The mainstream media keeps saying that the 2024 presidential election is over and that Trump has already lost to Willie Brown’s mistress, Kamala Harris.

So why is far-left billionaire George Soros trying to buy 220+ radio stations before the election, the Audacy radio network, reaching 165 million Americans?

And why is the Federal Communications Commission allowing him to do it, in an unprecedented move?

FCC Commissioner Brendan Carr is bringing this to light in a House Oversight Committee last week, noting that it is a violation of the FCC’s most basic rules against monopoly interests.

The New York Post first reported this pending Soros sale of a large portion of the nation’s radio stations.

Soros will have control over 40 media markets after this deal goes through.

Soros is a far-left megadonor, supporting efforts nationwide to support Democrats and fund destructive and divisive far-left social movements. Soros makes his money from currency speculation, including complex financial maneuvers that have resulted in the national bankruptcies of England in 1992, Thailand and Malaysia in 1997, Russia in 1998, and Indonesia in 1997-98.

Soros has funded the ‘defund the police’ movements on the left, as well as the caravans of illegal immigrants flooding into America. Soros has also been a generous donor to the movement to normalize transgender operations on children.

Commissioner Carr has been an advocate against recent FCC deal abuses, where earlier this week the Biden administration retaliated against Elon Musk by pulling grants and funding for rural internet development. The grants had previously been awarded to Musk’s StarLink service, and whereas now the grants are being pulled and directed to left-wing controlled telecom companies.

The FCC has a series of rules designed to prevent monopoly control by one owner.

Commissioner Carr added, “I think what’s interesting about it is that the FCC is not following its normal process for reviewing transactions that it has established over a number of years,” Carr warned. “It seems to me the FCC is poised, for the first time, to create an entirely new shortcut.”

The FCC currently has five commissioners. The vote on the Soros sale was 3-2, with the three Democrat-Commissioners voting in favor and the two Republicans voting against.

There are roughly 15,445 radio stations in the U.S. and roughly 91% of Americans listen to the radio according to studies. Radio is still the most popular form of media in the United States according to demographic research.

The 2024 Presidential election between Donald Trump and Kamala Harris is on Tuesday November 5, 2024.

The FCC was created by far left President Franklin Roosevelt in 1934 to reign in and control his political opposition on radio in the 1930s, including Catholic priest Fr. Charles Coughlin of Michigan and Governor Huey Long of Louisiana.

An American Airlines flight from Dallas en route to South Korea abruptly turned around after 5 hours without explanation.

A passenger aboard the flight posted about the hell travel day to her Instagram account.

“New fear unlocked: Your flight to Korea may go five hours and come back with zero explanation,” the passenger’s caption on Instagram read.

“Just relax,” the passenger was told.

When contacted by The New York Post, American Airlines provided the following statement:

“On September 7, American Airlines flight 281 with service from Dallas Fort Worth (DFW) to Seoul (ICN) returned to DFW due to a maintenance issue. The flight landed safely and without incident at DFW, and the aircraft was taken out of service to be inspected by our maintenance team. We never want to disrupt our customers’ travel plans, and we apologize for the inconvenience.”

The Daily Mail reported:

An American Airlines flight out of Dallas flew for five hours before suddenly turning around.

The maneuver left passengers in the air for nine hours, without ever getting to their destination.

One passenger, 41-year-old Jimin Lee, took out their phone to record the experience, and claimed flight staff didn’t offer an explanation about the unexpected U-turn.

Lee posted to the video to her Instagram account, which she runs with another mother.

She proceeded to tag the airline in the post, which was published on September 10, and has 55,000 views.

‘New fear unlocked: Your flight to Korea may go five hours and come back with zero explanation,’ a caption seen in the clip states.

‘Just relax,’ she and others were told.

She added in an interview with DailyMail.com that the flight had been en route to Incheon International Airport in Seoul, on September 7.

A former prosecutor and judge in Orange County, New York, allegedly killed himself Tuesday afternoon as FBI agents arrived at his home to arrest him in connection to a corruption case.

As FBI agents arrived at Stewart Rosenwasser’s home on Tuesday, the retired judge allegedly opened fire on agents before shooting himself in an apparent suicide.

The New York Post reported that an indictment against Rosenwasser was handed down this week for allegedly accepting a $63,000 bribe from Mout’z Soudani, a victim in an embezzlement case Rosenweasser prosecuted in 2022.

In a statement, the FBI shared, “The FBI is reviewing an agent-involved shooting that occurred earlier this morning in Campbell Hall, NY. The FBI takes all shooting incidents involving our agents seriously.”

“In accordance with FBI policy, the shooting incident is under review by the FBI’s Inspection Division. As this is an ongoing matter, we have no further details to provide,” added the FBI.

Per ABC 7 NY:

A former prosecutor and retired judge in Orange County, NY killed himself Tuesday as the FBI arrived at his home to arrest him.

Authorities arrived at Stewart Rosenwasser’s home in Campbell Hall to arrest him as part of a corruption case, law enforcement sources told ABC News.

Rosenwasser had been under investigation for taking bribes.

It appears there was an exchange of gunfire at the suspect’s home, according to the FBI, which the following statement:

“The FBI is reviewing an agent-involved shooting that occurred earlier this morning in Campbell Hall, NY. The FBI takes all shooting incidents involving our agents seriously. In accordance with FBI policy, the shooting incident is under review by the FBI’s Inspection Division. As this is an ongoing matter, we have no further details to provide.”

Over 3,000 congressional staffers’ personal information has been leaked across the dark web in a wide-scale cyberattack on the Capitol.

Switzerland based security firm Proton, disovered 1,800 passwords used by staffers at the Capitol are avaible on the dark web.

In an investigation, Proton along with the the United States based firm Constella Intelligence, revealed 1 in 5 congressional staffers had personal information exposed on teh dark web.

In the report, Proton shared, the leaks made their way to the dark web through several sorces such as adult websites, social media and dating apps.

In a statement to The Washington Times, Proton stated, “Many of these leaks likely occurred because staffers used their official email addresses to sign up for various services, including high-risk sites such as dating and adult websites, which were later compromised in data breaches.”

Personal information of more than 3,000 congressional staffers has been leaked across the dark web in a wide-ranging cyberattack on the Capitol, according to reports.

Internet security firm Proton found over 1,800 passwords used by staffers in Congress available on the dark web, through an investigation of exposed accounts among U.S. political staffers, according to The Washington Times.

Proton, which is based in Switzerland and worked with U.S.-based firm Constella Intelligence on the investigation, estimated that almost 1 in 5 congressional staffers had personal information available on the dark web. Proton said the leaks came from several sources, including social media, dating apps, and “adult websites.”

In one instance, the report found that a single staffer had 31 passwords exposed online. The full report said that around 3,191 staffers were affected by the leaks overall.

President Trump and his running mate, Ohio Senator J.D. Vance (R-OH), struck a major nerve with their comments earlier this month on the Haitian invasion of Springfield, Ohio. Now, one far-left non-profit group representing the Haitian community wants them prosecuted for exercising their First Amendment rights.

New 5 Cleveland reported Tuesday that the leader of the nonprofit Haitian Bridge Alliance filed several bogus charges against Trump and Vance in Springfield’s Clark County Municipal Court, for sharing stories about Haitian migrants in the town allegedly eating pets and wildlife, according to the law firm representing the group.

The Cleveland-based Chandra Law Firm, which is representing the non-profit, revealed that the group was able to press charges by utilizing a state statute that allows private citizens to “file an affidavit charging the offense committed.”

Per News 5 Cleveland, here are the charges they filed against the GOP ticket:

• Disrupting public service — by causing widespread bomb and other threats that resulted in massive disruptions to the public services in Springfield, Ohio;
• Making false alarms — by knowingly causing alarm in the Springfield community by continuing to repeat lies that state and local officials have said were false;
• Committing telecommunications harassment — by spreading claims they know to be false during the presidential debate, campaign rallies, nationally televised interviews, and social media;
• Committing aggravated menacing in violation — by knowingly making intimidating statements with the intent to abuse, threaten, or harass the recipients, including Trump’s threat to deport immigrants who are here legally to Venezuela, a land they have never known;
• Committing aggravated menacing — by knowingly causing others to falsely believe that members of Springfield’s Haitian community would cause serious physical harm to the person or property of others in Springfield; and
• Violating the prohibition against complicity — by conspiring with one another and spreading vicious lies that caused innocent parties to be parties to their various crimes.

Below is the press release announcing the Haitian Bridge Alliance’s intention to have Trump and Vance prosecuted, calling their remarks “baseless and malicious.”

Lead counsel Subodh Chandra also made a chilling statement warning Trump and Vance that they are “not above the law” and must be held accountable. The Constitution would beg to differ with Chandra on this matter.

“The Haitian community is suffering in fear because of Trump and Vance’s relentless, irresponsible, false alarms, and public services have been disrupted. Trump and Vance must be held accountable to the rule of law. Anyone else who wreaked havoc the way they did would have been arrested by now,” Chandra said.

“There’s nothing special about Trump and Vance that entitles them to get away with what they’ve done and are doing, he added. “They think they’re above the law. They’re not.”

Apart from trying to unconstitutionally silence Trump and Vance, the two men did not make up these allegations but relied on testimony from ordinary Springfield residents suffering thanks to Joe Biden and Kamala Harris along with corrupt local leaders.

As The Gateway Pundit previously reported, Springfield residents have alleged Haitians in their town are “grabbing up ducks by their necks, decapitating them, and walking off with them to eat.” Others revealed how the massive influx of immigrants, thanks to border czar Kamala Harris, has drained Springfield’s resources and turned a once-safe city into a crime-ridden hell.

One resident even claimed she spotted a cat hanging from a branch and being carved up for food by Haitian immigrants. Reports have also emerged that American veterans who have put their lives on the line are getting denied benefits while Haitians sponge off the taxpayers for absolutely nothing.

Rather than assaulting the Constitution, left-wing Haitian interest groups should visit with residents to uncover the truth and try to formulate solutions. But this will not happen because of their hatred for Trump and loyalty to the Democrats.
