Elon Musk has given a heartbreaking explanation of how he was tricked into supporting his son Xavier’s determination to “transition” into a woman and how it has shaped his political views.

Speaking with The Daily Wire’s Jordan Peterson, Musk explained that he signed the consent papers for his son’s puberty blockers without fully realizing the consequences of what he was doing.

Here is a transcript of the exchange:

MUSK: It happened to one of my older boys, where I was essentially tricked into signing documents for one of my older boys, Xavier. This was before I really had any understanding of what was going on. We had COVID going on and so there was a lot of confusion. You know I was told Xavier might commit suicide.

PETERSON: That was a lie right from the outset. No reliable clinician ever believed that. There was never any evidence for that. And if there was a higher suicide rate, it was because of the underlying depression and anxiety because of the gender dysphoria. And every God damn clinician knows that too. And they are too cowardly to come out and say it.

When I saw that lie start to propagate it just made the back of my hair stand up. So you’re telling parents that unless they agree to this radical transformation that their children are going to die and you think that is moral and you think that is true. That is so pathological that it is almost incomprehensible. I can’t imagine a therapist doing anything worse than that.

MUSK: It’s incredibly evil. And I completely agree that people promoting this should go to prison.

PETERSON: It won’t stop till that happens. It will just go underground. Puberty blockers are being accessed by kids all the time through non medical channels.

MUSK: So I was tricked into doing this. It wasn’t explained to me how puberty blockers are actually sterilization drugs. I lost my son essentially. They call it deadnaming for a reason. The reason it is called deadnaming is because your son dead. My son Xavier is dead. Killed by the woke mind virus.

PETERSON: I’m sorry to hear that. I can’t believe what that must be like.

Having undergone his transition, Musk’s son Xavier is now legally known as Vivian Jenna Wilson and has become estranged from his father.  His mother is Musk’s ex-wife Justin Wilson, although further details about his private life remain scarce.

Musk, meanwhile, recently endorsed Donald Trump’s presidential campaign and has become a major donor to conservative causes. He is also the owner of the X platform, formerly Twitter, ending the censorship regime implemented under the company’s previous leadership team.

Joe Biden on Monday *allegedly* called in to his former campaign headquarters before Kamala Harris delivered remarks.

It sounds like a pre-recorded audio of Biden reassuring campaign staffers that he’s still alive and kicking.

Why didn’t Joe Biden appear on video? We haven’t seen Biden since last Wednesday evening. On Sunday Biden announced on X that he is dropping out of the 2024 race and this is supposed to be proof of life?

Biden sounded like absolute hell. Did he have a stroke?

“I know yesterday’s news is surprising and it’s hard for you to hear but it was the right thing to do. I know it’s hard because you poured your heart and soul into me to help us win this thing to help me get this nomination – help me win the nomination and then go on to win the presidency,” Biden supposedly said.

“I think we made the right decision,” he added.

Harris talked to Biden as if he’s a toddler.

“Joe, are you watching? Do you hear this clapping? Can you see it? Ha! Ha! Ha!” Harris said.

“I’m watching!” Biden allegedly said.

That response to Harris could have easily been taken from another Biden speech. This is not proof of life.

Kamala Harris slipped and admitted it’s a recording of Joe Biden.

“It’s so good to hear our president’s voice,” Kamala said as she pretty much slipped and admitted it is a pre-recorded audio of Biden.

“Joe, I know you’re still on the rec–call,” Kamala said.

If you’ve ever entertained the thought that you’d be willing to pay Joe Biden more to stop wrecking America than you would to let him remain as president, I have good news for you: You will be!

Unless you’ve been living under a rock as of late, you’ve no doubt heard that on Sunday, Joe Biden finally gave up the ghost and announced he wouldn’t be seeking a second term as president.

“It has been the greatest honor of my life to serve as your President,” Biden wrote.

“And while it has been my intention to seek reelection, I believe it is in the best interest of my party and the country for me to stand down and to focus solely on fulfilling my duties as president for the remainder of my term.”

But for those of you who are worried Hunter Biden might have to abandon his career as a starving artist and start cold-calling Carlos Slim and that guy from CEFC the Chinese government made disappear again, fear not.

Because, as the National Taxpayers Union Foundation noted, Joe will actually be getting paid more now that he’s not your president than when he was nominally doing the duties of head of state.

In a news release two days before Biden announced what we all expected was a fait accompli — that is, that he wasn’t going to be seeking a second term — the organization said it had “calculated the total pension that President Joe Biden will receive whenever he leaves the White House in a new issue brief by Demian Brady, vice president of research for NTUF.

“Biden’s career in Congress, combined with his tenure as Vice President and President, means he will receive an annual pension of $413,000 of taxpayer dollars. His salary as president is $400,000.”

How we got there is a little complicated, so let’s do a bit of digging.

First, there’s Biden’s congressional pension. Established in 1946, the pension program is determined by someone’s tenure on Capitol Hill in any office other than the presidency, how old they are when they retire, and what their average salary was when they left Congress.

Biden entered Congress in 1973 as a senator from Delaware and didn’t leave until 2009, when he became vice president to Barack Obama. He served a further eight years there.

Moreover, it’s not just that he was in Congress so long that he’ll have a generous pension. It’s also when he was elected to Congress.

“Members elected before 1984 are eligible to participate in the Civil Service Retirement System (CSRS) which offers a generous 2.5 percent accrual rate,” the NTUF noted in a separate brief on the matter, authored by Brady.

“The starting pension amount is determined by multiplying the number of years in office by the average of the three highest years of salary, multiplied by 2.5 percent. The starting benefit cannot exceed 80 percent of the final salary. There is also a formula reserving a portion of the benefit for a spouse. After a former member begins collecting the pension, the annual amount can be increased through cost of living adjustments.”

You will be required to know all of this on the test.

While he received $230,700 as vice president, his final salary under the congressional pension program, the 80 percent cap on the starting pension means he could receive $166,374 from that program. There is a possibility that he switched to a different retirement program, which went into effect in 1987, that would slightly lower this to $164,401, although the difference is so negligible and the details arcane enough enough that we’ll just assume the former number.

Then there’s his presidential pension. Pursuant to the Former Presidents Act of 1958 — “a law enacted because of public concern about Harry Truman’s financial position upon leaving the White House five years earlier,” the NTUF noted — a former president is “provided an office allowance and a pension equal to the yearly salary of the head of an executive department of the federal government.”

“The Ethics Reform Act of 1989 provides that this salary level is adjusted each year based on the percent of change in the private sector wages and salaries portion of the Employment Cost Index, but minus 0.5 percent to incorporate modest reductions. The salary level is reported at the end of each calendar year by the Office of Personnel Management, and amounts to $246,400 in 2024.”

Despite the fact that Joe Biden’s net worth is estimated to be about $9 million — and that’s on the low end of former presidents receiving pensions — this means that with both, he’ll be getting $413,000 a year for the rest of his life. That’s right: There’s no prohibition against “double-dipping” and getting both a congressional and presidential pension!

“Joe Biden represents a unique situation,” Brady wrote in the brief.

“With his long tenure in Congress and subsequent years as Vice President and President, Joe Biden stands to benefit significantly from both systems, potentially receiving a combined payout starting at around $413,000. Lawmakers should re-examine this loophole that allows for double-dipping in two different yet generous pension programs.”

We’ve come a long way from the penurious Harry Truman, so here’s a better idea for reform: How about a pension based on your popularity leaving office as president? No positive approval rating, no money. Given the amount of wealth these men have accumulated, it’s not unfair to offer them performance-based benefits.

Of course, after the events of the past four years — and the last month in particular — that might end up with Joe Biden owing American taxpayers money. Alas, we’ll likely never see that measure of justice come to pass, but a man can dream. Instead, we’ll be paying Joe Biden more not to screw up America than we did for him to screw it up. Nice work, everyone.

This was effectively a successful coup of the Biden campaign.  And, the American public has seen no signs of Joe Biden since the Twitter X announcement was posted on Sunday.

Following the news, Miss Word Salad, Kamala Harris traveled to Wilmington, Delaware to check out her new campaign headquarters.  The Democrat elites already scrubbed the place of any mention of Old Joe Biden.

Top Democrats’ desperation to force Joe Biden out of the race reportedly went deeper than previously known, and Kamala Harris may not have a smooth coronation after all.

As the Gateway Pundit reported, Biden dropped out of the Presidential race Sunday afternoon and later endorsed Harris as his replacement. Now, more details are emerging regarding the party coup to overthrow the will of Democrat primary voters in a desperate attempt to reset the presidential race.

The New York Post reveals the Democrats’ plan to remove Biden from office began with ‘tricking’ him into debating President Trump, knowing he would fall apart. The hope was Old Joe would see the writing on the wall and step aside.

But Biden kept fighting with the full support of his family even as the calls to leave grew louder by the day. Angry and desperate, Democrats then threatened to pursue another avenue to not only force him out but remove him from office altogether: invoking the 25th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.

As TGP readers know, the 25th Amendment allows members of the president’s cabinet, including the vice president, to declare the president incapacitated and unable to carry out his duties. No serious American believes Biden can perform his job (assuming he is still alive).

The New York Post reported:

The well-orchestrated “palace coup” to stop the faltering president seeking re-election has been in place for weeks, but stubborn Biden fought against it every step of the way, a source close to the Biden family told The Post Monday.

Part of the “elaborate” strategy to remove Biden from the race – as he announced in a shock letter posted on X Sunday – was allowing him to debate Republican candidate Donald Trump last month on live TV in Atlanta.

‘That debate was a set-up to convince Democrats that he couldn’t run for president,’ the family source said Monday.

As calls for him to bow out mounted, Biden insisted he would continue, but party bigwigs threatened to invoke the 25th Amendment to the US Constitution.

The Post adds that Democrat delegates in the coming weeks will be pushed to back a Democrat other than Harris at the DNC Convention: Arizona senator and former astronaut Mark Kelly. Senator Kelly is married to former Democrat Rep. Gabby Giffords, who was shot in the head and nearly assassinated in January 2011 outside a Safeway grocery store in Casas Adobes, Arizona.

Although Biden immediately endorsed Vice President Kamala Harris as the Democratic candidate for president, the source said Democratic delegates will be strongly encouraged to instead back Arizona senator and former astronaut Mark Kelly for president at the Democratic National Convention in Chicago in August.

Despite many Democrats trying to create a sense of inevitability with Harris, a glaring number of them still have not endorsed her. Notable names include are Barack Obama, his wife Michelle, Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer, and House Minority Leader Hakeem Jeffries.

While Senator Kelly is perceived as a more “moderate” and “electable” candidate compared to Harris, he is actually one of America’s foremost gun control activists. Moreover, he has supported abolishing the Senate filibuster to help implement a far-left policy wishlist, including weakening election integrity laws.

Kelly won a special election in November 2020 to fill out the term of the late John McCain, defeating Republican Martha McSally. Two years later, he defeated Blake Masters and won a full six-year term.

Given how tumultuous and historic the last ten days in America have been, one should expect more insane twists in the coming days.
