Radical leftists lamented the failed assassination attempt against President Donald Trump in Pennsylvania on Saturday evening.

While full details of the incident have yet to be confirmed, it appears that Trump was not critically injured and will survive the assassination attempt.

At least one spectator is reported to have died, while the shooter has been neutralized.

However, many were left disappointed by the failure to murder the likely next president, viewing it as a missed opportunity for their political agenda.

At one point, the phrase ‘How Do You Miss’ was trending across the X platform, with thousands of users complaining that the effort had not been successful.

Meanwhile, others suggested it might have been staged, presumably in the belief that it will help his presidential campaign.

After Surviving 2018 Attack, Bolsonaro Supports Trump Following Today’s Assassination Attempt

Former Brazilian President Jair Bolsonaro extended his best wishes for a speedy recovery to President Donald Trump, who was the target of an assassination attempt in Pennsylvania. In an Instagram post, Bolsonaro wrote:

“Our solidarity to the greatest world leader of the moment. We wish you a swift recovery. We’ll see you at the inauguration. – Jair Bolsonaro”

On September 6, 2018, the Brazilian conservative faced a similar situation during a campaign event in the state of Minas Gerais, when a far-left activist stabbed Bolsonaro, nearly killing him instantly.

The stabbing caused three injuries to his small intestine and a vein injury in his abdomen that resulted in severe bleeding. Despite the severity of his injuries and significant blood loss, Bolsonaro survived and underwent a total of four surgeries related to the attack.

The attacker, Adélio Bispo de Oliveira, was caught in the act. He was represented by lawyers reportedly linked to organized crime, according to local media. Adélio claimed he committed the crime “on God’s orders.” His Facebook profile contained criticisms of politicians in general, former Brazilian President Michel Temer, and conspiracy theories against Freemasonry. Adélio was affiliated with the Socialism and Liberty Party (PSOL) from 2007 to 2014 and already faced charges for bodily harm allegedly committed in 2013.

An eyewitness told the BBC that several people witnessed the shooter crawling on the roof of a local building before Trump was shot. The man had a rifle.

They warned the Secret Service but they did not act.

When the man started shooting “they blew his head off.”

BBC reporter to eyewitness: You weren’t inside the event?

Eyewitness (EW): Nope.But you were just outside.

BBC:Tell us what you saw and what. And he had a gun, right?

EW: He had a rifle. We could clearly see him with a rifle. Absolutely. We’re pointing at them. The police are down there running around on the ground. We’re like, hey, man, this guy on the roof with a rifle. And the police were like, huh? What? You know, like they didn’t know what was going on, you know, we’re like, hey, right here on the roof, we can see him from right here. We see him, you know, he’s crawling! And next thing you know, I’m like, I’m thinking to myself, I’m like, why is Trump still speaking? Why have they not pulled him off the stage? I’m standing there pointing at him for, you know, two or three minutes. Secret Service is looking at us from the top of the barn. I’m pointing at that roof, just standing there like this. And next thing you know, five shots ring out.

BBC: So your sure that the shots came from that guy on the roof?

EW: 100%. 100%. And he, he was up there for a couple of minutes.

BBC: He was up there for a couple of minutes?

EW: Absolutely. At least three, four minutes.And you were telling the police and the secret stuff? We were telling the police, we were pointing at him for the secret Service, who were looking at us from the top of the barn. They were looking at us the whole time. When we were standing by that tree, binoculars.

BBC: Did they see?

EW: Probably not, because the roof, the way that the slope went, he was behind where they could see. But why is there not Secret Service on all of these roofs here? I mean, this is not a big place.

BBC: Did you see?

EW: I mean, obviously everyone, when the shooting started, everyone was very panicked. Did you see what happened to him at all?

Oh, yeah, they blew his head off!

BBC: Okay, sorry.Secret Service blew his head off. Okay, just be careful because we don’t know quite who’s watching.But you, you’re pretty sure they shot the guy?

EW: Absolutely. Hundred percent.

BBC: Okay. Yep. You saw that happening?

EW: Yep, yep. Okay.

BBC: And did you see them go up to him afterwards?

EW: Yeah, they crawled up on the roof. They had their guns pointed out and make sure he was dead. He was dead. And that was it. It was over.It’s incredibly shocking.The guy was on the roof right there. You can see the white roof right there.Look at him.

BBC: Could you—I know. Other than he was in muted colors, tan type clothing, we saw the rifle flinging around as he was trying to crawl. I mean, we saw the rifle 100%.I mean, do you know about guns? Do you know what kind of weapon it was?

EW: Oh, absolutely know about guns.For sure, yeah.I mean, there is a rifle of some sort. I wouldn’t know. You know, I wasn’t close enough to read the label on it.

BBC: It was a rifle of some sort?

EW: Yeah, absolutely.

BBC: So what. What do you.How do you process what you’ve just seen?

EW: I don’t know what to say, man. I’ll tell you is, you know, if I. If I walked up close to there with anything that can. Secret Service considered a problem, I wouldn’t be standing here talking to you right now. But I don’t know why.

BBC: A guy who we’re standing there pointing out to police and secret service crawling up the roof?

EW: Yes. Right there by that tree. We were outside the security perimeter. But my question is, there’s only a few buildings around here. Why is Secret Service not on every building here?

Eyewitness: So we had a party here all day. You can see behind us at the Brinkel’s(?) farm in Greenhouse here. We had a party and we all decided, hey, you know, when we hear Trump up there, we’re going to walk up through the field, stand by the trees up there under the shade and watch the rain, listen to the rally, right? We couldn’t see him, but we could hear him. So we walked up and probably five to seven minutes of Trump speaking, I’m estimating here, I have no idea, you know, but we noticed a guy crawling army, you know, bear crawling up the roof of the building beside us, 50ft away from us. So we’re standing there, you know, we’re pointing, we’re pointing at the guy crawling up the roof.

BBC: So you’re certain, that the shots came from that guy on the.

Eyewitness: 100%. 100%.

A man who identified himself as an emergency room doctor said that he tried to save a man’s life in the crowd after he was shot in the head at the Pennsylvania Trump rally.

Butler County District Attorney Richard Goldinger has announced that two people were killed, including the apparent shooter.

Trump appeared to have been grazed by at least one bullet but was alert and transported to a medical facility, where he is said to be safe and in stable condition.

The doctor spoke to CBS News reporter Jake Rosen, who said that he first thought it was fireworks — then heard someone saying, “he’s been shot, he’s been shot!”

“So, I made my way over, I said I am an emergency department physician. Let me help you,” the doctor explained.

The guy had become stuck between the benches and was shot in the head.

The doctor said that he saw a lot of brain matter but that he started chest compressions and attempted to perform CPR.

Another witness told CNN that it was clear he was dead as soon as he was shot and that he was surrounded by his family when it happened.

The victim’s name was not publicly released at the time of publication.

In the wake of a distressing assassination attempt on former President Donald Trump during a campaign rally in Butler, Pennsylvania, Barack Obama quickly issued a statement.

During Trump’s campaign rally, the event descended into chaos when gunshots rang out. Trump was seen reaching toward his neck, with blood visible on his face, before being swiftly escorted off the stage by Secret Service agents. The Secret Service quickly implemented protective measures to ensure Trump’s safety.

“President Trump thanks law enforcement and first responders for their quick action during this heinous act. He is fine and is being checked out at a local medical facility. More details will follow.”
