I have a life and death question for red state AGs and DAs. The most important question in modern history…

What the hell are you waiting for?

Because we just uncovered the greatest conspiracy to betray the citizens of America and commit treason since Benedict Arnold.

But this time we can add mass murder and crimes against humanity. And the confession is in writing, for all the world to see. This massive criminal case is gift wrapped with a bow on top.

So, what are you waiting for?

Mark Zuckerberg just confessed, in writing, in front of the whole world, to terrible crimes against America, the US Constitution and the American people- all because he was forced, extorted (and I’m guessing bribed, blackmailed or threatened too) by the US government and the highest officials of the Biden administration.

Just days ago, I made the case for red state AGs and DAs to go after “low hanging fruit” and indict Kamala and Tim Walz. The precedent has been set by New York AG Leticia James and NYC DA Alvin Bragg. A red state AG or DA can file any criminal case they want- even in the middle of a presidential election. If they think crimes have been committed, it’s their duty to indict and prosecute.

It’s easy to go after Kamala Harris for her role as border czar. Indict her for fraud, malfeasance, dereliction of duty, and treason. How many American have been murdered and raped, or died from fentanyl overdoses, because of her dereliction of duty?

And of course, Tim Walz is the biggest fraud and conman in the history of politics. He’s guilty of “Stolen Valor” (lying about his rank and military service), not to mention lying about his wife using IVF to get pregnant (it never happened). And so many other lies I’ve lost count.

Red state AGs and DAs- What are you waiting for? Indict Tim Walz.

But those are no longer the “low hanging fruit.” We have a much bigger criminal case. It’s the world’s easiest case to prosecute. The star witness is one of the richest and famous men in the world- Mark Zuckerberg of Facebook and Meta.

And he just confessed, in writing, in front of the entire world, to terrible crimes against the American people.

But that’s only a small start. Zuckerberg implicated the entire US government, and top officials of the Biden administration. These government gangsters bullied, intimidated, threatened (and no doubt bribed or blackmailed) Zuckerberg and his staff to commit these terrible crimes against the American people.

These are the highest crimes- including election interference, mass murder, crimes against humanity and TREASON.

Zuckerberg is a witness to all of it. The government and top officials of the Biden administration intimidated Zuckerberg and his staff into rigging and fixing the 2020 election- by covering up the Hunter Biden laptop. This allowed Democrats to steal a presidential election from President Trump.

How many trillions of dollars changed hands in the form of government spending and government contracts because the election was rigged and stolen?

But then it gets worse. Zuckerberg admits the government and top Biden officials forced him to censor, silence and ban the truth about the lack of safety and effectiveness of the Covid vaccines, and cover-up the mounting deaths and injuries from the Covid vaccines…

And to hide the truth about Ivermectin, the one drug that was actually “safe and effective” for use against Covid 19. Hundreds of studies prove it could have saved millions of lives- with literally no side effects. But few Americans heard about it, because Zuckerberg hid the truth- upon order of this administration.

How many Americans died as a result?

That’s called mass murder and crimes against humanity. Not to mention the loss of trillions of dollars.

It’s time for modern day Nuremberg trials.

The case is so easy to prosecute. Just offer Zuckerberg full immunity to testify to the crimes and the names involved. Then offer each of them immunity for the names of their bosses. Then offer immunity to each of the bosses for the names of who gave the ultimate orders to rig and fix the election…and to condemn millions of Americans to death and injury, all in the name of greed.

Trillions of dollars were made as a result of election interference, and from vaccine sales and stock profits by Big Pharma and all their conspirators in the US government and Biden administration.

All roads lead to Biden, Kamala, Dr Fauci and the top officials of the FBI, DOJ, CIA, CDC, FDA, HHS and NIH. Everyone got rich and Americans died.

Here is the sum up of these developments…

*If this was Trump, he’d already be in prison for life, or given the death penalty. We all know that.

*Why did Zuckerberg suddenly confess? Because he knows how to read the tea leaves- Trump is about to win a landslide victory. Zuckerberg is trying to save his own hide from a prison cell.

*Do you believe Biden and our government did this only to Zuckerberg? This is the tip of the iceberg. They extorted, threatened and bribed every CEO of every media and social media company.

*This is the perfect criminal conspiracy case. If no red state AG or DA prosecutes them, then we know the entire system is rigged. They’re all either complicit, bribed, blackmailed, or cowards.

*Finally, if we can’t get indictments, then this becomes the largest class action lawsuit in world history. Class action lawyers are salivating. There are trillions to be made from suing the federal government, every Biden-Harris official involved, Zuckerberg, and every billionaire CEO of any media and social media company who censored, silenced, banned and covered-up facts that resulted in a stolen election, and death and injury to millions of American citizens.

Tucker Carlson has once again captured the attention of the internet, this time by mocking Kamala Harris after she posted an alleged letter from him on Twitter promoting gun control.

The letter, which appeared to support gun control measures, had the internet buzzing, but not for the reasons Harris likely hoped.

The letter Harris posted, supposedly penned by “Tucker,” gushed about free speech and the Biden administration’s efforts to promote “common sense” gun laws.

The letter reads:

Vice President Harris,

One of my absolute favorite things in America is how people of different backgrounds and beliefs have the freedom to communicate with each other. We are so blessed to live in a country where the greatest currency is the free-flowing exchange of ideas. In America, we are blessed with the ability to come together on common ground.

In the spirit fo establishing common ground, even though I am fairly conservative and we may have our disagreements, I am writing to express my gratitude for yours and President Biden’s efforts to establish common sense gun safety laws. Owning firearms is every American’s Constitutional right. Like all things, there needs to be reasonable regulation like age restrictions, background checks, and mental health screenings. Thank you for heading the White House Office of Gun Violence Prevention and for years and President Biden’s push for common sense gun safety laws. I look forward to seeing what the Biden-Harris administration accomplishes in this regard.

Eagle-eyed social media users quickly pounced on the inconsistencies. Many noted that the letter’s language was oddly formal and effusive, particularly in its praise for free speech—a right that many conservatives argue has been under siege during the Biden administration.

Under Harris and Biden’s watch, Americans have faced unprecedented censorship, lawfare, and imprisonment for merely expressing their views. The Gateway Pundit and others have been targeted, censored, and even had supporters jailed for the simple act of posting a meme.

Second, there are suspicions that the letter was generated by artificial intelligence rather than coming from Carlson himself.

In a statement to The Gateway Pundit, Carlson dismissed the notion that he would ever endorse gun control measures. “Ha! Seriously? I’m carrying a gun right now, as I always do. There are few things I hate more than the Democratic Party’s attempt to disarm the American population. That’s what dictatorships do,” he said.

He added, “People actually think I sent a handwritten letter to Kamala Harris endorsing gun confiscation? That’s moronic.”

Not one to let a good trolling opportunity go to waste, Carlson fired back with a satirical fake letter of his own. In an over-the-top, childlike handwriting style complete with heart symbols, smiley faces, and “XOXO,” the letter sarcastically attributed to Harris praised Carlson in the most exaggerated and fawning terms.

The letter reads:

Dear Tucker,

I can’t believe I’m writing you this letter, but here goes. Honestly, I never thought we had all that much in common. Since college, I’ve considered myself moderately progressive, in the sense that I don’t believe in law enforcement, national borders, or the right of American citizens to exercise fundamental human autonomy. You seemed like you were coming from a totally different place. I thought I disagreed with you on everything! Boy was I wrong.

The other night I was looking at the Internet and saw your conversation with Bobby Kennedy, Jr. There wasn’t a word I disagreed with. Not one! I turned to Montel and I said “I was very wrong about this man. So, so very wrong. The way he talks. He’s so bold and wise and strong. He’s immovable. Like a towering oak tree in a wind storm, he sways gently but never breaks. His trunk is so broad and firm and rooted to the earth. I can’t imagine the size of his root ball.” I was so impressed!

So thank you. You’ve shown me something about myself and about the world. I will never forget it. Until we meet,

Millions of Americans are more than aware of the super-leftist bias of the national media. But one well-known news outlet just may have ‘jumped the shark’ with this incredibly ludicrous assertion.

Long have legacy media outlets in America pushed hard for their political agenda, which revolves around the Democratic Party.

It reached a pinnacle during the Barack Obama years but really hasn’t subsided much since then.

Those outlets were all in for Joe Biden, overlooking his obvious mental fumbles in public, and describing him as on top of all issues.

Now they’ve transferred their allegiance to Kamala Harris, after she was anointed the party’s top of the ticket when party elites effectively threw Biden under the bus.

But one outlet, in its zeal, blundered.

It was Politico that, reporting on GOP vice presidential nominee JD Vance, charged, “Speaking at a rally in Big Rapids, Michigan, former President Donald Trump’s running mate tried to tie Harris to the Biden administration’s policies — saying at one point that ‘Kamala Harris has been calling the shots’ — while also warning of China’s emergence as an economic superpower that’s taking jobs away from the U.S.”

Actually, on social media, the publication said, “Vance tries to tether Harris to Biden during Michigan rally.”

Which promptly triggered responses that included a “community note,” a feature that allows readers to correct and add information to an inaccurate social media report. Under the descriptive “Readers added context they thought people might want to know,” was “Kamala Harris is currently serving as vice president of the United States for the Biden-Harris administration – a role which she was sworn into on January 20th, 2021.”

Twitchy took to an editorial to point out, “”How dare Vance insinuate that Harris had anything to do with what the Biden-Harris administration has done!”

Its headline was, “Politico’s spin that JD Vance ‘tried’ to tie Harris to Biden earned the MOTHER of all community notes.”

The editorial explained actually, “Harris is so closely tied to Biden’s policies that she cast the tiebreaking vote in the Senate on many occasions in order to pass the Biden-Harris agenda.”

And, it noted that agenda “has worked out so great for America that Kamala, with help from the media, is forced to pretend she didn’t have anything (to do) with it.”

One of Harris’s economic advisors had a rough Tuesday morning after getting embarrassed while appearing on a supposedly friendly network to the campaign.

Harris economic advisor Bharat Rama appeared on CNBC’s Squawk Box this morning to sell the audience on a key portion of his boss’s socialist $5 trillion tax plan. Rama attempted to explain to the hosts that taxing unrealized gains was fair, only applied to a small number of rich people, and was similar to a property tax.

But, as CATO notes, Harris’s tax scheme includes a new minimum tax of 25 percent on traditional income and unrealized capital gains for taxpayers with more than $100 million in total wealth. While supposedly just targeted at the rich, such a tax would create widespread economic damage while proving unworkable and blatantly unconstitutional.

Understanding these facts, hosts Becky Quick and Joe Kernan easily exposed Rama’s economic ignorance and took him to school while making fun of him. Especially Kernan, who also laughed at him.

QUICK: Taxing unrealized gains just doesn’t seem fair in any sense of the word. In the very best sense, if you were taxing unrealized gains, all you are doing is pulling forward the taxes that would be paid later when somebody actually sells the stock.

RAMA: I, I, I, think this reaction to taxing unrealized gains is a little funny given that I bet the majority of the people watching right now are already paying a tax on unrealized gains. It’s called a property tax.

KERNAN (derisively): Property tax. That’s an old trope.

RAMA: When the value of your home goes up, you pay higher taxes.

QUICK: The value of your home never moves the way your stock moves…

KERNAN (mocking Rama while agreeing with Quick): It’s not the same. That’s (Rama’s comment) always the go-to answer (by liberals).

QUICK (continuing): The property tax is a use tax. You’re paying for the schools, you’re paying for emergency services…Those are things that make absolute sense.

RAMA: Sure. And all of the revenue that comes from these unrealized gains, taxes, and the other taxes in the Harris plan is going to go to what she calls more opportunity…

QUICK: But it’s not actually people who are using the services.

RAMA: Look, you are arguing that this is some sort of foreign concept that’s completely unknown…

KERNAN: It’s probably unconstitutional…

QUICK: It’s not income.

KERNAN: And it’s never going to happen…Not in my, well, not in my lifetime (laughing at Rama)…Not in Becky’s lifetime!

While it is always good to see a clueless Democrat get humiliated, the scary part is people like Rama will be running America under a Harris regime. And every American will end up paying a catastrophic price.

Legendary investor Warren Buffett has continued his unprecedented stock selloff, unloading nearly $1 billion in Bank of America shares.

This latest decision comes amid growing investor anxiety over a potential global recession and increasing scrutiny of the Biden administration’s economic policies.

As of the end of June, Berkshire Hathaway, Buffett’s investment firm, boasted a staggering cash reserve of $278 billion—a figure that has surged 65% since the beginning of the year.

According to financial analysis platform Finimize, this marks the steepest relative cash position for Berkshire since 2005, just before the onset of the global financial crisis.

According to the outlet, “While you could argue that Buffett was too early in slashing his market exposure back then, since he missed out on two years of gains, in the end, it was a sensible risk-reward tradeoff. The move allowed him to avoid deeper losses during one of the worst bear markets in history and gave him a cash pile he could use to scoop up investments at bargain prices during the crisis. To be sure, Buffett has always balked at the notion that he can somehow predict the future or time the market.”

The first Monday in August saw panic grip the finance sector as nearly $2 trillion was wiped from the S&P 500 at market open. Investor fears surrounding an impending global recession triggered a massive sell-off, with U.S. stock futures plunging dramatically.

On August 5th, S&P 500 futures fell over 4.4%, Dow futures dropped by 3%, and Nasdaq 100 futures plummeted more than 5.2%.

Buffett’s decision to sell nearly half of Berkshire’s gigantic Apple stake last quarter, combined with his aggressive liquidation of other equities totaling over $75 billion in the second quarter alone, has further rattled the markets.

Notably, in July, Buffett began trimming his second-largest holding, Bank of America, and now, he had sold an additional $981.9 million in shares of the lender.

Reuters reported:

Billionaire Warren Buffett’s Berkshire Hathaway has sold some more shares of Bank of America (BAC.N), opens new tab over the past few days, raking in $981.9 million, as the conglomerate continues to trim down its stake in the second-largest U.S. lender.

Berkshire has now shed about $5.4 billion worth of Bank of America shares in a string of sales since mid-July.

The conglomerate sold about 24.7 million shares of the lender between Aug. 23 and Aug. 27, according to a regulatory filing on Tuesday.
