Following the 2020 election, the FOX News Channel lost the loyalty and viewership of many Trump supporters but one person at the network seems to have escaped that scorn.

Greg Gutfeld’s late night show featuring a revolving panel of guests to discuss the day’s news is absolutely thriving.

Not only has Gutfeld expanded his reach to young viewers, he has quadrupled the size of the audience for the liberal ‘Daily Show’ that frequently targets Republicans and conservative media.

Fox News announced some major ratings gains in the second quarter of 2024, a time when media companies are struggling left and right.

The network was number one over its competitors for yet another quarter, and they posted double-digit gains in every measured category. For comparison, CNN hit a 33-year low in total day viewers in the 18-49 and 25-54 demos. The network also aired the first debate between President Joe Biden and Donald Trump, which brought them their biggest ratings in network history but wasn’t enough to significantly boost the average demo ratings for the quarter.

Greg Gutfeld and Jesse Watters have plenty to celebrate with the former beating other late-night shows and the latter seeing gains that made him the most-watched primetime show in the 8 p.m. slot, with June being Watters’s most-watched month ever. Both are also co-hosts on The Five, which is the biggest non-primetime show in cable news for the 11th straight quarter, setting a record. Fox’s overall ratings represent more than 50% of the audience share in both total day and prime time ratings…

Gutfeld! more than quadrupled the total viewers tuning into The Daily Show, which recently saw Jon Stewart return part-time as host. Gutfeld’s show also doubled Daily Show’s average of 146,000 viewers in the 25-54 demo. Gutfeld will be broadcasting his show live at the 11 p.m. hour from Milwaukee for the Republican National Convention.

Actress and supposed comedian Lea DeLaria recently posted a video to social media in which she calls on Joe Biden to assassinate Donald Trump.

This is the sort of violent and unhinged rhetoric that somehow passes as acceptable on the far left.

DeLaria deserves to be investigated for this. She might have wanted to check in with her fellow comedian Kathy Griffin before doing something so stupid. She may have just ruined her career for the foreseeable future.

Orange Is the New Black actress Lea DeLaria uploaded an intense Instagram speech calling on President Joe Biden to take advantage of the Supreme Court’s newly defined executive immunity rules and assassinate Donald Trump.

DeLaria posted the video Monday in the wake of the Supreme Court ruling the former president is immune from prosecution for any “official acts” while in office. The ruling has led to speculation that a president could, in theory, assassinate a political rival and then call it an “official” act. Well, that’s what DeLaria rather provocatively called on Biden to do and likened the assassination to preemptively killing Adolf Hitler before World War II.

“Joe, you’re a reasonable man,” she said in a post that’s garnered about 9,000 likes as of this publication. “You don’t want to do this. But here’s the reality: This is a fucking war. This is a war now, and we are fighting for our fucking country. And these assholes are going to take it away. They’re going to take it away. Thank you, [Supreme Court Justice] Clarence ‘Uncle’ Thomas. Joe, you now have the right to take that bitch Trump out. Take him out, Joe. If he was Hitler, and this was 1940, would you take him out? Well, he is Hitler. And this is 1940. Take him the fuck out! Blow him up, or they’ll blow us up. Facts.”

We all know how this would be handled if a Trump supporter said the same thing about Biden. This rant cannot be overlooked or swept under the rug.

Back in the early days of Trump’s first term as president, Democrats and the media did everything they could think of to invalidate Trump’s 2016 victory.

When the idea of overturning the results was exhausted, they turned their attention to the 25th Amendment, claiming that Trump should be removed from office because he was not mentally fit to be president. This turned into a chorus of left wing cable news hosts and various Democrat officials beating this drum on TV night after night.

Have you noticed that these voices have fallen flat over the last week, as we have watched Biden exhibit his obvious mental decline?

Media floated 25th Amendment for Trump hundreds of times while in office, viral video shows

A viral video montage has emerged of prominent figures in the liberal media calling on government officials to invoke the 25th Amendment on former President Trump while he was in office.

The montage, created by NewsBusters video editor Bill D’Agostino, noted that media members pushed the 25th Amendment narrative over 600 times during Trump’s White House tenure.

The compilation of major media voices was part of a larger report published by the Media Research Center, which noted that MSNBC’s Lawrence O’Donnell brought up the idea of declaring Trump unfit for presidential duties less than a month after his inauguration.

In December 2017, “Morning Joe” host Joe Scarborough said a close associate of Trump on the campaign trail told him the then-presidential candidate had “pre-dementia.”

Scarborough also suggested that “everybody” who’s known Trump for years has said he has “mentally devolved.” The MSNBC co-host then said he wanted to know “when it’s safe” to start talking about whether Trump should be taken off his presidential duties.

In a recent interview on Sage Steele’s podcast U.S. Congressmen Byron Donalds (R-FL) and Wesley Hunt (R-TX) shared their perspectives on past political events.

The highlight of the conversation was Rep. Wesley Hunt’s recounting of a memorable power move by then-President Donald Trump during a negotiation with the Taliban leaders, which defined his administration’s foreign policy prowess.

According to Hunt, the incident occurred during discussions about a potential American withdrawal from Afghanistan.

Trump, alongside Mike Pompeo, wanted a conditions-based withdrawal – a strategy that would see American troops gradually pulled back as long as the Taliban adhered to specific rules.

“President Trump wanted to get out of Afghanistan, but he wanted a conditions-based withdrawal, meaning that you do what we tell you to do, and then we will start pulling troops back slowly as long as you abide by our rules,” Rep. Hunt said.

“It’s President Trump and Mike Pompeo, and they are talking to Taliban leadership in the room, and they had one translator in the room.”

During these negotiations, President Trump reportedly looked directly at the Taliban leader and warned him, “If you harm a hair on a single American, I’m gonna kill you.”

He then reached into his pocket, pulled out a satellite image of the Taliban leader’s home, handed it to him, and left the room without another word.

“Sure enough, for 18 months, not a single American was killed in Afghanistan,” Hunt said. “That is the definition of strength; that’s what I’m talking about.”

“And so, you could imagine that kind of sentiment around the world; if we have an embassy in another country, no one’s going to touch it because they’re going to be fearful that they’re going to get a MOAB on their head. That’s how President Trump rolls,” he added.

This incident, Hunt argued, showcased true strength and deterrence—a stark contrast to the current state under Joe Biden.

“[Biden] is the opposite of strength; [Biden] is the definition of weakness, and so now we’re being feasted upon by other countries when our embassies are there because the Americans aren’t going to do anything about it, and they don’t want us there anyway,” Rep. Hunt argued.

When the leader of the free world is weak, the flames of chaos spread across the globe.

Joe Biden told donors at a fundraiser at a private home in McLean, Virginia Tuesday evening that he “almost fell asleep on stage” during his debate debacle with President Trump last Thursday. Biden was introduced at the fundraiser by Rep. Don Beyer (D-VA), but only spoke for about six minutes according to the pool report.

Biden blamed ‘flying around the world’ in the weeks before the debate for his fatigue. The New York Times reported earlier Tuesday that during the week-long debate prep at Camp David, Biden was scheduled for a daily afternoon nap.

Biden’s comments were reported by pool reporter Andrew Feinberg who noted that Biden “spoke very softly” (no mention if Biden used a teleprompter.) (Excerpt):

POTUS admitted that he did not have a good debate, said he “wasn’t very smart” for “traveling around the world a couple times” before the debate.

“I decided to travel around the world a couple of times shortly before the debate. I didn’t listen to my staff and then I almost fell asleep on stage.”

POTUS also apologized by saying he was sorry for the performance but stressed that it was “critical” to win the election.

“It’s not an excuse but an explanation,” he said.

He spoke for about 6 minutes, then wrapped and pool was escorted out.

Biden traveled to Europe twice in the first part of June, to France and Italy respectively, with a flight to California from Italy for a high dollar fundraiser. Biden then spent the weekend at his Delaware beach home before heading to Camp Davis for six days of debate prep (NY Times excerpt):

“…In the 23 days leading up to the debate against former President Donald J. Trump, Mr. Biden jetted across the Atlantic Ocean twice for meetings with foreign leaders and then flew from Italy to California for a splashy fund-raiser, maintaining a grueling pace that exhausted even much younger aides. Mr. Biden was drained enough from the back-to-back trips to Europe that his team cut his planned debate preparation by two days so he could rest at his house in Rehoboth Beach, Del., before joining advisers at Camp David for rehearsals. The preparations, which took place over six days, never started before 11 a.m. and Mr. Biden was given time for an afternoon nap each day, according to a person familiar with the process.”

Even after a long beach weekend and a week at Camp David with naptime, Biden still couldn’t perform at the debate. The campaign initially blamed a cold for Biden’s shockingly bad performance.

Calls for Biden to drop out are starting to emerge from elected Democrats, with one publicly calling on Biden to leave the race while at least four others have privately called on Biden to drop out.

Biden’s campaign says he is not dropping out and will debate Trump again at the next one which is scheduled for September.

White House Press Secretary Karine Jean Pierre told reporters on Tuesday that Biden has not been diagnosed with any cognitive disorders.
