A recent ICE report has confirmed the devastating consequences of the Biden-Harris regime’s disastrous open border policies.

According to the report from the Deputy Director of ICE Patrick Lechleitner sent to Congressman Tony Gonzalez, over 662,000 illegal immigrants with criminal histories are currently on ICE’s national docket.

Even more alarming is that the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is currently tracking over 425,000 illegal immigrants convicted of various crimes, while 226,000 face pending criminal charges, all of whom have been released into the United States under the regime’s lenient immigration enforcement.

Of that staggering number, over 13,000 illegal immigrants have been convicted of homicide, and more than 15,000 have been convicted of sexual assault.

These individuals are not in custody—they are roaming free in communities across the country, thanks to the administration’s so-called “catch and release” policy.

Fox News’ Bill Melugin broke the story, explaining the sheer gravity of the situation to the American people.

ICE has something called a non-detained docket, meaning illegal immigrants who were encountered by DHS but are no longer in federal custody.

In other words, these are illegal immigrants who have been caught and released with court dates set years into the future, or, worse, those ordered deported but still residing within our borders.

We just got these numbers moments ago, but it’s a jaw-dropper, to say the least. To set the stage here, let me just explain what these numbers mean. ICE has something called a non-detained docket.

Essentially, what that is, it means migrants who were encountered by DHS but are no longer in federal custody. So, who’s on this non-detained docket? It’s illegal immigrants who were caught and released at the border, released with a court date years away. They’re in immigration proceedings, combined with illegal immigrants who have already been ordered deported from the country by a judge but are still here, roaming the country.

So, keep that in mind—this non-detained docket. According to a letter that the acting director of ICE just sent to Texas Congressman Tony Gonzalez, on ICE’s non-detained docket, they’re currently tracking 425,000 non-citizens who have been convicted of a crime.

Of that number, over 13,000 non-citizens have convictions for homicide and are on the non-detained docket, meaning they’re roaming the country right now. On top of that, there are another 15,811 non-citizens convicted of sexual assault who are roaming the country right now on ICE’s non-detained docket.

It doesn’t stop there. Those are convictions. The ICE director also says there are currently just under 1,900 non-citizens on the non-detained docket who have pending homicide charges and are roaming the country, and another 4,250 non-citizens who have pending sexual assault charges and are roaming the country on the non-detained docket.

People’s eyes might be glazing over right now with all the numbers we just threw at you. Just to put it in a nutshell, what we’ve learned from the acting ICE director via this letter to Congressman Tony Gonzalez is, right now, there are over 13,000 illegal aliens convicted of homicide roaming the United States.

There are another 15,811 illegal aliens roaming the country right now who have been convicted of sexual assault, and there are even more who are facing charges for homicide and sexual assault.

This just goes to show the non-detained docket has exploded under the Biden administration to over, I believe, 7.3 million. We’re anticipating it could hit 8 million by the end of the year.

But looking at the numbers in this letter, there are currently over 600,000 non-citizens on ICE’s non-detained docket who are roaming the country.

Of that, 425,000 have already been convicted of crimes, and 222,000 are pending crimes. Again, the most serious crimes we just told you about: over 13,000 convicted of homicide, over 15,000 convicted of sexual assault.

Honestly, it’s not a surprise to hear, given the horrible headlines we keep seeing popping up in multiple parts of the country almost every day now—headlines of a horrible sexual assault, a murder, or another violent felony committed by an illegal alien who is often caught and released from custody.

The jaw-dropper here, too, is that all these numbers we just rattled off don’t even account for the nearly 2 million got-aways who have crossed our border under the Biden administration. Those almost 2 million got-aways were never encountered by DHS.

They snuck in, were never caught by Border Patrol, never encountered by ICE. There’s no record of them, so they have nothing to do with the numbers I just rattled off.

These are just the numbers of people that ICE has already encountered, that Border Patrol has encountered, that DHS knows who they are.

One of the most egregious examples of the chaos at our border was seen recently in Nantucket. ICE conducted a week-long operation, where, in just 48 hours, they arrested two Salvadoran illegal aliens—got-aways—who were arrested for child rape.

A Brazilian illegal alien was also arrested for sexual assault, and a previously deported Guatemalan was caught again, charged with another sexual assault.

These examples underscore a widespread epidemic of migrant crime that is threatening communities across the nation.

With the Biden-Harris administration’s open-door policies, America is becoming a dumping ground for violent criminals. Communities are living in fear, and law-abiding citizens are left to bear the brunt of this regime’s utter disregard for public safety.

“On Saturday, September 21st, Vermont State Trooper Daniel Bohnyak held O’Keefe for asking for comment on Border Patrol Agent Zachary Apotheker’s whistleblower case. Apotheker details in the film “Line in the Sand” how underage girls are being sent to unknown locations without proper biometrics and MS-13 gang members are receiving free healthcare. O’Keefe visited the homes of three Border Patrol supervisors—Michael Shick, Richard Fortunato, and Robert Garcia—seeking comment on the circumstances behind the cease-and-desist letter sent to Apotheker, who exposed misconduct at the northern Vermont-Canada border,” OMG said.

O’Keefe Media Group continued: At Shick’s home, O’Keefe asked, “Are you Michael Shick?” Shick, visibly uncomfortable, responded, “No, I’m not.” As O’Keefe pressed further, showing Shick’s photograph to confirm his identity, Shick got on an ATV parked nearby and hurriedly drove away, avoiding further accountability.

At Richard Fortunato’s residence, O’Keefe and his crew were met by Fortunato’s wife, who opened the door and immediately ordered, “You need to leave!” As O’Keefe attempted to explain that he was there to speak to her husband, she became more hostile, threatening, “I’m going to call the police!”

When O’Keefe arrived in Garcia’s neighborhood, the Vermont State Police were waiting in the street, in the front of his house. “We’re simply asking for comment,” O’Keefe stated, emphasizing his rights as a journalist. Initially, Vermont State Trooper Daniel Bohnyak told O’Keefe and his crew they were “free to leave,” but moments later changed his stance, saying, “Right now, you are not free to leave.” The stated reason for detaining O’Keefe was that his car was allegedly “parked in the middle of a public highway,” though it was actually on a neighborhood side street.

The Arizona Republic reported that around 11:45 a.m. last Thursday, Arizona State University (ASU) student Mara Daffron was stabbed with a pairing knife in the Sands Classroom building in room 101 by a fellow student as she was walking into class. According to the paper, the incident occurred on ASU’s West Valley campus.

According to police, 19-year-old Kaci Sloan left her seat and stabbed Daffron twice in front of their classmates. She then attempted to knife Daffron a third time but was thankfully stopped by another brave student, possibly saving Daffron’s life.

Daffron escaped into an ASU courtyard following the stabbing. She was met by paramedics at the scene, who transported her to Banner Thunderbird Hospital, where she underwent surgery for her wounds.

FOx 10 Phoenix revealed that Daffron suffered severe injuries to her tricep and ribcage area, where Sloan’s knife cut into her spleen. The victim’s mother, Launi Daffron told the Daily Mail her daughter is now home but in “a lot of pain.”

ASU West sophomore Matthew McCormick, the person who stopped Sloan from stabbing Dafforn a third time, explained to FOX 10 Phoenix that he felt “compelled” to act no matter the risks to his own life.

“I’ve never seen anything like this and I hope I never do again,” McCormick said. “In that moment, I didn’t really have a thought going through my head. I just knew that I felt compelled to do something.”

“As she was going for a third attack, I was able to grab her wrists and apprehend her before further damage could be done,” he added.

Police allege that Sloan had written notes planning the attack and that she decided to target Daffron because she was an “easier” target than another person she was considering trying to kill.

The Arizona Republic reports that Sloan is facing charges of first-degree attempted murder, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, interfering with an educational institution, and disorderly conduct.

Sloan is currently being held at a Maricopa County jail. Her bond was set at $250,000, payable in only cash.

The Minneapolis Police Department has just sworn in its first non-citizen officer, in addition to its first Somali female officer.

Ikran Mohamed and Lesly Vera were among nearly two dozen officers who were recently onboarded to join the police force, with the former being the department’s first Somali female to be recruited and the latter being the first non-citizen officer.

The report states that Vera is originally from Mexico but has resided in the US since she was 4 years old, calling Minneapolis her ‘home’ despite never becoming a citizen.

According to ABC News, MPD Chief Brian O’Hara cited a new change in the law, which now states that a ‘permanent resident’ who is a non-citizen can join the police department.

“There may be people who question it, but that’s completely ridiculous. There’s like I mentioned, there is a history in this country of people immediately on arrival to the country, enlisting in the military and serving,” he stated.

O’Hara may have thought he made a valid point. However, it is absurd to think that the immigrants who arrived in this country during its founding with the goal of creating prosperity should be likened to the modern invaders who come here to deplete American resources while fundamentally changing our culture.

The Minneapolis Police Department’s decision to allow non-citizens to serve as police officers, exemplified by the swearing-in of Lesly Vera, raises serious concerns.

Law enforcement and military roles should be strictly reserved for U.S. citizens —individuals who have demonstrated their commitment to this country through the naturalization process.

Citizenship signifies loyalty and accountability, traits that are essential for those entrusted with enforcing laws and ensuring public safety. Non-citizens, whether ‘permanent resident’ or not, may lack the same values and understanding to the community they serve, which jeopardizes the trust and effectiveness of these roles.

Former (and next) US President Donald Trump had a two-hour dinner on Thursday with UK’s Prime Minister Sir Keir Starmer, and apparently praised the ‘popular’ Prime Minister.

Everything points out to Trump meaning to troll Starmer, who after coming into power saw his popularity numbers take a nose dive.

Trump said that Sir Keir had run a ‘great’ election campaign before they met for the first time at Trump Tower, in New York.

Telegraph reported:

“The Prime Minister asked for the meeting as he looks to build ties with the Republican candidate ahead of the US election in November.”

This comes as Starmer had a brutal week with a Labour revolt against him, and in which the Premier committed a serious gaffe talking about the war in the Middle East when he asked for the return of the Israeli ‘sausages’ (instead of hostages) from Gaza – a blunder worthy of a Joe Biden.

“Sir Keir Starmer is as unpopular as Rishi Sunak was when he called the general election, a new poll has found.

The Prime Minister has a net approval rating of -27, according to polling by More in Common, a score which has fallen by 38 points since July.”

Rishi Sunak also had the horrendous net approval rating of -28 when he was forced to call a general election in early May.

“The findings come just days after the Labour Party conference in Liverpool and amid an ongoing row over donations to the Sir Keir by Lord Alli.

Luke Tryl, the director of the [More in Common] think tank, said: ‘After some tough headlines this week the Starmer slide in approval has continued’.”

Meanwhile, the political row over Starmer’s decision to cut winter fuel subsides for retirees continues, with Brexit champion and now MP Nigel Farage saying that secretary Rachel Reeves should cut UK funding of the ‘scaremongering’ World Health Organization (WHO) and spend the money instead on winter fuel payments for pensioners.

Britain reportedly sends around £200 million ($267 million) every year to the WHO, an amount that will likely increase into the billions thanks to a ‘pandemic preparedness treaty’ currently under negotiation.
