Joe Rogan Explains How Kamala Harris Choice of Tim Walz as Running Mate Got Him on the Trump Train (VIDEO)
December 3, 2024
During a recent episode of his podcast, Joe Rogan claimed that he initially did not want to get involved in the 2024 presidential race but was driven to do so in part because of Kamala Harris choosing Tim Walz as her running mate.
Rogan brings up the fact that Walz lied about so many things like his military service, his role as a football coach, and his time in China.
Roganâs argument makes perfect sense to anyone who was paying attention. Walz often came off as a crazy person.
Joe Rogan said Vice President Kamala Harrisâs running mate Tim Walz was part of the reason he felt like he âhad toâ get involved in the presidential raceâŚ
In an episode last week with fellow comedians Shane Gillis, Ari Shaffir, and Mark Normand â released only to Spotify â Rogan argued he felt compelled to get more involved in the presidential race despite feeling politics are âgross.â One of his reasons was Walzâs claims about his military recordâŚ
âI wanted to stay out of the presidential election shit because itâs so gross,â he said.
âThis is so nuts. When that Tim Walz guy â itâs so nuts that guy was going to be the vice president. Youâre telling me this whole thing is fake then. Youâre telling me that you donât care if someone is a liar? You donât care if they lie about their military rank, where they served, you donât care if they lie about being an assistant, you donât care if they lie about Tiananmen Square?â he said. âThere are just too many things. This is so crazy. You would get fired if you were an assistant manager at a fucking oil change company. Jiffy Lube would fire you!â
Hereâs the video:

Rogan definitely ended up playing a significant role in the election. His now famous interview of Donald Trump has been viewed more than 50 million times.
Ron DeSantis Eyed to Replace Hegseth as Defense Secretary in Major Cabinet Shake-Up: Report
December 3, 2024
President-elect Donald Trump is reportedly considering replacing his embattled pick for Secretary of Defense, Pete Hegseth, with Florida Governor Ron DeSantis, according to sources cited by The Wall Street Journal.
This follows Trump and DeSantisâs attendance at a memorial for fallen law enforcement officers on Tuesday in Florida, according to CBS News.
Hegseth, a decorated Army veteran and former Fox News host, has come under intense scrutiny over allegations of financial impropriety and personal misconduct, casting doubts on his ability to gain Senate confirmation.
Reports indicate that at least six Senate RINOs have expressed reservations about supporting Hegsethâs nomination.
Below are the RINOs who reportedly wonât commit to voting for Hegseth:
Senator Susan Collins
Senator Lisa Murkowski
Senator John Curtis
Senator Lindsey Graham
Senator Mitch McConnell
Senator John Thune
Amidst efforts to salvage his nomination, Hegseth has been actively engaging with Senate Republicans on Capitol Hill, discussing critical defense issues like the Department of Defense recruitment crisis, acquisition reform, and national security.
Despite the significant challenges, Hegseth recently tweeted about a productive meeting with Senator Ted Budd of North Carolina, highlighting his ongoing attempts to rally support.
âHad a productive meeting with @SenTedBuddNC discussing priorities like the DoD recruitment crisis, acquisition reform, and the defense of our homeland. Thankful for the Senatorâs advice in this process,â Hegseth wrote.

Pete knows that the Defense Secretaryâs job is to empower the men and women of our military to carry out their patriotic duty, not consign them to serve as political pawns in a broken Washington. (2/3)
Enjoyed catching up with a longstanding friend, Pete Hegseth, and offering my help during his confirmation process for Secretary of Defense. The pentagon needs shaking up. The status quo is dangerous.
Senator Tuberville praises Pete Hegseth following their meeting: âHeâs going to be a great Secretary of Defense.â

Hegsethâs military credentials and media presence made him an early favorite among Trump allies.
Enter Governor Ron DeSantis, a former Navy Judge Advocate General and a rising conservative star. DeSantis gained national recognition during his tenure as governor of Florida, where he demonstrated a commitment to military veterans, law enforcement, and conservative values.
But this waned, when he ultimately decided to run against President Trump in the presidential primary.
MSNBCâs Rachel Maddow Defends Bidenâs Pardon of Son Hunter Because of Course She Does (VIDEO)
December 3, 2024
While many Democrats are upset about Joe Bidenâs pardoning of his son Hunter, because it makes them look like total hypocrites and liars, some people on the left are defending Bidenâs decision.
One of those people is MSNBCâs Rachel Maddow, who is trying to tie Bidenâs decision to Trump and his FBI pick Kash Patel.
In Maddowâs mind, Bidenâs choice makes perfect sense because Patel has made it clear that he wants to go after the rot in the Deep State. For Rachel, this completely justifies Bidenâs move.
It is true that President Biden had said he wouldnât pardon his son.
And it may or may not be related, but would it change your mind at all if after you made a pledge like that, the incoming next president then announced that he planned to remove the director of the FBI and install in his place someone who has literally published a hit list of people he wants to go after once Trump is back in power?
There are 60 names on this list. This guy published it as an appendix â as appendix B to one of his recent books. Not his series of books that described Trump as King Donald â no, those are history books for kids. No, the one with the 60 names on a list of who heâs going to go get in Trumpâs name once Trump is back in power, thatâs a book he wrote presumably for adults.
So, what would you do? What would you do if after you made that pledge to not pardon your son, thatâs what the next president said he was going to do to U.S. law enforcement? What would you do?
What is reasonable to demand of a man after whatâs been done to your son already, right? You ready to put him back in the barrel?
Honestly, maybe what President Biden should have done is not just pardon his son, Hunter, but name him ambassador to France, right? Maybe then the response, the criticism of the decision would be a little more muted.
Watch the video:
Rachel Maddow is actually arguing that Biden is justified to pardon his son after spending 6 months telling us he wouldnât because Donald Trump wants to appoint an FBI Director of his choice.
Maddow could have saved everyone a lot of time by just sitting in front of the camera and saying âBut Trump.â That seems to be her argument for everything.
