Today is the three-year anniversary of the Kabul Airport bombing attack that killed 13 US servicemen and women.

It’s good to have you, Pete, because tomorrow marks the third year anniversary of one of the greatest debacles in American military history, and that is the surrender to the Taliban in Afghanistan, the unbelievable murder of 13 American soldiers and hundreds of people wounded.

We have Americans held hostage there still that they never talk about.

We have allies, friends, Americans, interpreters and others who are there, which this administration has done nothing.

I understand they’re actually giving billions of dollars to the Taliban.

Now, Kamala Harris has said that she’s the last one Biden spoke to. She was proud of it. She was proud of what took place.

Isn’t this the problem with somebody who has no experience in foreign policy and national security and does everything based on ideology?

Pete Hegseth: Yes. Not only does she have no experience, but she’s been learning from the guy who’s been wrong, as Bob Gates said, on every major foreign policy decision for the past 40 years to include his own administration.

Kamal Harris was right there when Joe Biden made this call. If she had an inkling of an understanding of how bad this would unfold, she should have and would have spoken up, but she didn’t, which means she’s completely complicit with abandoning our men, with the 13 who were killed while we relied on the Taliban for our security.

And not just that, Mark, but the chaos that unfolded around the world after that.

The invasion in Ukraine because Vladimir Putin saw a no-stop sign. Same thing in Israel with the attack from Hamas that she’s now on both sides of. She won’t explain what she would do in Ukraine either.

She has no worldview. She’s an ideologue who barely likes… who comes from a Marxist background and is ambivalent about America’s role in the world.

This is the Harris-Biden administration at this point. She would have made the same call Joe did, which means the world sees the same signals from her.

Although the complicit Biden-Harris regime could not be bothered to attend a ceremony at Arlington Cemetary on Monday to honor the fallen, President Trump attended the somber memorial alongside several families and service members.

Dozens of electric vehicles (EVs) ready to be shipped out to customers went up in flames at a Rivian manufacturing facility in Illinois this weekend.

The fire broke out at a parking lot late on Saturday evening. Thankfully, nobody was injured in the incident.

Reuters has more details:

A fire broke out at a parking lot at Rivian Automotive’s manufacturing facility in Normal, Illinois late on Saturday damaging many of its electric vehicles, the U.S. startup said on Sunday.There were no reports of injuries and the cause of the fire was being investigated, a company spokesperson told Reuters.

The fire was at a parking lot on the north side of the four-million-square-foot factory, located 130 miles (209 km) south of Chicago, and the assembly plant was unaffected, the Normal Fire Department said in a statement to Reuters. Rivian did not confirm the number and type of vehicles affected.

While Rivian attempted to play down the severity of the incident, footage of the fire found its way onto YouTube and looked incredibly serious.

EVs are more susceptible to fires than traditional gas-powered cars because of their lithium batteries., with countless cases reported over the past decade.

These batteries, which store large amounts of energy, can overheat if damaged, improperly manufactured, or exposed to extreme conditions, leading to a phenomenon known as thermal runaway. This process can cause the battery to ignite and spread rapidly.

Once EV batteries catch fire, they can also be more difficult to extinguish compared to gasoline fires, requiring more time and resources from emergency responders.

Earlier this month, an exploding EV in a packed parking garage left 21 people hospitalized in Incheon, South Korea. A staggering 177 first responders were ultimately required to extinguish the blaze.

President Trump on Monday honored the 13 US service members who lost their lives three years ago outside the Kabul Airport in Afghanistan at the hands of a suicide bomber.

President Trump attended the service this morning and was joined by several families and service members.

NEVER FORGET — Defense Secretary Lloyd Austin, Joint Chief Chairman Mark Milley, and CentCom Commander General Kenneth McKenzie all knew about the Kabul Airport terrorist bomber at the Abbey Gate hours in advance.

The top US military leaders knew that the Abbey Gate Soldiers were at the greatest risk.

Commanders calling in from Kabul relayed that the Abbey Gate, where American citizens had been told to gather to gain entrance to the airport, was “highest risk” and detailed their plans to protect it.

Previously, American heroes confirmed to The Gateway Pundit that US brass knew the suicide bomber was in the area of the Kabul Airport but military brass would not let them take him out.

US Marine sniper later testified that this was true.  He was not allowed to take out the bomber.

Sgt. Tyler Vargas-Andrews, a U.S. Marine Corps sniper who served in Afghanistan during the surrender to the Taliban forces, testified before Congress earlier this year. Vargas told Congress that he was denied permission to shoot the suicide bomber in Afghanistan that killed 13 service members and over 170 civilians.

From his testimony:

Over the communication network we passed that there was a potential threat and an ID attack imminent. This was as serious as it could get. I requested engagement authority while my team leader was ready on the M110 semiautomatic sniper system.

The response: Leadership did not have the engagement authority for us. Do not engage. I requested for the battalion commander, lieutenant Colonel Brad Whited, to come to the tower to see what we did.

Wile we waited for him psychological operations individuals came to our tower immediately and confirmed the suspect met the suicide bomber description.

He eventually arrived, and we showed him our evidence, the photos we had of the two men. We reassured him of the ease of fire on the suicide bomber. Pointedly, we asked him for engagement authority and permission.

We asked him if we could shoot. Our battalion commander said, and I quote, “I don’t know,” end quote. Myself and my team leader asked very harshly, “Well, who does?  Because this is your responsibility, sir.”

He again replied he did not know, but would find out. We received no update and never got our answer. Eventually, the individual disappeared. To this day, we believe he was a suicide bomber.

We made everyone on the ground aware operations had briefly halted, but then started again. Plain and simple, we were ignored. Our expertise was disregarded. No one was held accountable for our safety.

The Republican National Committee (RNC), alongside the North Carolina Republican Party (NCGOP), has launched a significant legal action aimed at protecting the sanctity of North Carolina’s electoral process.

This action underscores the Republican Party’s unwavering commitment to ensuring that every legitimate vote counts and that the voices of lawful citizens are not drowned out by fraudulent activities.

The lawsuit, filed against the North Carolina State Board of Elections (NCSBE) and its members, centers on the board’s refusal to enforce crucial safeguards against non-citizen voting.

At the heart of the matter is Section 44 of North Carolina Session Law 2023-140, a common-sense measure designed to prevent individuals who are not U.S. citizens from illegally participating in the state’s elections.

Section 44 mandates that when individuals in North Carolina are excused from jury duty on the grounds of non-citizenship, this information must be shared with the NCSBE.

The board is then required to review these individuals’ voter registration status, ensuring that only eligible voters remain on the rolls. Despite this clear directive, the NCSBE has, to date, failed to act.

“The RNC and NCGOP defended this law in court and now we will make sure the NCSBE follows and enforces these critical safeguards in The Old North State,” RNC Chairman Michael Whatley said in a statement per WAVY.

“Only Americans should vote in American elections,” he continued in his statement. “If someone claims non-citizenship, they must be taken off the voter rolls. That’s the law. The NCSBE has chosen to blatantly ignore the law, undermine basic election safeguards, and neglect a fundamental principle of our election integrity.”

“We have filed this lawsuit to force the NCSBE to immediately clean the voter rolls and prevent non-citizens from voting in November,” the statement from the RNC said.

The RNC has filed a lawsuit against the North Carolina Board of Election for multiple election law violations, including failure to remove non-citizens from their voter rolls and REFUSING to provide copies of the rolls for review

State law requires county clerks to alert the Board of Elections about anyone excused from jury duty because they aren’t citizens. The point of the law is to allow a seamless cross-referencing between the names on the voter rolls and the people eligible for jury duty. If someone isn’t eligible for jury duty, clearly, they’re also not eligible to vote. This is common sense, but the Democrat officials are refusing to follow the law

The Board also rejected the RNC’s request to see copies of the state’s voter rolls and other maintenance records. The State’s Public Records Act allows voters and interested organizations to access and review the voter rolls, and refusing to turn them over is blatantly illegal.

The RNC is asking the court to issue an injunction against the board to (1) force them to comply with the Public Records Act and (2) to work with the clerks to remove the noncitizens from the voter rolls

Ask yourself. Why would the board be withholding the voter rolls? Are they terrified we will find thousands of noncitizens registered to vote as we have in other states?
