Supreme Court Justice Kentanji Brown Jackson has said she is preparing herself to rule on the outcome of a disputed presidential election.

In an interview with CBS’s Norah O’Donnell, Jackson said the court must be prepared for such an outcome.

“I think there are legal issues that arise out of the political process,” Jackson said during an interview with CBS’s Norah O’Donnell. “And so, the Supreme Court has to be prepared to respond — if — if that should be necessary.”

O’Donnell then asked Jackson point blank whether she was personally prepared for a Supreme Court ruling.

“As prepared as anyone can be,” Jackson responded. “Let me ask you, are you prepared for all of the news cycles that you’re getting as a result of this election?”

“Um, no,” O’Donnell responded.

Jackson was also asked to weigh in on her recent dissent against a court ruling that gave Donald Trump immunity for official acts he undertook as president, in what was undoubtedly a major legal victory for the former president.

“I was concerned about a system that appeared to provide immunity for one individual under one set of circumstances, when we have a criminal justice system that had ordinarily treated everyone the same,” Jackson explained.

While one can never say for sure how a Supreme Court justice will vote on a certain issue, Jackson’s loyalty to the Biden regime and her position on the leftist wing of the court means she would be likely to side with the Harris campaign in any electoral dispute.

Following the 2020 presidential election, in which the Democratic Party engaged in massive, widespread voter fraud, the Supreme Court declined to hear the overwhelming evidence that would have given Donald Trump a second term in office.

At some point, honest people must finally put a stop to the ennobling of either narcissism or mental illness.

In the case of men pretending to be women, we do not deny that many of those men actually have the feelings they claim. Nor do we deny that many sincerely believe themselves to be women. And we do not want them persecuted for that. But we most adamantly deny that they are women or that they should have access to spaces traditionally and rightfully reserved for women, including women’s athletic competitions.

Alas, liars and cowards seem to run the world at present, as evidenced by Paralympics officials’ decision to allow a 50-year-old “transgender woman” and former male sprinting champion named Valentina Petrillo to compete against actual women at the Paralympics in Paris, which begin on Wednesday.

According to the Associated Press, Petrillo will compete as a sprinter in the 200- and 400-meter events.

Petrillo suffers from visual impairment and thus will race under the T12 classification. According to the Boston Athletic Association, T12 represents the middle range among three different visual acuity classifications that measure degrees of impairment.

Of course, people of goodwill applaud Petrillo for running in the Paralympics despite visual impairment. And there is no reason to think that T12 is the classification to which anyone should object.

But Petrillo belongs with the men. In fact, between 2015 and 2018, Petrillo won 11 national competitions in the male T12 category, per the AP.

Furthermore, Petrillo did not begin the purported transition from male at female at a young age.

Instead, the sprinter began hormone therapy in 2019 when he was in his mid 40s. By then, of course, he had already dominated the male category.

Understandably, that did not sit well with some of his female competitors.

For instance, Spanish sprinter Melani Berges missed out on a shot at the Paralympics when she finished behind Petrillo.

Berges denounced the “injustice” of competing against Petrillo and added that sport “requires strength, a physique.”

Katrin Mueller-Rottgardt of Germany expressed a similar concern.

“Basically, everyone should live how they like in everyday life. But I find it difficult in professional sports. She lived and trained for a long time as a man, so there’s a possibility that physical conditions are different than for someone who comes into the world as a woman. So she could have advantages from it,” Mueller-Rottgardt said.

Petrillo tried to empathize. As with many people who either exhibit narcissism or suffer from mental illness, however, his condition did not allow him to think outside of himself and his own desires in any meaningful way.

“I have asked myself, ‘But Valentina, if you were a biological woman and you saw a Valentina racing with you, what would you think?’ And I responded to myself that I would also have some doubts,” Petrillo said. “But then through my experiences and what I learned I can state clearly … that it doesn’t mean that because I was born a man that I will be stronger than a woman.”

As with most controversies these days, Petrillo’s story generated attention on the social media platform X.

Libs of TikTok, an account with more than 3.4 million followers as of Monday, called Petrillo a “cheater.”

Only if Petrillo qualifies as a narcissist should we call him a cheater. If he suffers from mental illness, then we should pity him and pray that he finds the help he needs.

Those are the only two possibilities, for no matter how he feels or what he thinks, he is not a woman and thus does not belong in the women’s category at the Paralympics.

Kamala Harris hasn’t done a press interview since she forced Joe Biden off the ballot 37 days ago and she has no policies on her campaign website with just two months to go until Election Day.

Harris has stolen a few of Trump’s ideas so far because she knows the public won’t support her far-left radical plans.

After stealing Trump’s ‘no tax on tips’ and ‘child tax credit’ ideas, Kamala Harris now supports spending hundreds of millions of dollars on building Trump’s border wall.

In her speech to the Democratic National Convention last week, Harris said she would sign the recent bipartisan border security bill — which Trump had ordered his allies to kill, fearing it would help Democrats in the November elections.

• That bill, negotiated by senators such as James Lankford (R-Okla.) and Chris Murphy (D-Conn.), requires hundreds of millions of dollars of unspent funds to be used to continue building a wall on the border.
• “It requires the Trump border wall,” Lankford told Axios. “It is in the bill itself that it sets the standards that were set during the Trump administration: Here’s where it will be built. Here’s how it has to be built, the height, the type, everything during the Trump construction.”
• Harris’ campaign says the border deal is a whole lot more than continuation of wall funding — and a tiny fraction of what Trump has proposed.

Lankford’s office estimated the legislation would spend $650 million on a wall, down from the $18 billion Trump requested in 2018.

Recall that Kamala Harris repeatedly attacked President Trump’s plan to build a wall along the US-Mexico border.

In 2019, Kamala Harris called Trump’s border wall a “vanity project.”

Special Counsel Jack Smith indicted President Trump AGAIN in DC following the Supreme Court’s ruling on presidential immunity.

As TGP reported last week, Special Counsel Jack Smith opted out of holding a ‘mini trial’ before the November election and is ‘carefully revising’ the January 6 case against Trump following the Supreme Court’s presidential immunity ruling according to a leak to Bloomberg.

Jack Smith’s prosecutors presented evidence to a new grand jury in order to recalibrate the case after the Supreme Court ruled Trump is immune from prosecution for ‘official acts’ as president.

The grand jury indicted Trump on the same four charges that were unveiled last August: Conspiracy to defraud the United States, conspiracy to obstruct an official proceeding, obstruction of and attempt to obstruct an official proceeding, and conspiracy against rights.

“The superseding indictment, which was presented to a new grand jury that had not previously heard evidence in this case, reflects the Government’s efforts to respect and implement the Supreme Court’s holdings and remand instructions,” wrote Smith’s team in the 36-page indictment.

Trump’s lawyers argued that Trump is immune from federal prosecution for alleged ‘crimes’ committed while he served as US President.

In Jack Smith’s indictment last August, prosecutors asserted that President Trump sought to use the DOJ to help him overturn the results of the 2020 election.

In the new indictment, Jack Smith’s prosecutors claim Trump’s actions were not ‘official acts’ because his rally was privately funded and “privately organized.”

Federal prosecutors also argued that Trump used his X/Twitter account for “personal purposes.”

A terrifying scene unfolded last week after a migrant Amazon driver slammed into a Florida mom who was pushing her 4-month-old baby in a stroller, leaving the mother with catastrophic brain injuries and the baby being thrown into the street.

The New York Post reported Tuesday that the mom, who remains anonymous, was walking just outside Miami with her infant and the family dog on a leash when they were reportedly struck by 45-year-old Venezuelan immigrant Sarahy Parra-Ovalles last Thursday. Miami-Dade Police revealed the hit-and-run happened at NE 191st St. 7th Ave. in the gated Aventura Isles community.

Footage captured from the scene shows the mom pushing her infant along before the Amazon car driven by Parra-Orvalles appears out of nowhere and slams directly into them.

Parra-Ovalles then stops the vehicle car to prop up the stroller and place the baby in the seat. She then flees the scene of the crime.

CBS News Miami reported that both the mom and her son were hospitalized following the incident. The mom suffered severe injuries to her brain and skull.

The woman suffered a catastrophic brain injury, a broken skull, and a brain bleed. The baby suffered a forehead laceration but thankfully escaped without more serious injuries.

The family’s lawyer, Judd Rosen told The New York Post on Tuesday that the mom is now home recovering from her debilitating injuries. The infant is reportedly now fine.

The Post reports that Parra-Ovalles entered the US on a tourist visa in 2019, which then expired in 2021. The Biden-Harris regime then granted her Temporary Protected Status later in 2021, which allowed her to apply for a work permit.

Miami-Dade Police arrested Parra-Ovalles on charges of leaving the scene of a crash with serious bodily injury and leaving the scene of a crash without serious bodily injury. But a judge later released her on bond in an infuriating turn of events.

Rosen was livid after this happened and told the Post that his client was “horrified” the migrant was allowed back on the street.

“She was run down in broad daylight and left for dead, and within 24 hours of getting arrested, she (the suspect) is back on the streets, potentially driving around,” he stated. “Where is the justice system when you need them?”
