A Minnesota pizzeria is now attempting damage control after kicking out a group of Republicans and Trump supporters over the weekend.

Reports of the incident began circulating on social media on Saturday after the group of Republican staffers and activists were expelled from the facility on the grounds that they did not accept political events.

Dalia al-Aqidi, a Republican Congressional candidate in Minnesota’s 5th Congressional District, told The Gateway Pundit that their expulsion was not a misunderstanding.

She explained:

This was not a misunderstanding. The individual, who appeared to be a manager, repeatedly insisted that we leave, stating, “Please leave now.”

We were simply a group enjoying a meal after a Senate District convention, and several of us clarified to her that this was not a political event—just a gathering over dinner.

Despite our explanations, she refused to listen, displaying a level of disrespect that was deeply disappointing.

This incident should serve as a wake-up call for everyone. While we may reside in a predominantly blue district, we will not allow ourselves to be bullied or silenced.

We are one community, and it is essential that we learn to coexist with mutual respect, regardless of our political differences.

Amid calls to boycott the establishment, Davanni’s have released a statement assuring customers that they are open to everyone, regardless of their political opinions.

The statement reads:

For 50 years, Davanni’s has been your neighborhood gathering place for quality food, community connection and making memories.

Over the weekend, our team in Edina misunderstood a policy around fundraising efforts in our party rooms which resulted in an incident that impacted valued guests. We’re deeply sorry for the actions taken.

Our teams always work to create a welcoming, friendly environment and dining experience for all guests, of all backgrounds and beliefs.

We have taken quick action to understand, resolve and work on expanded training for our team members.

We take pride in supporting our communities and will continue to live by our values each day.

According to their corporate website, Davanni’s is a “family-owned restaurant that is a Twin Cities tradition for many since 1975.” It has 19 locations and employs more than 900 people.

There have been numerous similar incidents in restaurants and establishments around the country over the past decade, as leftist employees and business owners lash out at the majority of Americans who vote Trump.

Only after their behavior has been exposed do they start to apologize and insist it was all a misunderstanding.

A Biden-appointed federal judge who is trying to stop the President from freezing foreign aid and USAID disbursements was discovered to be a radical-left anti-Trump activist who has accused the President of hating Muslims and lobbied for Black Lives Matter activists and defunding the police.

As The Gateway Pundit recently reported, Judge Amir Ali blocked Trump’s order halting foreign funding and ordered the Trump Administration to pay the foreign contracts last week.

“At least to date, Defendants have not offered any explanation for why a blanket suspension of all congressionally appropriated foreign aid, which set off a shockwave and upended reliance interests for thousands of agreements with businesses, nonprofits, and organizations around the country, was a rational precursor to reviewing programs,” Judge Ali wrote in a 15-page order reviewed by The Gateway Pundit.

Ali's order was temporarily paused by the U.S. Supreme Court on Wednesday pending a review of the far-left judge's ruling.

According to the Daily Wire, Ali, the former Executive Director of the leftist MacArthur Justice Center, is a donor to Democrats, including Joe Biden, whom he gave thousands of dollars during his 2020 bid against Trump, and former DNC Chair Jamie Harrison in a bid for South Carolina's U.S. Senate race.

Prior to the 2020 election, the judge was an opponent of Trump's 2017 travel ban, which halted travel and visa issuance from several Islamic nations to prevent terrorists from entering the U.S.

In an editorial for the far-left Guardian newspaper, Ali described the President's order as a "campaign of animus against people of the Muslim faith.” In a 2022 interview, he further claimed that the President has a “history of animus and hatred towards Muslim people. In the same interview, he also called for DEI to be implemented within the legal profession in DC, calling it a problem that he's "one of few people of North African or Middle Eastern descent, one of few immigrants to the country, and one of few Muslim Americans."

Ali then championed his work "breaking down the barriers to the representation of people of color and other minorities in the appellate profession" with the Appellate Project.

As Executive Director of the MacArthur Justice Center, a Black Lives Matter-aligned group that advocates for defunding the police and dropping felony charges against violent BLM terrorists, the group argued in a court brief that asking jurors about their views on BLM "undermines judicial principles of equity and the public’s confidence.”

Ali also worked as Director of the pro-equity and anti-racism group Mosaic Theater, an organization that celebrated BLM riots destroying American cities, which it described as “a summer of Black-led uprisings against state violence have made clear that this country requires fundamental changes, both systemic and institutional.”

Similarly, President Trump's agenda has faced efforts from other far-left activists, masquerading as Federal judges, to stymie his policy objectives, specifically those to cut the federal budget.

The Gateway Pundit reported that U.S. District Judge John McConnell, an Obama appointee who was caught on video calling President Trump a tyrant and expressing anti-White Critical Race Theory views, recently blocked President Trump’s initiative to freeze federal spending at the behest of Democrat state attorneys general.

Obama-appointed Judge Paul Engelmayer has also weaponized his court to block the newly established Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) from accessing a crucial Treasury payment system as requested by Trump-hating New York Attorney General Letitia James and 18 Democrat state attorneys general infuriated over Trump’s efforts to downsize government.

Both of these judges are expected to face impeachment proceedings in the House of Representatives.

President Trump will deliver remarks to a Joint Session of Congress Tuesday, following a historic first full month in office, which saw border crossings reach a historic low, peace in the Middle East, and a return to common sense, among other things. 

As The Gateway Pundit reported, House Speaker Mike Johnson invited the President to address a joint session of Congress on March 4, 2025.

This address will mark President Trump’s first formal speech to both chambers during his second term.

The new U.S. president typically addresses a Joint Session of Congress shortly after taking office, delivering what is informally known as the “State of the Union Address” or an “Address to a Joint Session of Congress.” However, this is not the official State of the Union, which is usually delivered in subsequent years.

Trump Senior Advisor Jason Miller joined Fox's Charlie Hurt on Sunday, where he laid out what the President's speech on Tuesday will cover. President Trump is expected to speak about Biden's ongoing inflation crisis, the wasteful spending being uncovered by the Department of Government Efficiency, Congress's tax bill, border security, and some other exciting developments in the race to Mars and the AI race.

After President Trump's smackdown of Ukrainian President Zelensky last week in the Oval Office, we can likely expect to hear more about the President's plan with regard to Ukraine and Russia and whether or not he plans to cut off Ukraine's gravy train. As The Gateway Pundit reported, President Trump is reportedly considering ending all shipments of military aid after Zelensky came to the United States ungrateful for the help and disrespected President Trump.

Miller says the President will be focused on "making sure that we continue to bring peace and stability around the world, but we have to do it with respect and strength." He added, "Those are the two keys that President Trump's going to go into."

Number one, still, we have to tackle bidenflation. Joe Biden left us in a really bad spot, but by getting energy prices down and then also making sure that we stop this wasteful spending, that's going to be a big component. Getting this one big, beautiful tax bill done that the House has already made some great steps. We need more money for the border to keep it permanently secure. And then here's the key thing you also touched on this making sure that we continue to bring peace and stability around the world, but we have to do it with respect and strength. Those are the two keys that President Trump's going to go into. And then I'd also say, looking to the future.

I think we're also going to see President Trump talk a little bit about things such as making sure we get to Mars, winning the AI race against China, and the other one too, which I really like, Energy Secretary Chris Wright, has been talking about this, but making sure we have a Marshall Plan for energy for the next generation. Rumors of Kamala Harris attending the 97th Academy Awards swirled on Sunday after Deadline reported the former VP might make a red carpet appearance.

Rumors of a Kamala Harris special appearance began due to beefed up security around the Dolby Theatre in addition to Deadline’s reporting.

“The anticipated arrival by the 2024 Democratic candidate for the White House comes as security in and around the Dolby Theatre is at an all-time high with a modern-day Praetorian Guard of LAPD, federal law enforcement and more shutting down Hollywood. “All vehicles have to let the dogs in,” one officer was heard saying on a gated and blockaded Hollywood Blvd this morning as a convoy of black mini-buses brought in more private security and others with the K-9 units sniffing them all down,” Deadline reported.

However, what appears to be an effort to dispel the rumors, former second gentleman Doug Emhoff posted a photo of Kamala Harris at home in a sweatshirt eating Doritos.
