President Trump on Friday reposted an image of himself and Robert F. Kennedy Jr. speaking in Glendale, Arizona with the caption, “The strongest anti-establishment ticket in American history.”

The post, which does not mention Trump’s current running mate, JD Vance, seemingly refers to Trump and RFK as a “ticket.” With the recent assassination attempt on Donald Trump and the Kennedy family’s history of assassinations, this may truly be the only team that can end the deep state and expose the CIA.

As The Gateway Pundit reported, RFK Jr. suspended his presidential campaign last week and joined Trump onstage in Glendale, Arizona to announce a historic partnership between two anti-establishment leaders in American politics. During the rally, Trump unveiled a plan to form an expert panel in partnership with RFK to address the alarming rise of chronic diseases in children. RFK also announced that he would partner with President Trump’s administration to fight against big pharma.

The Gateway Pundit reported in January 2024 on the dream team that could be with Trump and RFK Jr. running on the same ticket and winning 60% of the general election vote. It was later reported by the New York Post that a Trump insider revealed the Trump campaign was interested early on in the potential of a Trump/Kennedy ticket. “Anything’s possible. I wouldn’t write it off by any means,” the insider said early on in Kennedy’s bid for the White House.

Trump ally Roger Stone also floated RFK as a potential Trump running mate in a Substack article last year, where he called on President Trump to “consider the drafting of RFK as the Republican vice presidential candidate in a ‘bipartisan’ unity ticket.”

While a Trump/Vance sign is displayed in the photo, the X post from Benny Johnson, shared by Trump on Truth Social, makes no mention of JD Vance. This led some to speculate that Vance could be replaced on the ticket, which has been done before.

To many Trump supporters, who do not fall into the category of a traditional Republican voter and have supported Trump since day one, this would be a blessing. They do not see Vance as any different than the plethora of establishment Republicans and Never-Trumpers within the party.

After all, Vance, eight years ago before the 2016 election, described himself as a “Never Trump guy,” called him a “fraud,” called his supporters racists, and declared that he would vote for Hillary Clinton or a third party candidate in 2016. In now-deleted tweets, Vance declared his support for Evan McMullin for president in 2016 and lambasted soon-to-be President Trump in October 2016 for “making people I care about,” including Immigrants and Muslims, “afraid.” After Trump was inaugurated, in March 2017, Vance wrote, “In 4 years, I hope people remember that it was those of us who empathized with Trump’s voters who fought him the most aggressively.” He also liked a slew of tweets parroting leftwing talking points against Trump.

The Gateway Pundit previously highlighted some of his vicious rhetoric against President Trump, including calls for both sides to “despise Trump and what he stands for.”

Vance further declared in a 2016 OP-ED for the New York Times that Trump is "unfit for our nation’s highest office."

Vance went on to write what could be aptly considered a love letter in 2017, titled "Barack Obama and Me. " In it, he outlined his admiration for Bill Clinton despite his sexually scandalous presidency, how Obama's life "seemed to embody my sense of the American ideal" and made him an "admirable man," and then declared before his final departure from the White House, "I’ll miss him, and the example he set."

The Vice Presidential nominee's anti-Trump rhetoric was later disavowed while he was vying for Trump's endorsement in a seven-way primary race for the Senate in 2022. Prior to entering the Senate race, Vance also scrubbed his Twitter feed of past posts attacking Trump.

However, as Trump has repeatedly said over the years, politicians tend to revert to their original stance on a topic.

Still, RFK has his own drawbacks. As Roger Stone notes in his 2023 OP-ED, RFK "has a long record of environmental activism and support for other progressive policies." In fact, RFK has been so radical on environmentalism that he's called for imprisonment or other consequences for influential climate skeptics and politicians who deny climate change. While RFK claims these remarks were taken out of context, he has a history of extreme environmental stances, including a permanent ban on natural gas exports.

Time is running out to determine whether or not Vance is another Mike Pence, who began sabotaging President Trump early on in his first term and later betrayed the country on the world stage by cowering and certifying the stolen 2020 election.

Recall Trump's famous recitation of "The Snake" poem, which partially reads:

CNN announced Tuesday afternoon the cable news network’s star anchor Dana Bash had been awarded the first interview with Kamala Harris and Minnesota Governor Tim Walz since their coronation last week as the Democratic Party’s nominees for president and vice president. The interview is set to air at 9 p.m. EDT Thursday.

Bash meets a reported DEI criteria for the Harris interview based on race or gender. Bash co-moderated the June CNN debate along with Jake Tapper between President Trump and Joe Biden where Trump wrecked Biden. Bash also recently conducted a contentious interview with Trump’s running mate Sen. J.D. Vance of Ohio.

Earlier Tuesday Politico Playbook reported the Harris campaign was asking reporters for advice on who to grant the interview to and that Harris was taking race and gender into consideration (excerpt):

Harris campaign staff have been asking reporters who they think she should talk to. Behind the scenes, TV producers from big name anchors have been calling the campaign to pitch their talent as the person she has to do it with.

Harris has had a light schedule since accepting the nomination Thursday in Chicago, and several sources said she has been using the time not just to prepare for her Sept. 10 debate with Trump, but to map out a media strategy for the next few weeks.

…Almost everyone we talked to said Harris will consider race and gender in making her choice, and that she would be keen to sit down with a Black and/or female reporter, though nobody believes that’s a requirement.

Harris had made a pledge weeks ago to hold an interview by the end of August. Harris has not done an interview or press conference since Joe Biden was deposed from the Democratic Party presidential nomination a month ago. Harris has only taken a few questions from reporters in that time.

Megyn Kelly wryly observed Monday that the gaffe-prone Harris and her team appear uncomfortable with her facing the media alone on her first outing as the Democrats’ presidential nominee, “The campaign claims she is going to give an interview but not solo – it will be w/Walz, her Emotional Support Governor.

Harris and Walz have gone dark since last Thursday when Harris gave her acceptance speech at the Democratic National Convention in Chicago, disappearing for five days while forgoing the traditional interviews and barnstorming that usually follow nominating conventions. Harris and Walz are scheduled to conduct a bus tour in southern Georgia on Wednesday with Harris holding a rally in Savannah on Thursday.

The CNN interview is scheduled to air at 9 p.m. EDT Thursday. There is no mention of the interview airing live, so it will likely be pre-recorded with promotional excerpts released Thursday afternoon and evening.

Gold Star mom Paula Knauss Selph lost her son, Army Staff Sgt. Ryan Knauss, during the Biden-Harris administration’s botched withdrawal from Afghanistan in 2021, which also claimed the lives of 12 additional service members.

Selph had harsh words for the Biden-Harris administration for continuing to evade duck responsibility for the deadly failure.

She told Fox News, “On this day in particular, we are all grieving over something that should have never, ever happened the way it did.”

She continued, “It’s the lack of accountability that has really upset the nation on this. It is the lack of empathy and sympathy for a situation … at least say I’m sorry.”

“At least apologize for a lack of leadership.”

On Monday, President Trump told a crowd that the chaotic Afghanistan withdrawal cost the United States its credibility on the world stage, saying that foreign leaders and bad actors no longer “respect us.”

Selph told Fox News co-anchor Sandra Smith, “He’s right. We lost a lot of credibility in our nation and in our world powers. We have lost it. And the only way we will gain it back is if we become a world power again.”

After Trump laid wreaths at Arlington National Cemetery to honor the 13 fallen soldiers killed in the suicide bombing at Afghanistan’s Hamid Karzai International Airport, a video showed him placing flowers at Ryan Knauss’ grave.

Selph explained, “He [Trump] called me right after that, and he expressed his sorrow at the fact that he would have to do that.”

On Friday DC Judge Mehta ordered Missouri Attorney General Andrew Bailey to halt his investigation into Media Matters for America in the state of Missouri.

ArsTechnica reported:

A federal judge ordered Missouri's attorney general to halt an investigation into Media Matters for America, a nonprofit journalism organization that earned Elon Musk's wrath when it published an article showing that Musk's X platform placed advertisements next to pro-Nazi posts.

In March, Missouri AG Andrew Bailey issued an investigative demand seeking names and addresses of all Media Matters donors who live in Missouri and a range of internal communications and documents regarding the group's research on Musk and X. Bailey also filed a lawsuit asking Cole County Circuit Court for an order to enforce the investigative demand.

Media Matters countered by suing Bailey in US District Court for the District of Columbia. Last week, US District Judge Amit Mehta granted a preliminary injunction that prohibits Bailey from enforcing the civil investigative demand and from pursuing the related lawsuit.

Mehta had issued a similar order against Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton a few months earlier. Mehta filed a memorandum opinion on August 23 describing the reasons for granting Media Matters' request for an injunction against Bailey.

Get this! Judge Mehta, who loathes and persecutes conservatives, ruled that Bailey's actions were "designed to deter speech."

Media Matters demonstrated a likelihood of success in its claim that Bailey took retaliatory actions designed to deter speech, Mehta wrote:

The court already has held that Defendant Paxton's announcement of an investigation and issuance of a CID [Civil Investigative Demand] demanding records relating to Media Matters' organization, funding, and journalism would sufficiently deter a news organization or journalist "of ordinary firmness" from speaking again about X-related matters. Defendant Bailey has gone one step further. He has filed suit not only to enforce the Missouri CID, but he has asked a state court to sanction Media Matters with a civil penalty. Such action chills speech.

Obviously, Media Matters shopped around to file their case in the most Democrat-friendly district in the country.

Robert F. Kennedy Jr. is set to remain on the ballot in Wisconsin for the upcoming election, despite his own request for removal.

For months, Democrats have been scheming to keep Kennedy off ballots across the nation, fearing his independent candidacy could siphon crucial votes away from Kamala Harris.

Kennedy’s decision to withdraw from the ballots in 10 crucial swing states, while keeping his name in the red and blue states, is a shrewd and calculated move. He’s making sure his presence doesn’t inadvertently hand the election to Kamala Harris.

By staying on ballots in states where his presence will hurt Harris and pulling out where it could hurt Trump, Kennedy is playing the game smarter than the Democrats anticipated.

“In about 10 battleground states, where my presence would be a spoiler, I’m going to remove my name. And I’ve already started that process and urge voters not to vote for me,” during his press conference.

On Tuesday, the Wisconsin Elections Commission (WEC) refused Kennedy’s request to be removed from the state’s ballot. The commissioners, citing state law, voted 5-1 to keep Kennedy on the ballot, along with two other independent candidates, WKOW reported.

According to WEC, state statute prevents a candidate from declining nomination after filing.

Some commissioners were clearly uncomfortable with the idea, attempting to block Kennedy’s placement on the ballot. But their efforts failed miserably, ending in a 3-3 deadlock.

The decision comes a day after the Wisconsin Supreme Court ruled that Green Party candidate Jill Stein can remain on the 2024 presidential ballot.

Earlier this month, the Democrats filed a complaint to keep Jill Stein off the ballot in the crucial swing state of Wisconsin.

Jill Stein has angered the Democrat elitists with her bid for the White House since she is seen as a “spoiler.”

Dr. Stein took thousands of votes away from Hillary Clinton in the crucial swing states of Michigan and Wisconsin in 2016.

It is not just Wisconsin. The Gateway Pundit reported earlier that RFK Jr. will remain on Michigan’s 2024 presidential ballot despite suspending his campaign.

“Minor party candidates cannot withdraw, so his name will remain on the ballot in the November election,” said Jocelyn Benson’s office.
