Spiking a snotty heckler’s cell phone produced a highly watchable video, but it could also yield a criminal charge or two for former Philadelphia Eagles center Jason Kelce.

Kelce was at Penn State on Saturday when he was waylaid by a college student who trashed his brother, Travis Kelce, for dating Taylor Swift.

The incident produced a viral video, but the New York Post noted that, according to the Penn State campus police crime log, an “officer observed a visitor damaging personal property” at the time and location of the incident.

The crime log indicated that the incident could result in criminal mischief and disorderly conduct charges.

Penn State police told TMZ their investigation into the incident was “ongoing.”

Kelce later said he was “not happy with anything that took place” that day, according to the Post.

“I’m not proud of it.”

“I think, the bottom line is, I try to live my life by the Golden Rule,” he said Monday night.

“It’s what I’ve always been taught. I try to treat people with common decency and respect, and I’m going to keep doing that moving forward even though I fell short this week.”

Penn State football coach James Franklin said there was a lesson learned in the incident.

“I love that that person. There was a consequence to his action,” Franklin said.

“Can it go too far sometimes and we talk about the passion and all those things being great? Yes. But that also doesn’t excuse bad behavior at times. It comes with the territory, but that doesn’t make it right.”

“Kelce, how does it feel that your brother is a f***** for dating Taylor Swift?” Kelce’s antagonist said, using a homophobic slur, according to Page Six.

Kelce grabbed the phone the heckler was using to film the interaction and dashed it to the ground, then picked it up and walked away.

TMZ reported that as Kelce stalked off, the antagonist followed him demanding his phone back.

Kelce responded, “Who’s the f***** now?” repeating the homophobic slur several times.

Shortly before Kamala Harris started her concession speech at Howard University in Washington, D.C., a squirrel ran across the platform, prompting many people in the live stream’s comment section to comment, “P’nut.”

As The Gateway Pundit previously reported, the New York Department of Environmental Conservation (DEC) euthanized social media star P’Nut the squirrel after seizing him from his owner Mark Longo’s home.

Trump-Endorsed Congressional candidate Abraham Hamadeh has been declared the winner in his race against Democrat Gregory Whitten for Arizona’s 8th Congressional District.

It can be recalled that Hamadeh ran for Arizona Attorney General in the rigged 2022 election and reportedly lost by just 280 votes. Had 60% of voting machines not failed and caused four-hour wait times in the state’s largest county, Maricopa, Hamadeh would have won the 2022 election decisively.

As The Gateway Pundit reported, the RNC sued to extend voting hours in Maricopa County’s 2022 election following the massive failure that disenfranchised thousands of Republican voters, but an Arizona judge rejected the lawsuit. However, in the 2024 election on Tuesday, a judge approved a similar request to extend voting hours in blue Apache County after far less widespread printer issues caused increased wait times.

Additionally, thousands of Republican voters were forced to vote provisional ballots due to errors with their voter registrations, and their votes were never counted despite being lawfully registered to vote. Former Secretary of State Katie Hobbs previously hid this information from the judge in Hamadeh's post-election challenge to overturn the election.

But finally, Hamadeh got a fair shake and won his race with over 55% of the vote.

“This is just the beginning. We’re going to shake things up in Washington and remind them that this country belongs to We the People. Arizona, I will make you proud, and together we will restore America’s greatness,” the next Congressman said in a statement.

As America celebrates Donald Trump’s spectacular victory, many people will already be feeling the benefits.

The stock market rose to a record high following Trump’s victory on Tuesday evening, while posting the best day since 2022.

The dollar also benefited from its biggest one-day rise since 2020, while bond yields have surged.

CNBC reports:

The Dow Jones Industrial Average surged 1,508 points to a record high, or around 3.6%. The last time the blue-chip Dow jumped more than 1,000 points in a single day was in November 2022.

The S&P 500 also hit an all-time high, popping 2.5%. The Nasdaq composit climbed nearly 3% to a record of its own.

Investments seen as beneficiaries under a Trump presidency erupted as the former president appeared set to claim victory. Tesla, whose CEO Elon Musk is a prominent backer of Trump, saw shares surge more than 14%. Bank shares got a boost with JPMorgan Chase climbing 11.5% and Wells Fargo jumping 13%.

The small cap benchmark Russell 2000 surged 5.8%. Small companies, which are more domestic-oriented and cyclical, are believed to enjoy outsized benefits from Trump’s tax cuts and protectionist policies.

Yet while the stock market has performed well since the Biden regime seized office in 2021, everything else has been going in the wrong direction.

Inflation has surged, countless small and large businesses have gone bankrupt and people generally feel much poorer than they did four years ago.
