Conservative music label First Class Label Group, the America Project, and nonprofit Vote Your Vision are set to hold a fundraising gala to honor and support the peaceful January 6 defendants who faced political persecution from the Biden Regime.

The gala at Trump National Golf Club Bedminster on September 5 starts at 6 pm ET and is sponsored by The Gateway Pundit and Stand in the Gap Foundation. Here, we will celebrate the historic success of the January 6 Prison Choir and President Trump’s chart-topping hit song, “Justice for All.”

Nearly 1,500 people have been prosecuted in relation to January 6, 2021. Today, innocent Americans are still being held captive as an example for other conservatives who wish to protest their government and question the legitimacy of the upcoming election.

As The Gateway Pundit previously reported, the “Justice for All” song featuring President Trump and the January 6 Prison Choir reached NUMBER ONE in digital song sales on Billboard, topping Miley Cyrus, Taylor Swift, and Lady Gaga. Every night, the January 6 political prisoners sang the National Anthem at 9 pm from their jail cells, which was recorded and mixed with President Trump’s recitation of the Pledge of Allegiance to make an incredible statement through music.

During the award ceremony, J6 defendants will receive a Billboard plaque for the song’s success in topping the chart. However, because Billboard has sent a cease and desist letter to the groups behind the event, they are not allowed to advertise what awards will be given to J6 defendants, according to First Class Records President LJ Fino, who had a hand in producing the smash hit.

Tickets to the event begin at $1,500 for general admission and $2,500 for VIP tickets. Table options are available starting at $30,000. According to America Project, proceeds from the event “will help cover costs and support the defendants and their families, with exclusive benefits and recognition at the gala.” Get tickets here!

Confirmed attendees at the J6 Gala include former New York Mayor Rudy Giuliani, former Trump advisor Peter Navarro, UFC Champion Colby Covington, conservative influencer Anthony “ConservativeAnt” Raidmoni, GenZ conservative influencers Bo Louden and Hannah Faulkner, as well as families of January 6th defendants. President Trump has been invited to attend and is expected by the organizers.

First Class Records President and former Mailman Media Head of recorded music LJ Fino told The Gateway Pundit, “His confirmation is pending campaign approval, but The President has expressed interest in attending, and we would be honored to have him there.”

Trump will also appear in Washington, DC, on September 5 for a status conference in Jack Smith’s bogus January 6 election interference case, hours before the J6 Gala.

Some RINOs like Senator Lindsey Graham (R-SC) have lumped peaceful J6 defendants in with the feds who attacked police officers and vandalized the Capitol on January 6, 2021, and called on Trump to distance himself from “those who broke into the Capitol, destroyed the place and hurt police officers.” Graham recently joined CNN’s most prolific Trump hater, Jake Tapper, who reports that Trump’s campaign “says Donald Trump is not attending,” though this detail is not yet confirmed.

In regard to Trump hosting this event for peaceful protesters wrongfully imprisoned by the Marxist Biden Regime, Graham said, “I don’t like that very much, but I’ll leave it up to him as to what causes to support.”

A Virginia court has ruled the Defense Department may not prohibit any enlistees who have undetectable viral loads of HIV from joining the military.

Clinton appointed U.S. District Judge Leonie Brinkema in her ruling that those who are asymptomatic HIV-positive may not be barred from joining the military.

Brinkema stated that barring HIV-positive enlistees is “irrational, arbitrary, and capricious.”

The Clinton-appointed judge further wrote, “Modern science has transformed the treatment of HIV.”

After the ruling, Gregory Nevins, an attorney who helped file the lawsuit  against the Department of Defense, in a press release, “Americans living with HIV no longer face categorical barriers to service careers – discharge, bans on commissioning, bans on deployment and finally bans on enlisting.”

The Defense Department may not prohibit people who are asymptomatic HIV-positive from joining the military, a judge in Virginia ruled this week.

U.S. District Court Judge Leonie Brinkema wrote in a decision filed Tuesday that barring those with undetectable viral loads from serving is “irrational, arbitrary, and capricious” as it contributes to a stigma about people who are HIV-positive while also actively hampering the military’s own recruitment goals.

Previously, the court ruled that asymptomatic HIV-positive troops with undetectable viral loads who maintained treatment remained capable of doing their military jobs, including deployments, Brinkema noted.

Today, HIV treatment medications often involve little more than taking a daily pill, and that lower viral load from meds also prevents transmission to others.

The plaintiffs in the lawsuit were Isaiah Wilkins, 24, who sought to join the Army but was denied because he was HIV-positive; Carol Coe, 33, who served in the Army in 2008 but left the service after becoming HIV-positive; and Natalie Noe, 33, who attempted to join the military but was denied after she tested positive for the virus.

Yes, comrade Kamala Harris still supports a ban on fracking—her top campaign spokesman just confirmed this during an interview with CNN.

In the first part of the interview, Tyler sidestepped questions from CNN’s John Berman regarding Harris’s shift in position on fracking.

As Berman pressed the issue, Tyler confirmed that Harris has not “changed her mind” on a fracking ban, despite recent attempts by her campaign to suggest otherwise.

John Berman: I think everyone’s very excited that the Vice President and Governor Walz are sitting down for their first joint interview, their first interview with a member of the broadcast media since she became the candidate for President. It’s going to happen right here on CNN.

I don’t want to jump the gun on too much of it, but I do want to ask about at least one policy area that I imagine will come up at some point, which is fracking. The Vice President has changed her position on fracking in Pennsylvania. Do you know why she’s changed her position?

Tyler: Listen, she’s very clear here. She’s proud of the work that she’s done as part of this administration, making sure that American energy production is at an all-time high.

We want to continue that progress into her first term in office. Again, whether it’s energy policy or economic policy writ large, you have a fighter in Kamala Harris who is keeping the interests of the American people front and center, bringing people together in search of solutions that actually improve quality of life, our economy, and energy production. I think that stands in stark contrast to Donald Trump, who may say one thing when he’s in Pennsylvania and another out on the stump. But frankly, if you look at the totality of his economic agenda, his Project 2025 agenda writ large, the only solutions are those that benefit people at the very top—billionaires, rich folks like Donald Trump, the wealthiest corporations—nothing for the American worker, nothing to actually improve the lives of the American people and our consumers. So again, I think the contrast is pretty clear.

John Berman: I’ll come back to Project 2025 in just a second. But on fracking, was there something that changed her mind specifically during the four years of the Biden presidency?

Tyler: Listen, again, the Vice President is very proud of the Biden-Harris administration’s record on energy production and the economy at large. She wants to continue to build upon the progress we’ve made here—that goes for energy production and for the economy across the board.

She’s proud of the 15 million new jobs that have been created, of the 800,000 manufacturing jobs that have been created. She wants to continue that work, not just on energy production.

As she laid out a couple of weeks ago in North Carolina, the work we’re doing is to lower costs for folks. It’s about job creation, but also about making sure that we are lowering costs for the American people, whether that’s groceries, energy production, or housing costs, both for renters and buyers.

You have one candidate in this race who is focused on finding solutions, bringing people together. And you have another candidate who is focused on exacting a dangerous and extreme ideological Project 2025 agenda, and that’s Donald Trump.

Just last month, the Harris campaign claimed that she was no longer in favor of banning fracking, a significant policy reversal meant to placate voters in key swing states like Pennsylvania, according to the New York Post.

Pennsylvania Governor Josh Shapiro defended this abrupt shift at the Democratic National Convention, claiming that Harris had “listened to people” and now supports continued natural gas extraction in the Keystone State.

“Kamala Harris did say that in 2019. And then she showed up in Pennsylvania a whole bunch,” Shapiro stated during an interview with CBS News. “I appreciate the fact that she listened and I appreciate the fact that her position evolved.”

According to Trump’s campaign:

It’s clear Kamala’s support for a fracking ban hasn’t moved an inch, even as anonymous aides desperately attempt to walk it back.

A fracking ban would devastate states like Pennsylvania — the third-largest fossil fuel producing state, where fracking accounts for tens of thousands of jobs and the oil and natural gas industry accounts for 93,000 jobs and supports hundreds of thousands more.

It’s all part of the destructive Harris-Walz energy agenda, which will destroy energy independence and exponentially raise electricity costs (which are already up 30%+under Kamala). Kamala supports mandating a “net-zero” energy policy, which will ultimately make energy much more expensive. She also supports a carbon tax, electric vehicle mandate, and ban on gas-powered vehicles, while backing the Harris-Biden administration’s power plant shutdown.

While a Harriz-Walz presidency guarantees a “no-growth future,” President Trump will unleash the power of American industry, roll back the regulatory stranglehold, and restore American energy dominance once again.
