Yemeni Houthis Officially Re-Designated as a Foreign Terrorist Organization
March 5, 2025
The Houthis are back on the US list of terrorist organizations.
The US administration of Donald J. Trump is engaging in vigorous peace-building initiatives, to the point where it’s even been rumored that Russia has agreed to intermediate nuclear deal talks with arch-foe Iran.
But at the same time, Trump is taking decisive action against one of the most dangerous Iranian proxy groups: the Yemeni Houthis.
The Iran-backed Houthis have now been officially designated as a foreign terrorist organization by the US State Department, Secretary of State Marco Rubio announced today (4).
This fulfills one of President Donald Trump’s first promises upon taking office.
“’Today’s action taken by the State Department demonstrates the Trump Administration’s commitment to protecting our national security interests, the safety of the American people, and the security of the United States’, Rubio said in the statement. ‘Terrorist designations play a critical role in our fight against terrorism and are an effective way to curtail support for terrorist activities’.
The Houthis have carried out more than 100 attacks on vessels in the Red Sea following the Oct. 7, 2023, attacks by Hamas on Israel and the ensuing war in Gaza. The U.S. military has defended its warships patrolling the Red Sea and Bab al-Mandab Strait, escorting and preventing attacks on commercial ships by the Houthis.”
Besides firing missiles and drones at ships, the Houthis also targeted a US fighter jet with surface-to-air missiles for the first time.
“Trump re-designated Yemen’s Houthis as a foreign terrorist organization in January, writing in an executive order that ‘the Houthis’ activities threaten the security of American civilians and personnel in the Middle East, the safety of our closest regional partners, and the stability of global maritime trade’.”
The Houthis were added to the foreign terrorist organization list during his first Trump term, but sleepy Joe Biden reversed the designation within one month of taking office in 2021.
At the highest levels of the US military, discussions are ongoing over how best to counter the Houthis’ activities.
Steven Crowder Slams Fascist Censorship in Germany: “Time to Break Ties”
March 5, 2025
This is Fine: Rabidly anti-American Mardi Gras float in Düsseldorf Monday is not considered illegal “Hate Speech” (screenshot ZDF)
Podcaster and comedian Steven Crowder picked up the story of German YouTuber “Shlomo Finkelstein”, which Gateway Pundit has been covering for years, who is in prison for 12 months for so-called “hate speech”. Crowder slammed German officials for tolerating “hate speech” against the opposition AfD, Elon Musk or Donald Trump, while arresting people for criticizing the leftist government. “I think it’stime to break ties until they start following our lead. The good news is we have the ability to dothat”, Crowder said.
“The Democrat party wants us to be far more like the left in Germany and Canada”, Crowder said. “You can see by who they are allied with. You can see by the political debates in these countries. I saw it in Canada. The entire liberal party the Trudeaus of Canada are friends with the Kamalas and the Bidens and they hate the Trumps. So it’s important when you look at these issues to examine not just what does the left do right now – what would they do if they had their way?”
“The good news is you can see what the right would do because right now we have it,” Crowder noted. “Right now, the left is furious about the imbalance of power but guess what? We’re looking at more freedoms, we’re looking at more rights and we’re looking at government efficiency. They think that is the worst abuse of human rights. It’s DOGE right now. Have you seen people actually being silenced or jailed for speech? No. AP not being allowed in the in the Oval Office doesn’t count. When the left has unfettered power this is always what happens and they prioritize ‘tolerance’ and virtue signaling over the well-being of their own citizens.”
Steven Crowder then played the appeal to Vice President J.D. Vance, President Donald Trump, and Elon Musk Shlomo released from prison (The Gateway Pundit reported).
“This is exactly what J.D. Vance was talking about in the speech he gave at the Munich security conference,” Crowder remarked.” What I worry about is the threat from within. The retreat of Europe from some of its most fundamental values, values shared with the United States of America. And unfortunately when I look at Europe today it’s sometimes not so clear what happened to some of the Cold War’s winners.”
“I look to Brussels where EU commissars warned citizens they intend to shut down social media during times of civil unrest the moment they spot what they’ve judged to be “hateful content.” Or to (Germany) where police have carried out raids against citizens suspected of posting “anti-feminist comments” online as part of “combating misogyny on the internet.””
“We cannot have alliances with countries, with nations that not only don’t share our fundamental values, but their views are antithetical to our values. So we’ve talked about the priorities of Europe in providing social benefits, social welfare, free internet, free health care, free vacation, free lunches, instead of protecting themselves. So we know they are not aligned with the United States as it relates to military values, as it relates to international treaties they don’t honor. So they’re not good friends.”
“The priorities of Germany and most of Europe is punishing speech, intimidating citizens, while tolerating evil and allowing radical Islamic fundamentalism to flourish,” Crowder said. “They say this person needs to de-radicalize. I think the people who actually run over your folks with cars need to be de-radicalized.”
Crowder cited several examples of criminalizing free speech in Germany, such as AfD politician Marie-Therese Kayser, who was fined for a Facebook post about migrant rape, or shutting down Compact Magazine and arresting the publisher Jürgen Elsässer.
Elsässer is being sued Friday in Halle for posting that NGO “Campact”, Germany’s version of “Move On”, is funded by Open Society and the German government. Campact-owned censorship NGO HateAid was funded with €2,516,218.51 by the German government 2021-2023, Campact was funded with $300.000 by Open Society 2021, which in turn is funded by USAID and the EU.
“They arrested a 64-year-old man who called the Deputy Chancellor an “idiot” on X. That’s not even mean. That’s a very very polite insult – especially if he said it with a German accent.”
“They conducted raids and interrogations of 45 people for “misogynistic posts” in Germany”, Crowder noted.
“My heart goes out to the German people. The German people who don’t want this. Unfortunately you have been represented by awful, spineless cowards for far too long and there needs to be more done about it. You need to change more minds there.”
“While they’re raiding 45 of their own citizens’ homes and places of work for misogynistic posts, there have been 20 terror attacks since 2015 alone. Three in just the last month. Three in just the last month.”
MEME PRlSONER SHLOMO SPARKS INTERNATIONAL OUTRAGE
Shlomo, the 27yr old satirist who is in PRlSON FOR HUMOR, addressed America in an audio recording.@scrowder saw his message to the world that I published on and warns America:
At the same time, it was perfectly acceptable to make tasteless Mardi Gras floats in Germany insulting American politicians, Crowder charged, showing floats depicting AfD leader Alice Weidel, Elon Musk or Donald Trup waving swastikas.
“You can get arrested for calling an elected official an idiot in Germany but they can call our elected officials (anythiunbg they want).
“Yeah, they have Elon Musk with a swastika American flag.”
“And this is the point guys. The left will try and tell you that this is that this is about tolerance, about empathy. They don’t believe for a second”, Crowder said. “It’s about weaponizing speech. You cannot chalk this up to ignorance. They do not believe for a second that it’s more acceptable to refer to Elon Musk as a Nazi or Donald Trump. They don’t. They know it’s not. They want to put you in jail for referring to them as idiots. Do you understand?”
“This whole cloak of empathy – people say woke is woke means being compassionate toward other people. No, it does not. There’s nothing compassionate about weaponizing speech. They tried to do it here in the United States and it hasn’t worked. But it has succeeded in Europe and I think it’s time to break ties until they start following our lead. The good news is we have the ability to do that.“

JUST IN: Supreme Court Orders Trump Administration to IMMEDIATELY Unfreeze Foreign Aid Payments With Barrett and Roberts Siding With the Majority -“Stunned” Alito Issues Scathing Dissent
March 5, 2025
US Supreme Court Credit: The Gateway Pundit Photo
The highest Court in the land caved to the radical left on USAID disbursements and usurped President Trump’s constitutional executive authority.
On Wednesday morning, the Supreme Court ruled that the Trump Administration must IMMEDIATELY release $1.9 billion in foreign aid payments. The Hill notes that this decision maintains a district court judge’s order that the administration must honor foreign aid agreements that existed before Trump took office.
The court ruling was 5-4, with all three liberal justices siding with the non-profit groups suing to have their funds restored.
‘Conservative’ Justices John Roberts and Amy Coney Barrett voted with the majority for reasons unknown.
Justice Alito issued a furious dissent in response to this disgraceful ruling:
“Does a single district-court judge who likely lacks jurisdiction have the unchecked power to compel the Government of the United States to pay out (and probably lose forever) 2 billion taxpayer dollars?” he wrote. “The answer to that question should be an emphatic ‘No,’ but a majority of this Court apparently thinks otherwise. I am stunned.”
As TGP previously reported, US District Judge for the District Court of Columbia, Amir Ali, a Biden appointee, temporarily blocked President Trump from canceling foreign aid contracts last month. Ali is a radical-left anti-Trump activist who has accused the President of hating Muslims and lobbied for Black Lives Matter activists and defunding the police.
The Trump Administration had previously paused the aid for 90 days. However, Ali claimed that blocking foreign aid funding has caused “tremendous harm.”
Last week, he dressed down DOJ lawyers over the disbursement of funds and demanded the Trump administration to award the payments by 11:59 p.m. Feb. 26.
“I don’t know why I can’t get a straight answer from you. Are you aware of an unfreezing of the disbursement of funds for those contracts and agreements that were frozen before Feb. 13?” he said.
Ali is currently weighing whether or not to impose a longer-term preliminary injunction against the foreign aid freeze according to ABC News. Now, the Supreme Court has given him this opportunity.
Suppose the Supreme Court continues to award activist Democrat judges and refuses to uphold the Constitutional separation of powers. In that case, this will fuel a nullification movement where states and individuals will ignore the rulings.
(VIDEO) President Trump to Greenland: “If You Choose, We Welcome You into The United States of America” – Tells Congress he is Working to Acquire Greenland and “One Way or the Other, We’re Gonna Get it”
March 5, 2025
President Trump, during his address to Congress on Tuesday night, indicated that an acquisition of Greenland is well in the works, and “we’re working with everybody involved to try and get it.”
” One way or the other, we’re going to get it,” the President said, highlighting the island’s importance for military security, national security, and global security.
The President has expressed interest in purchasing the island since the election last year.
As The Gateway Pundit reported, then-President-elect Trump sent a delegation to Greenland, including Don Jr., Charlie Kirk, and White House Personnel Office Director Sergio Gor, ostensibly to explore purchasing the self-governing Denmark territory.
Secretary of State Marco Rubio later confirmed that Trump’s desire to purchase Greenland is “not a joke.”
President Trump pled to the people of Greenland, promising, “We will keep you safe, we will make you rich, and together, we will take Greenland to heights like you have never thought possible before.”
“We strongly support your right to determine your own future, and if you choose, we welcome you into the United States of America.”
WATCH:
Trump: I also have a message tonight for the incredible people of Greenland. We strongly support your right to determine your own future, and if you choose, we welcome you into the United States of America. We need Greenland for national security and even international security, and we’re working with everybody involved to try and get it.
But we need it really for international world security, and I think we’re going to get it. One way or the other, we’re going to get it. We will keep you safe, we will make you rich, and together, we will take Greenland to heights like you have never thought possible before. It’s a very small population, but very, very large piece of land and very, very important for military security.
Zelensky’s Meltdown: A Desperate Man Gaslighting America Is Unraveling Before Our Eyes
March 5, 2025
By Dr. Carole Lieberman, M.D., M.P.H.
America’s Psychiatrist
Volodymyr Zelensky is unraveling before our eyes.
After his disastrous White House meeting with President Trump, where he was sent packing without securing more blank checks, the Ukrainian leader rushed to Twitter (X) in full-blown damage control mode. His panicked, rambling post wasn’t just an attempt to rewrite history—it was a clear psychological tell of a man who realizes he’s losing his grip on power.
His words weren’t those of a strategic leader but of a man desperately clinging to relevance, trying to smooth things over after burning his last bridge with America’s future president.
So, what’s really going on inside Zelensky’s head?
Zelensky’s Twitter Panic: A Classic Case of Manipulation
Zelensky’s post starts with:
“Ukraine is ready to come to the negotiating table as soon as possible… We want to move very fast through all next stages and work with the US to agree on a strong final deal.”
Translation: I’ve run out of options, and I need to backpedal—fast.
This isn’t diplomacy. This is a man in crisis mode, trying to gaslight Trump into believing he’s suddenly reasonable, when just days ago, he arrogantly dismissed negotiations and acted as if the U.S. was obligated to fund his war indefinitely.
Flattery Won’t Work on Trump—Zelensky Still Doesn’t Get It
Then, in a painfully transparent attempt to win Trump over, Zelensky wrote:
“We do really value how much America has done to help Ukraine… And we remember the moment when things changed when President Trump provided Ukraine with Javelins.”
Trump isn’t falling for this. Zelensky’s sudden nostalgia for Trump’s past generosity is a classic manipulative tactic—the same one used by people who burn bridges and come crawling back when they realize they need something.
His mistake? He still underestimates Trump. Flattery and revisionist history don’t work on someone who sees through the con.
From War Hero to Wannabe Tyrant: What Happened to Zelensky?
At the start of the war, Zelensky played the role of the underdog hero—pleading for help, painting himself as the leader of a noble cause. The world bought in. But power changes people.
Three years later, after billions in U.S. aid and zero accountability, Zelensky is no longer the desperate man begging for his people—he’s the entitled, arrogant leader who marched into the White House demanding more money, then scoffed when Trump suggested negotiations.
This shift in behavior is more than just political—it’s psychological.
Zelensky is showing classic signs of a leader consumed by power and delusion. His behavior suggests:
Narcissistic tendencies – He now believes he’s too important to compromise.
Borderline personality traits – His erratic shifts from defiance to desperation show emotional instability.
Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD) – War changes people. The pressure of leading a crumbling nation has warped his judgment.
Sociopathic tendencies – His refusal to acknowledge his mistakes or take responsibility for Ukraine’s worsening condition is deeply troubling.
Can Zelensky Be Saved?
If Zelensky were on my couch, I’d tell him the same thing I’d tell any leader losing touch with reality:
“You need a wake-up call before it’s too late.”
He has two choices:
Continue the delusion, refuse to negotiate, and drag Ukraine further into destruction.
Face reality, own his mistakes, and take the only path that might save his country—negotiation.
Butlet’s be clear: America can’t trust him in his current state.
Zelensky has lied too many times, manipulated too many leaders, and burned too many bridges. Until he proves he’s willing to act in good faith, President Trump and the American people should treat his words as nothing more than desperate theater.
Because right now, Zelensky isn’t leading Ukraine to victory—he’s leading it straight off a cliff.
