As the left scrambles to figure out what to do with Joe Biden now that his mental decline has been exposed, one law professor from George Washington University is claiming he has a perfect fix.

The professor thinks the Democrats should simply replace Kamala Harris with Barack Obama as Biden’s 2024 running mate.

He even tries to suggest that there are no constitutional issues here, even if something happens to Biden and Obama assumes the role of president.

Biden-Obama is ‘Plan C’ ticket

“A Biden-Obama ticket would have a much better chance of beating Trump,” said legal scholar John Banzhaf, a professor at George Washington University Law School.

“Barack Obama is probably one of the few persons whom a majority of Americans would want and trust as president, so Plan C might be the least objectionable of a number of very unpopular and dubious options now open to Biden and the Democratic Party,” he said on Thursday.

Banzhaf cited analysis by constitutional scholars dismissing concerns that the 12th and 22nd amendments bar a former two-term president from the vice presidency.

“The 22nd Amendment, which is most frequently cited as a bar to Barack Obama ever serving as president again, doesn’t — according to its carefully crafted and very narrow exclusionary language,” Banzhaf said.

The key sentence in the amendment says, “No person shall be elected to the office of the president more than twice, and no person who has held the office of the president, or acted as president, for more than two years of a term to which some other person was elected president shall be elected to the office of the president more than once.”

Banzhaf said “while this amendment may bar Obama from ‘being elected’ to the office of president again, it obviously and by its clear language doesn’t prohibit him from being elected as vice president, and subsequently becoming president by succession without ever being elected to the office again.”

This is a ridiculous suggestion, but it goes a long way to show just how desperate that the Democrats are right now.

It’s remarkable how quickly the media went from denying that Joe Biden has a mental health problem to panicked reports about how Biden must drop out of the 2024 race.

Many people have suggested, correctly, that the media does not care about the country, they are simply worried that Democrats might lose in November.

Mollie Hemingway of The Federalist recently appeared on FOX News and put the entire issue of the media in perspective. She pints out that we have gone beyond media bias. The media has become the propaganda arm of the Democrat party.

WILL CAIN, FOX NEWS: I know it sounds like the obvious point to make, but sometimes you just have to hammer the obvious point. How can or should any of these people or any of these institutions ever be trusted on any subject?

MOLLIE HEMINGWAY, THE FEDERALIST: That’s exactly the main takeaway that people should have from what we’ve witnessed in the last week. As you note, hours before last week’s debate, you had many members in corporate media claiming that stories and video evidence of Joe Biden’s problems with senility and mental acuity were a conspiracy theory, that they were misinformation and disinformation. They aren’t telling the truth now. All that’s happened is that our media are worried about their ability to drag Joe Biden across the finish line in November.

And so now they are, yes, telling some, you know, accurate things about Joe Biden’s mental situation, but it’s not because they’re truth-tellers. It’s because they seek power and they realize that the task has become too difficult with Joe Biden at the head of the party…

HEMINGWAY: People have been talking about pretty serious media bias, you know, since the 60s even. In the 80s it was a big deal. What we’ve seen in the last six to eight years goes well beyond bias into outright propaganda and lying on behalf of political allies and against political opponents.

It’s not just that they lied about Joe Biden’s situation because they worried that if they were to tell the truth that it might help Republicans. It’s that they lie about every single issue of importance, and they’ve been doing it for years, they’re doing it now, and they’re going to do it in the future.

Dementia Joe Biden is facing a revolt from some of his own party’s prominent donors, including the heiress to the Disney family fortune.

These donors have declared they will cease funding the Democrat Party until Biden withdraws his candidacy for the presidential race.

Abigail Disney, the granddaughter of The Walt Disney Company co-founder Roy O. Disney, announced her intentions on CNBC last Thursday. Despite years of financial support for the party, she plans to withhold future donations until Biden steps down.

“I intend to stop any contributions to the party unless and until they replace Biden at the top of the ticket. This is realism, not disrespect. Biden is a good man and has served his country admirably, but the stakes are far too high.”

She further warned that if Biden does not step down, the Democrats will lose, and the consequences will be “genuinely dire.”

The Gateway Pundit previously reported that Joe Biden and Democrats are in significant trouble in Hollywood with several prominent donors ‘freaked-out‘ over his debate performance.

Variety dropped a major report Friday that the crisis in La La Land is severe enough that donors are threatening to cut off support to Democrats unless they find a way to cast Old Joe aside.

“With all the text chains I’m on, people are basically like, ‘If he doesn’t drop out, we’re not giving any more money to Democrats or the Democratic Party.’ It’s like super intense,” one donor told the outlet.

Another high-roller told the Variety, “There is a sense that the money dried up last night about 10 minutes into the debate.”

More ominously for Biden, Hannah Linkenhoker, a prominent political adviser to Hollywood donors, revealed she was upset that Biden did not make a better case on “holding Trump accountable.” Because of this, she has difficulty envisioning how she and others can continue to support Biden and the Democrats.

“We need a champion who can properly hold Trump accountable and articulate what’s going on and be crisp on this issue above all else,” she explained to Variety. “It’s just really hard to see how we keep supporting him. He needs to dig deep about whether he can in good conscience be our nominee.”

Hollywood Democrat megadonor Ari Emanuel recently spoke at the Aspen Ideas Festival and addressed the situation that Democrats currently find themselves in with Biden.

His voice sometimes trembling, Emanuel did not hold back. He is obviously angry at Biden, his team, and the media for not telling voters the truth about all of this sooner.

He also is very realistic about the Democrats’ chances to remove Joe Biden from the ticket, noting that so much of the election machinery is already in motion. He correctly states that there are serious legal issues involved.

Billionaire hedge fund manager and longtime Democratic Party donor Bill Ackman also blasted the Democrat party and fake news mainstream media outlets for lying and misleading the country about Joe Biden’s health and mental acuity.

Unfortunately, bad news for the Democrat donors because Biden is not going anywhere. Joe Biden has addressed reports of people trying to push him out with one simple message: not on my watch.

NBC News Senior Correspondent Gabe Gutierrez reported that during a campaign staff call Wednesday, Biden vowed to continue running until the bitter end, and no one would stop him.

During the call, Biden said, “Let me say this as clearly as I possibly can, as simply and straightforward as I can: I am running. No one’s pushing me out. I’m not leaving.

Nurse Jill and Joe Biden Thursday evening hosted a Fourth of July celebration for military and veteran families on the South Lawn.

Kamala Harris and Second Gentleman Doug Emhoff also attended the celebration.

The Biden-Harris joint appearance on stage looked totally forced. The media has been relentlessly attacking Joe Biden since he bombed last week’s presidential debate against Trump.

Democrats and media outlets are pushing Kamala Harris to the top of the ticket as calls for Biden to drop out increase.

The two appeared on stage together on Thursday evening and it was more awkward than ever.

Kamala Harris almost called Joe Biden ‘Vice President’ and Biden’s response was just plain bizarre.

“We give thanks to our commander-in-chief, the vice— the president!” Kamala Harris shouted.

“Ho! Ho! Ho!” Biden responded.
