As previously reported, an illegal alien from Ecuador was charged las week with suffocating a Syracuse woman on her 21st birthday and then burying her body in a shallow grave at a nearby park.

Jhon Moises Chacaguasay-Ilbis, 21, was charged with second-degree murder and concealment of a human corpse for killing Joselyn Jhoana Toaquiza, 21. She is also Ecuadorian, but her immigration status is unclear.

The illegal alien killer entered the US last year on Joe Biden’s open border invitation and was released into the US as his asylum application was processed.

Now, Rowling has weighed in on a very public spat between “Dr. Who” actor David Tennant and British equalities minister Kemi Badenoch.

Tennant was recently awarded the “2024 British LGBT Award” and took a very public swing at those who want to protect women and girls.

Tennant said while accepting the award, “Until we wake up and Kemi Badenoch doesn’t exist anymore…I don’t wish ill of her, I just wish her to shut up. Whilst we do live in this world, I am honored to receive this.”

Badenoch, who believes the science of biology and that men claiming to be women should stay out of women’s sports, responded to Tennant on X.

“I will not shut up. I will not be silenced by men who prioritise (sic) applause from Stonewall over the safety of women and girls. A rich, lefty, white male celebrity so blinded by ideology he can’t see the optics of attacking the only black woman in government by calling publicly for my existence to end…..”

Rowling weighed in on the spat and coined a term for the transgender mob, calling them the “Gender Taliban.”

In an interview at the event, according to Deadline, Tennant said, “It’s a tiny bunch of little whinging f***ers who are on the wrong side of history, and they’ll all go away soon.”

Rowling shot back saying, “This man is talking about rape survivors who want female-only care, the nurses currently suing their health trust for making them change in front of a man, girls and women losing sporting opportunities to males and female prisoners incarcerated with convicted sex offenders.”

The Gateway Pundit has reported on the transgender community and their allies directing their rage against Rowling for the sin of expressing her personal opinions on transgender issues.

She took a public stand supporting researcher Maya Forstater after Forstater was let go from her job for making comments labeled as “transphobic.”  Social Justice Warriors branded Rowling a “TERF,” which stands for “trans-exclusionary radical feminist,” for doing so.

She triggered the SJWs again for daring to “misgender” the person behind a Twitter account allegedly tied to Luis Morales, also known as Synthia China Blast, convicted of murdering a 13-year-old child in a racist gang attack.

The abuse she has been subjected to includes an attempt to dox one of her children.

Except it wasn’t one of her children.  It was an innocent mother with young children and no affiliation with Rowling.

J6 political prisoner Jonathan Mellis has released a new episode of his podcast from directly inside the DC Gulag. In this episode, Jon is joined by co-host Jeff Sabol.

The new episode of “We Are Good Men” features J6 political prisoner Brandon Fellows.

Co-host Jonathan Mellis is one of several January 6 defendants who witnessed Officer Lila Morris brutally beat Roseanne Boyland’s unconscious body and attempted to stop police from brutally beating demonstrators.

The government attorneys fabricated instances of Mellis assaulting cops with whom he had never interacted during his sentencing hearing.

In December, Mellis was sentenced to 51 months in prison and 36 months of supervised release.

Jeffery Sabol has spent three+ years locked up and at the end of March he was sentenced to 63 months, three years probation, and over $32,000 in fines and restitution.

Sabol, a Geophysicist, is from Colorado. He is a devoted father, son, and partner to his beautiful fiancé.

Jon and Jeff speak with Brandon Fellows, 28 of New York, who The Gateway Pundit profiled in 2022.

Brandon is not accused of any violence or damaging any property damage but was detained FOR OVER TWO YEARS without bond on four misdemeanors and one felony “obstruction” charge because of the now-overturned use of the DOJ’s use of 1512(c)(2).

On Friday, The Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS) overturned the Department of Justice’s (DOJ) use of 1512(c)(2), a statute pertaining to obstruction of an official proceeding, in cases related to the events of January 6th (J6).

Hundreds of Defendants took plea deals because of the severe threat of being charged with 18 U.S.C. 1512.  Attorney Roger Roots is battling cases where the DoJ offered plea deals, usually of “the four misdemeanors,” and then added felonies like 1512 as retaliation against Defendants who would not plead guilty.

As The Gateway Pundit previously reported, France’s globalist president Emmanuel Macron took a massive gamble earlier calling for a snap election following an enormous defeat in the EU elections earlier this month.

Now, his bet has officially blown up in his face.

The right-wing populist National Rally Party (FN), led by Macron’s arch-nemesis Marine Le Pen, won the first round of France’s parliamentary elections on Sunday. Macron’s party, the Ensemble Alliance, slipped to a distant third place.

Current results show FN taking 34% of the vote, with the far-left New Popular Front (NFP) coalition five points behind at 29%. The Ensemble alliance sits at 21%.

It may just be the first round, but Macron’s party is guaranteed to suffer massive losses in the National Assembly (they currently hold 249 of the 577 seats) no matter what happens next, as this piece will later explain.

Le Pen addressed supporters following her party’s successful evening. As The Guardian reported, she said that democracy has spoken and that citizens have demonstrated they want to turn the page.

But she also stressed the critical importance of the second round next week and called for all her party’s voters to mobilize. She argued that an absolute majority is needed so that Jordan Bardella can become prime minister and that no French person will lose rights.

CNN notes that while FN will likely win the most seats in the National Assembly, it could short of the 289 seats required for an absolute majority. This means that France could be heading for a hung parliament and more political uncertainty.

Currently, RN is projected to garner between 230 and 280 seats in the 577-seat lower house, the NFP between 125 and 165 seats, and Ensemble with just 70 and 100 seats.

Given the disastrous results for Macron’s party, the focus now turns to whether the French President will resign. The Gateway Pundit’s Paul Serran previously shared a report from French Radio Channel Europe 1 that Macron would be discussing with his team the possibility of resigning from the presidency in case of another right-wing victory.

“The resignation of the president is not a taboo. Yes, today we have to consider all scenarios,” claimed the channel’s source.

But any such resignation will likely not come until after next week, and the French left has a trick up its sleeves to steal seats from FN. The Guardian reports that senior members in the NFP alliance, which include Jean-Luc Mélenchon, the leftist leader of Unbowed France (LFI), have vowed to withdraw in all constituencies where RN finished first and the NFP candidate third.

Macron and his party have not made the same vow at this time, only to promising look at each seat based on its merits.

This matters because the French electoral system is complicated and not proportionate to nationwide support for a party. As the Times of Israel notes, French legislators are elected by district, and a parliamentary candidate requires over 50 percent of the day’s vote to be elected outright in the first round of voting.

Should this not occur, the top two contenders, along with anyone else who won support from more than 12.5% of registered voters, will advance to a second round.

Given the current results, pollster Ipsos has estimatedthat there will be between 285 and 315 three-way contests, possibly more than half of the house seats and up to four times as many as the previous record in 1997.

This means there is still plenty of room for political shenanigans, though most benefits will not go to the Ensemble Alliance.
