A number of Democratic cities drowning under the pressure of the illegal migrant invasion have quietly started cooperating with Immigration and Customers Enforcement (ICE).

According to NBC News, several cities are now informing ICE about releasing illegal aliens from jail and even exploring ways in which they can expand their cooperation.

The report states:

In an interview, acting ICE Director P.J. Lechleitner said some counties and cities that previously refused to tell ICE when they were releasing undocumented immigrants from jail are now discussing ways they might be able to coordinate with ICE further, like giving it advance notice before migrants convicted of violent crimes are released.

Previously, those jurisdictions had been among the many cities with Democratic or progressive leadership that had been refusing to work with ICE out of concern it might inhibit the investigation of crimes. They believed migrants would be afraid to report crimes if contacting the authorities exposed them to the risk of deportation.

Lechleitner told NBC that these cities and jurisdictions were primarily motivated by the huge numbers of illegal aliens who are released from jail only to commit further crimes against civilians:

For many, many years, certain states and jurisdictions just have been really reticent about dealing with us because of the civil immigration piece of it.

You’ve seen some examples of this, where some individuals, unfortunately, were encountered by local law enforcement and because of the policies put in place, either at the state or local level, they weren’t allowed to notify immigration authorities … and all of a sudden you have people being released and reoffending.

We don’t want that. We want to make sure that public safety threats are appropriately mitigated. At-large arrests put the citizenry at risk because we have to do an arrest in neighborhoods. We shouldn’t have to do that. Let’s do it in a controlled setting, so everyone’s safe. My folks are safe, the local community’s safe and the noncitizens are safe as well.

Since Joe Biden seized office back in 2021, approximately 10 million illegal immigrants have entered the country through the southern border, with that figure increasing every day.

Many of these individuals have criminal records or direct links to drug cartels and transnational criminal organizations, leading to the deaths of many innocent Americans.

According to a poll carried out by Reuters and Ipsos, more than half of Americans want to see illegal aliens rounded up and deported, something that Donald Trump has pledged to do if he returns to the White House.

In the ongoing soap opera “As Biden’s Candidacy Turns,” we may have seen the biggest plot twist yet: a swing-state senator up for re-election, telling Biden publicly that he needs to quit.

In a short, tersely worded statement Friday night, Ohio Sen. Sherrod Brown urged President Joe Biden to drop his campaign for a second term, joining 35 Democrats in Congress, Forbes reported.

“Over the last few weeks, I’ve heard from Ohioans on important issues, such as how to continue to grow jobs in our state, give law enforcement the resources to crack down on fentanyl, protect Social Security and Medicare from cuts, and prevent the ongoing efforts to impose a national abortion ban,” he wrote in a statement.

“These are the issues Ohioans care about and it is my job to keep fighting for them.

Then, the statement shifted abruptly: “I agree with the many Ohioans who have reached out to me,” he wrote.

“At this critical time, our full attention must return to these important issues. I think the President should end his campaign.”

Only two other senators have joined the call for Biden to step aside as nominee: Sens. Martin Heinrich of New Mexico and Jon Tester of Montana.

Both are up for re-election; according to the RealClearPolitics polling average, Tester is currently behind to Republican nominee Tim Sheehy by 1.5 points, but he’s long been seen as a moderate within the party and one of the most likely to go, given how red his state usually is, no matter how popular Biden remains.

Heinrich, meanwhile, normally wouldn’t be in trouble, given New Mexico’s reliable history of going blue. However, at the July 3 closed-door governor’s meeting following the president’s dismal debate performance, Democrat New Mexico Gov. Michelle Luján Grisham told Biden her data showed he was at risk of losing her state, according to The New York Times — a canary in an electoral landslide coal-mine if there ever was one.

Brown is the last major Democratic statewide elected official, meanwhile, and one who had harbored potential 2028 presidential aspirations, albeit long-shot ones. However, while Tester’s loss seems to be a fait accompli for the Democrats and a Heinrich loss would signal such a massive electoral defeat that the fallout would be difficult to fathom, Brown is a slight prohibitive favorite — albeit who will likely be dragged down by Biden.

In the RealClearPolitics polling average, Brown leads his Republican opponent, businessman Bernie Moreno, by 45.4 percent to 40.2 percent as of Friday. However, Moreno’s first statewide victory was his win in the Republican primary, meaning he has far less name recognition than Brown, who’s been a senator since 2007.

More worrying, too, is the the RealClearPolitics average for president in Ohio: Trump 52.0, Biden 41.3. At this point, it’s not even really considered a swing state for the president — and all of the polls in the aggregate came before both the assassination attempt against Trump and his choice of Ohio’s other senator, J.D. Vance, as his running mate. With Biden acting as an anchor on Brown’s campaign, those polls could swing very quickly. Not only that, but Brown’s defection will likely hurt Biden in other Rust Belt states where he’s still polling better.

Brown’s move comes at an awkward time, since the Biden campaign seemed to be digging its heels in — again.

On Thursday, before the last night of the Republican National Convention began, Axios reported that top Democrats believed Biden would announce he would step aside as nominee over the weekend due to the pressure from top Democrats and COVID-19 taking him off the campaign trail at a critical time.

The Axios report said that “privately [Biden is] resigned to mounting pressure, bad polls, and untenable scrutiny making it impossible to continue his campaign, the Democrats tell us.”

After Trump’s acceptance speech, however, the Biden campaign put out a statement saying that “President Biden is more determined than ever to defeat Donald Trump and his Project 2025 agenda in November.” That could be dismissed as pro forma posturing, however — until his campaign put out a memo Friday insisting in no uncertain terms that Biden still had the votes to become nominee, believed he could win, and had no intention of stepping aside.

“While voters consistently mention President Biden’s age when contacted, our target voters — both reengagement and true swing voters — are still planning to vote for him, making it clear the debate has not hurt support among the voters who will decide this election,” read the memo, written by Biden campaign battleground states director Dan Kanninen and first obtained by NBC News.

“Joe Biden has made it more than clear: he’s in this race and he’s in it to win it. Moreover, he’s the presumptive nominee, there is no plan for an alternative nominee,” it added.

“In a few short weeks, Joe Biden will be the official nominee. It is high past time we stop fighting one another … The only person who wins when we fight is Donald Trump.”

Later in the day, the New York Times also reported that Biden was bucking back against the pressure from top party officials, with the paper describing the convalescing Biden as “fuming at his Delaware beach house, increasingly resentful about what he sees as an orchestrated campaign to drive him out of the race and bitter toward some of those he once considered close, including his onetime running mate Barack Obama.”

However, the paper added that “privately people close to [Biden] have said that he is increasingly accepting that he may not be able to” continue.

“One factor that may stretch out a decision: Advisers believe that Mr. Biden would not want to do it before Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu of Israel visits Washington on Wednesday at the initiative of Republicans to address Congress, unwilling to give the premier the satisfaction given their strained relations lately over the Gaza war,” the report stressed.

Furthermore, the report added that “Mr. Biden bristles at pressure and those pushing him risk getting his back up and prompting him to remain after all.”

That being said, the clock is ticking, and petty grievances against Prime Minister Netanyahu or allies informing him of reality won’t make what would be an already chaotic transition to another nominee any smoother. And, unless the president is truly so far gone as to be diagnosably delusional, the question with Brown’s defection now seems to be when, not if, Biden bows out.

However, an author floated twice-failed presidential hopeful Hillary Clinton as the perfect Biden replacement in an op-ed for The Hill.

Pablo O’Hana wrote an opinion piece on Saturday titled, “Ready for Round 2: Why we Need Hillary more than ever.”

“The strongest argument against replacing President Joe Biden as the 2024 Democratic nominee is the notion that no suitable successor exists. But there is, and not just a good one but one of the most qualified people ever to run for the office: Hillary Rodham Clinton,” O’Hana wrote.

O’Hana even called Hillary Clinton “perhaps the mightiest of all” choices to replace Joe Biden.

“These swing-back voters are crucial to winning; Clinton can turn past regrets into proactive support by being a powerful reminder of the stakes of straying in 2024,” he said.

O’Hana concluded: “The Democrats have a seasoned, savvy and adaptable candidate in Hillary Clinton. Without the burden of incumbency, she can run on a platform of stability, restoration and progress, with the credibility of her lifetime in public service and proven leadership. In her candidacy, we might just find our best chance to retain the White House and transcend the gladiatorial spectacle of politics

An Obama judge has tossed out a lawsuit by the GOP to ban mail-in ballots in Nevada received up to four days after election day.

The challenge to the state’s law passed in 2021, which is designed to allow Democratic organizers to commit fraud and steal elections from Republicans, was dismissed by Obama-appointed Federal District Court Chief Judge Miranda Du as lacking standing.

In her 15-page ruling, Du said there was no evidence that the plaintiffs “have suffered, or will likely suffer, an injury” from the rules, which allow Democrats and corrupt election officials to “find” the required number of votes to steal elections in which Republican candidates have a small but surmountable lead.

“It does not necessarily follow that mail ballots arriving after Election Day will skew Democratic,” she wrote. “And even if later-arriving mail ballots have favored Democrats past elections, it is far from guaranteed that Nevada voters will behave similarly this November.”

“The Nevada mail ballot receipt deadline does not have an ‘individual and personal’ effect on the voting power of Republican voters; it neither undermines their access to the polls nor disproportionately diminishes the weight of their votes relative to other Nevada voters,” she continued.

As repeatedly exposed by The Gateway Pundit, mail-in ballots are merely one of various methods used by Democratic organizers to get them over the finish line and steal positions of power from rightfully elected conservative candidates.

This was highlighted in the 2022 Senate election, where Republican Adam Laxalt held a lead over incumbent Sen. Catherine Cortez-Masto until the ballots were suddenly found to give an 8000 vote margin of victory.

Meanwhile, the GOP have pledged to appeal the decision, with spokesperson Claire Zunk tellign Courthouse News that they will continue fighting for election integrity.

“Our case fights a Nevada law that shouldn’t be on the books; it breaks federal law and allows mail ballots to be counted after Election Day,” Zunk explained.

“Rather than letting us fight this in court, a liberal judge unjustifiably dismissed our case,” she continued. “Political parties must be allowed to fight invalid election laws that threaten the integrity of our elections. We are committed to protecting the ballot and we will pursue further legal action in this case.”

Hilariously, Democrats are attacking Donald Trump’s record smashing RNC speech delivered just days after he survived an assassination attempt.

The Gateway Pundit reported,

A whopping 28.4 million viewers tuned in on Thursday night to hear Donald Trump’s acceptance speech at the RNC which took place just one week following the attempted assassination attempt on the former president.

Between 8 PM ET and 10 PM ET when Trump took the stage, Fox News brought in approximately 10 million viewers, breaking their all-time record and giving them the largest audience out of all the media companies – the others trailed far behind. NBC only had approximately 3.5 million viewers, ABC was next in line with about 2.7 Million in viewership, and CNN embarrassingly only brought in 2.1 Million Viewers.

Anyone who has been to any Trump event knows, he can pull a massive crowd. However, the extent of viewership for this speech that followed just one week after Trump was shot at his rally shows just how much momentum the Republican Party is picking up despite the attempts to destroy the movement, and how determined his base is to show their support.

Trump was able to handle a bullet better than Joe Biden can handle a flight of stairs. Not only did he survive, but he hit the ground running and delivered a record breaking speech at the RNC.

His message spoke to the hearts of millions of Americans and conveyed hope and unity to a country that needs it. Most importantly his long winded speech displayed an obvious contrast in stamina compared to Biden who is celebrated for “answering all the questions” like a toddler.
