Hollywood Democrat megadonor Ari Emanuel recently spoke at the Aspen Ideas Festival and addressed the situation that Democrats currently find themselves in with Biden.

His voice sometimes trembling, Emanuel did not hold back. He is obviously angry at Biden, his team, and the media for not telling voters the truth about all of this sooner.

He also is very realistic about the Democrats’ chances to remove Joe Biden from the ticket, noting that so much of the election machinery is already in motion. He correctly states that there are serious legal issues involved.

HOST: Democrats are jumping out of the window. What are you thinking?

ARI EMANUEL: Well, I’m pissed off at the founding fathers. They had the start date of 35, they just didn’t give us an end date. Well, everybody dies,m so they didn’t have to give an end date.

I don’t want to deal with Donald Trump and whether what he said was true or false — it’s a given, certain things. I’m not gonna talk about CNN.

Here’s what Biden did. He said he was gonna run for one term and he was doing it to restore democracy. He now runs for a second term. That’s the first bit of malarkey, as he would say.

Then he says that this is a quintessential thought about saving democracy and it’s so important, etc. His cohorts have told us that he’s healthy for over a year, and I think it was two weeks ago, there was an article in the Wall Street Journal.

I had a father who died at 92 but at 81, I took away his car. It’s a very simple test for me. If you were driving from downtown Beverly Hills to Malibu, would you want Biden to do it at night? Would you want Trump to do it in a night? We want neither.

If the answer is neither, you cannot have them running a $27 trillion company called the United States.

And then we had a situation where he went to France for the 80th anniversary of D-Day and talked about the sacrifice that those soldiers made for us. His cohorts have said he’s the only one that has defeated Trump.

Donald Trump said, “I alone can save — make all these problems go away.” And now Biden is saying, “I’m the only one that can beat Trump.” Seems like it’s pretty similar here.

And we have a great bench in the Democratic Party. So we’re looking at a man who is saying the other guy is a liar, and he’s telling us malarkey, his people are telling us malarkey, but we’re in a very bad problem.

The fear and panic that you see from people like Emanuel is stunning. He knows how serious this problem is for Democrats. There is no easy fix.

Democrat governors from across the country met with Joe Biden and Kamala Harris at the White House today amid cries from many in the party and the media for Joe to step aside.

A few of them emerged from the meeting and spoke to the press, saying that they are standing by Joe Biden and support his decision to stay in the race.

They repeated the claim that Biden just had a ‘bad night’ at the debate.

Democratic governors from across the nation descended on the White House Wednesday evening to speak with President Biden after his widely panned debate performance last week.

The aim of the meeting was to shore up support among the party’s top leaders and stave off diminishing confidence in Biden’s candidacy.

Among the Democratic governors who were planning to attend in person were Minnesota Gov. Tim Walz, who leads the Democratic Governors Association, California Gov. Gavin Newsom, Michigan Gov. Gretchen Whitmer, Maryland Gov. Wes Moore, and New York Gov. Kathy Hochul, among others.

After the meeting only Govs. Walz, Hochul, and Moore spoke to reporters.

Gov. Walz said he and his colleagues had a “great conversation” with President Biden.

Walz said his fellow governors were worried not because of any lingering doubts about Biden’s cognitive abilities but because of “the threat of a Trump presidency.” That threat, Walz said, “is not theoretical for governors.”

Walz praised the Biden administration for its handling of Covid, and “investing in infrastructure and the middle class.”

Walz clarified that none of the governors were denying that last Thursday, the night of the debate, was a “bad performance.”

Biden repeated his claim today that he is staying in the race. Despite their worries, Democrats might be stuck with him.

The Federal Bureau of Investigation and the Department of Homeland Security have issued a warning over attackers potentially targeting July 4th celebrations.

According to an FBI bulletin, authorities are on alert for potential lone offenders and small groups targeting Fourth of July celebrations for terror.

ABC News investigative reporter Aaron Katersky stated that the FBI’s bulletin states, “Lone offenders and individual groups that are wanting to make a point pose the biggest threat to large scale fireworks celebration in places like New York, San Fransisco, and Las Vegas.”

Katersky added, “The police are being told by the FBI and Department of Homeland Security to be on watch for these types of things which are notoriously difficult to guard against.”

The FBI and Department of Homeland Securityissued a warning on Wednesday morning about large Fourth of July celebrations.

The security organizations say the biggest threats are lone offenders and small groups, who may have a larger agenda, and find large events such as holiday gatherings “attractive” targets, according to a bulletin.

“The political environment of the country certainly doesn’t help,” Aaron Katersky, a security correspondent, told ABC News.

“The police are being told by the FBI and Department of Homeland Security to be on watch for these types of things that are notoriously difficult to guard against.”

Authorities are warning Americans to keep their head on a swivel while attending Independence Day events.

It’s official: A transgender athlete is on the U.S. Olympic team.

That said, the athlete in question, 29-year-old Nikki Hiltz, will be competing in the category that correctly aligns with her sex.

Hiltz, a middle-distance runner, is a woman who identifies as “non-binary,” meaning she claims she is neither a man nor a woman. She uses the pronouns “they” and “them.”

On Sunday, she won the women’s 1,500-meter final at the U.S. Olympic Trials in Eugene, Oregon, qualifying for this month’s Summer Olympics in Paris.

After the qualifier, Hiltz talked about how glad she was to have garnered the achievement on the final day of LGBT “pride” month.

“This is bigger than just me. It’s the last day of pride month. … I wanted to run this one for my community,” she said.

“All the LGBT folks, yeah, you guys brought me home that last hundred [meters]. I could just feel the love and support.”

Hiltz set an Olympic trial record for the 1,500-meter race, coming in at 3:55:33, according to NBC News.

The second and third-place runners, Ellen St. Pierre and Emily Mackay, also qualified to represent the U.S. at the Olympics in the women’s category.

In an Instagram post on Monday, Hiltz said going to the Olympics was a dream come true.

“[W]oke up an Olympian,” she said.

“Yesterday afternoon in Eugene Oregon a childhood dream of mine came true. I’m not sure when this will fully sink in …

“All I know is today I’m waking up just so grateful for my people, overwhelmed by all the love and support, and filled with joy that I get to race people I deeply love and respect around a track for a living.”

The International Olympic Committee allows transgender athletes to compete in certain events and under certain circumstances.

In track and field, World Athletics dictates that men who went through puberty cannot compete in women’s sports.

However, the policy does allow women who claim to be men to compete in men’s events.

All that’s required for the second group is “signed declarations of their gender identities.”

A female who identifies as trans earned a spot on the U.S. women’s Olympic team.

I wonder why she didn’t try out for the men’s team. It’s almost as if she understands she would never be able to compete or succeed at same level against the men.

We’ve known for years that Joe Biden is a mean, nasty and corrupt career politician.

However, the fake news media for the last several years has laughably portrayed Biden as a kindly benign grandfather.

Things suddenly shifted after Joe Biden bombed during last week’s presidential debate against Trump.

The knives are out for Joe Biden. The New York Times and other left-wing media outlets are calling for Joe Biden to drop out of the 2024 race.

Biden’s inner circle of senior advisors is also starting to turn on him.

One senior advisor told Politico that Joe Biden is ‘not a pleasant person to be around’ and that people are ‘scared shitless of him.’

“It’s like, ‘You can’t include that, that will set him off,’ or ‘Put that in, he likes that,’” said one senior administration official told Politico. “It’s a Rorschach test, not a briefing. Because he is not a pleasant person to be around when he’s being briefed. It’s very difficult, and people are scared shitless of him.”

This is no secret but it is fascinating to watch the media turn on Joe Biden.

During meetings with aides who are putting together formal briefings they’ll deliver to Biden, some senior officials have at times gone to great lengths to curate the information being presented in an effort to avoid provoking a negative reaction.

The official said, “He doesn’t take advice from anyone other than those few top aides, and it becomes a perfect storm because he just gets more and more isolated from their efforts to control it.”
