and saddened after a popular grizzly bear was discovered in the Yellowstone River decapitated and without its paws.

The grizzly’s headless body was discovered by a photographer who took a picture of the bear lying lifeless in the Yellowstone River near Gardiner.

After residents started asking questions, The Montana Fish, Wildlife, and Parks revealed they euthanized the bear after it broke into a home.

Morgan Jacobsen who works for the FWP stated, “On Thursday the bear had broken into a home. Fish, Wildlife and Park staff responded and was able to dispatch the bear while it was in the river.”

When Jacobsen was asked why the bear was found beheaded without paws, he stated, “Something that we are required to do as an agency by the US Fish, Wildlife and Parks Service is to remove any parts of that bear that had potential monetary value—so that includes the head and the paws.”

Per KBZK:

Early Monday morning, a photo of a headless, pawless grizzly bear was captured by a river guide on the Yellowstone River near Gardiner. The photo upset many who saw it.

I spoke with Morgan Jacobsen with FWP, who says,”Fish, Wildlife and Parks is aware of this grizzly in the Yellowstone River. This is the same bear that was removed after several weeks of conflict in Gardiner.”

Jacobsen says it was a capture effort that lasted several weeks after a food-motivated bear was continually attracted to the area.

“On Thursday the bear had broken into a home. Fish, Wildlife and Park staff responded and was able to dispatch the bear while it was in the river,” he says.

The Harris campaign has repeatedly tried to falsely tie President Trump and his running mate, J.D. Vance, to the Heritage Foundation’s Project 2025, earning the campaign fact-checks from multiple organizations.

At a rally in Wisconsin on Tuesday, Harris criticized Trump and “his extreme Project 2025 agenda.”

Harris then said, “Can you believe they put that thing in writing? Read it. It’s 900 pages. But here’s the thing. When you read it, you will see Donald Trump intends to cut Social Security and Medicare. He intends to give tax breaks to billionaires and big corporations and make working families foot the bill. They intend to end the Affordable Care Act. And take us back, then, to a time when insurance companies had the power to deny people with pre-existing conditions.”

This is despite the fact that Trump himself has publically distanced himself from it and pointed out that his platform is called Agenda 47.

CNN, of all places, fact-checked the Harris campaign and noted that the Harris campaign has “made a deliberate decision to brand all of Trump’s policies” as “Project 2025.”

From CNN:

Facts First: One of Harris’ claims about Project 2025 is false, while another is at least misleading. The Project 2025 document does not show that Trump intends to cut Social Security; the document barely discusses Social Security at all and does not propose cuts to the program. In addition, contrary to Harris’ suggestion, Project 2025 does not call to “end” the Affordable Care Act or eliminate its protections for people with pre-existing conditions. The document does criticize the Affordable Care Act, especially the law’s expansion of Medicaid, but makes clear it is advocating changes to the law rather than terminating the law entirely.

A Harris campaign official said the campaign has “made a deliberate decision to brand all of Trump’s policies” as “Project 2025,” since they believe “it has stuck with voters.” After the initial publication of this article, a Harris campaign spokesperson, Joseph Costello, added, “Project 2025 is a blueprint for many of the dangerous policies we know that a second Trump term would include, and it is indisputable that in his first term, Donald Trump repeatedly tried to cut Social Security and end the Affordable Care Act.”

Rob Bluey at The Daily Signal points out, “Another fact-check article, published Wednesday by VERIFY, a website devoted to stopping the spread of false information, debunked a myth that Project 2025 called for the elimination of individualized education plans, commonly known as IEPs.”

USA Today also fact-checked the Harris campaign, saying, “Project 2025 is a political playbook created by the Heritage Foundation and dozens of other conservative groups, not Trump, who said he disagrees with elements of the effort.”

Reporter Ben Domenech took to social media to chastise the Harris campaign for trying to falsely tie V.P. nominee J.D. Vance to Project 2025, ” The Harris campaign is falsely representing this interview, which took place before Vance even announced a run for the Senate and years before Project 2025 existed. I know this because I’m the interviewer.”

Tommy Robinson, a prominent political activist and former leader of the English Defense League, has recently been apprehended following his massive rally in Trafalgar Square.

The arrest, as reported on Robinson’s verified social media accounts, claims that he was detained under the Terrorism Act 2000. However, the Metropolitan Police have denied these claims, stating that they are not involved and that no arrest under such legislation has occurred on their part.

The Background of the Rally and Arrest

Robinson’s rally, billed as a historic patriotic event, attracted thousands of supporters and featured speeches from several figures. The event’s highlight was the screening of Robinson’s controversial documentary, Silenced. This film, which deals with an incident involving a Syrian refugee and subsequent libel claims against Robinson, was banned by the High Court due to its content, which was deemed in contempt of court. As The Gateway Pundit reported, the Paris Olympic organizers allowed a reenactment of The Last Supper with drag queens during the 2024 Olympics ceremony.

In the sickening opening ceremony, the scantily dressed drag queens stood behind a long table while mocking one of the most sacred images in all of Christianity. Worse, a young child was also spotted standing beside the drag queens in the performance.

Now, ESPN reports that the Olympic committee is scrambling to contain the fallout. On Sunday morning, Paris 2024 spokesperson Anne Descamps issued a so-called ‘apology’ if anyone was offended by the sick performance while maintaining they managed to celebrate “community tolerance.”

“Clearly, there was never an intention to show disrespect to any religious group. It (The opening ceremony) tried to celebrate community tolerance,” Descamps claimed during a news conference.

“We believe this ambition was achieved,” she added. “If people have taken any offense, we are really sorry.”

Translation: we have no regrets over the performance, and it’s your fault for misinterpreting our intentions, silly Christians.

Meanwhile, Christians worldwide remain livid that their faith was insulted at an event that is supposed to emphasize unity. The Daily Mail notes that THOUSANDS of Olympic fans have now vowed not to watch the event.

Hashtags #boycottOlympics and #boycottParis2024 trended globally Saturday and have continued into Sunday.

This follows one of the largest telecommunications providers in the United States yanking ads following the blasphemous performance.

Thousands of social media users have threatened to boycott the nascent Paris Olympics after its opening ceremony was widely panned on Friday.

Enraged viewers took to X where #boycottOlympics and #boycottParis2024 were seen trending over the course of the following day.

In particular, the appearance of a ‘naked blue man’ among a scene likened to the Last Supper angered many watching, especially Christians.
