On Thursday, California Governor Gavin Newsom Governor Newsom issued an executive order directing state agencies to begin removing homeless camps throughout the state.

Newsom’s executive order mandates that state agencies and departments adopt policies to clear camps on state property and encourages local governments and municipalities to do the same.

The order also bizarrely brags that his administration has invested more than $24 billion across multiple state agencies and departments to address the homeless crisis in the state which, clearly has not worked.

Newsom posted a video to X announcing his intentions, “Local governments now have the tools they need to address the decades-long issue of homelessness.”

“Today, we are issuing an executive order that directs state agencies & urges locals to address encampments while connecting those living in them to housing & supportive services.”

Gavin Newsom just issued an executive order commanding the dismantling of all homeless camps in California.

That’s good, of course, but it’s also shameless: A political ploy, because Newsom knows the California Communist brand is dragging down Kamala’s polling.

Newsom’s move comes after a landmark decision from the U.S. Supreme Court City of Grants Pass, Oregon v. Johnson et al., where the court rulled 6-3 in favor of allowing cities to prohibit homeless encampments in public spaces.

Is this what Kamala Harris means when she says “what can be unburdened by what has been?” It looks like dirt on Kamala Harris is being mysteriously erased.

The Gateway Pundit reported,

GovTrack, which purports to track “the U.S. Congress to make our government more open and accessible,” has apparently ‘disappeared’ Kamala Harris’s 2019 page, which ranked her as the most liberal senator out of 100.

The now-missing page shows data from Harris’s time in the Senate and compared to other senators. The analysis shows in 2019, Harris was the least likely to cosign on bipartisan legislation, missed 61.9% of votes, held the fewest committee positions, and ranked second from last in getting sponsored bills out of committee.

The organization claims the erasure is due to a change in how they report information and directs users to a new watered-down page that makes finding her liberal ranking more difficult.

The move from GovTrack comes on the heels of increased attempts by the media to rewrite Harris’s disastrous record.

The Gateway Pundit reported that an Axios writer tried to claim that Harris was never named ‘Border Czar.’

Is this like the old question of, “if a tree falls in the forest but no one is around to hear it, does it really make a noise?” But instead it’s more like, “If you have a horrible candidate but you simply erase all their negative past, are they really a bad candidate?”

Kamala Harris opened her presidential campaign on RuPaul’s ‘Drag Race’ after she stole all of Joe Biden’s delegates.

Harris is now at the top of the Democrat ticket after Obama and Pelosi forced Joe Biden out of the 2024 race.

Since Joe Biden dropped out of the race via an announcement on X, the Democrat-media complex has thrown their support behind Kamala even though she is highly unpopular.

Harris appeared in a cameo next to RuPaul, Michelle Visage, Jamal Sims, *NSYNC singer Lance Bass, “Ghostbusters” actress Leslie Jones and Cheyenne Jackson.

“Each day, we are seeing our rights and freedoms under attack, including the right of everyone to be who they are, love who they love, openly and with pride,” Harris said.

“So as we fight back against these attacks, let’s all remember, no one is alone,” Harris said. “We are all in this together and your vote is your power. So please make sure your voice is heard this November and register to vote at vote.gov.”

Dave Portnoy is right. Kamala Harris would NEVER have won the primary so they Democrat machine stole all of Biden’s delegates and gave them to Kamala Harris at the 11th hour before the DNC convention.

The Gateway Pundit’s bankruptcy filing in Florida has been rejected by a federal court.

Federal Bankruptcy Judge Mindy A. Mora ruled today that the Gateway Pundit cannot seek relief for its financial liabilities in federal court because, in her belief, the relief sought is being done in ‘bad faith.’ Said Judge Moora, it was clear that the Gateway Pundit was solvent and able to pay its debts.

Controversy arose in the bankruptcy process when the Department of Justice injected itself into the case to try and stop the bankruptcy process. In an action which insiders with experience in bankruptcy procedure say is unprecedented, the DOJ told the court that the Biden Administration was militantly opposed to the ability of the Gateway Pundit to obtain bankruptcy protection.

Annually there are 452,990 personal bankruptcy filings, and 18,926 business bankruptcy filings.

The weaponized DOJ and bankruptcy process has gotten so absurd that they are trying to seize Alex Jones’ cat.

Bankruptcy courts are designed to allow ongoing companies to restructure its debts, pay those who are owed money, so that they can continue to operate. The decision to refuse The Gateway Pundit’s bankruptcy effectively prevents the changes to the company and its debts to pay its debts.

The benefit of bankruptcy court is that it allows an efficient resolution to debts, where insurance policies and debts are able to be managed and handled efficiently and economically. This action by the Judge, then, will greatly complicate the process of the Gateway Pundit’s resolution to the current litigation and debts it is handling. It will force a massive waste of resources.

The state cases filed against The Gateway Pundit should now be sent back to state court to resume unless they are stayed pending appeal of the court’s decision.

Other cases offer illustrative lessons on how the judiciary is being weaponized by powerful New York law firms to silence independent media across the country.

Giuliani, on essentially the same case filed also by Ruby Freeman and Shaye Moss, was assessed $150 million in damages in a Washington, D.C. case and his bankruptcy case was handled in the Southern District of New York.

In his case, America’s Mayor Rudy Giuliani was ‘defaulted’ on liability, meaning that the court ruled him guilty for the allegations without a trial because he was allegedly not complying with discovery, meaning he was not turning over documents fast enough to the opposing party. The trial against Giuliani was solely on the amount of damages to award, not whether Giuliani committed the offense or whether his conduct was reasonable. That case is currently on appeal.

The Gateway Pundit bankruptcy filing was challenged by Ruby Freeman and Shaye Moss, litigants suing TGP in St. Louis city courts for alleged defamation suffered by The Gateway Pundit’s accurate reporting on 2020 election fraud in Georgia.

It was also challenged by Eric Coomer, a disgraced former Executive of Dominion Voting Systems, currently suing The Gateway Pundit in Colorado state court for alleged defamation suffered by the Gateway Pundit’s accurate reporting on the 2020 election fraud.

The legal team of Ruby Freeman and Shaye Moss, when contesting The Gateway Pundit’s actions in bankruptcy court, were Willke Farr. Willkie Farr has also been the legal team contesting Rudy Giuliani and Alex Jones’ ability to seek bankruptcy protection.

Judge Mora was appointed to the bench in 2018. Bankruptcy judges are appointed to 14-year terms by the majority of judges of each U.S. Court of Appeals.

The Gateway Pundit’s legal team plans to appeal the decision.

CNN analyst and Kennedy School professor Juliette Kayyem has claimed that the burden of proof is on Donald Trump to show that he was hit by a bullet during last week’s assassination attempt against him.

Posting on the X platform, Kayyem picked up on comments made by former FBI director Christopher Wray in which he suggested there was “some question about whether or not it’s a bullet or shrapnel that you know hit his ear.”

“I don’t know right now whether that bullet, in addition to causing the grazing, could have landed somewhere else,” Wray added.

It will come as no suprise that Kayyem is a staunch leftist and former Obama official, whose spends most her energy on social pushing Democratic Party candidates.

Back in 2009, she was appointed Assistant Secretary for Intergovernmental Affairs in the Department of Homeland Security, a position she held for around a year. She is also married to David Barron, who serves as a federal appeals judge on the First Circuit.
