Almost two weeks after The Gateway Pundit published our story on January 6er Dan Wilson, he has had to self-surrender under the duress of DC District Judge Dabney Friedrich’s court order. Wilson was pardoned on January 20th by President Trump, and now his neck is under the boot of a radical activist judge. She is disobeying a direct order by THE PRESIDENT OF THE UNITED STATES OF AMERICA and acting like a spoiled brat bully who hits her little sister because she wants to play with her toy, so her sister doesn’t have any fun either.

It is unbelievable that these unhinged individuals like Judge Friedrich are presiding over our federal courts. She has gone above and beyond her hatred for President Trump by doubling down on her bias towards a January 6th defendant, whose case she presided over. Dan WIlson should be a free man today. The government has recognized that the case against him falls under the scope of the Presidential Pardon.

Wilson has been fighting a case that is directly related to the January 6th-inspired FBI raid on his home. He was arrested after the FBI finished searching the residence, although he was not arrested for his attendance on January 6th.

Wait, what? Yes, the warrant was for J6, but he was arrested for another reason and NOT J6 (at the time). His arrest was for having guns at his home in Kentucky. Over 30 years ago, as a very young man, Wilson became a felon and served his time in prison. According to the law, he should not have had the guns in his home. Some may debate that constitutionally; he can have guns. However, in this case, for right now, it is a debate for another time because the law recognized by the people who lock you up is not debatable, but how they found these guns at his home is.

The Presidential Pardon for the J6ers says:

“Grant a full, complete and unconditional pardon to all other individuals convicted of offenses related to events that occurred at or near the United States Capitol on January 6, 2021;

The Attorney General shall administer and effectuate the immediate issuance of certificates of pardon to all individuals described in section (b) above, and shall ensure that all individuals convicted of offenses related to events that occurred at or near the United States Capitol on January 6, 2021, who are currently held in prison are released immediately.  The Bureau of Prisons shall immediately implement all instructions from the Department of Justice regarding this directive. 

I further direct the Attorney General to pursue dismissal with prejudice to the government of all pending indictments against individuals for their conduct related to the events at or near the United States Capitol on January 6, 2021.  The Bureau of Prisons shall immediately implement all instructions from the Department of Justice regarding this directive. “

Several judges have, correctly, ruled that this pardon includes any charges related to J6. This means anything that stems from J6 should be dismissed. The “fruit of a poisonous tree” defense. Even with Wilson’s case, the Department of Justice is not contesting this. In fact, the only one who is contesting is Judge Friedrich.

If J6 charges are considered null and void or moot, then the other charges would never exist. Benjamin Martin and Jeremy Brown are just two J6 hostages who had to fight for their release. Their judges finally upheld the language of the pardon as completely covering anything related to J6 and ordered their immediate release. Both men, along with others, are facing their freedom being taken away again if this maniacal judge gets her way.

Judge Friedrich has been a blatant activist against the J6 hostages. She has used her position and power to destroy the lives of the J6 defendants who came before her in her tarnished courtroom. To make sure her “legacy” of destruction and egregious punishment does not get tossed aside, she is not letting go of Dan Wilson. Her ego has taken a beating after President Trump annihilated all the hard work, she did in making sure that innocent Americans suffered the ultimate price, by the swipe of his pen.

In her response she asserts that only the things that occurred at the Capitol and only on January 6th are within the scope of the pardon.

If this is not fought and won by Wilson and his legal team, then every J6 defendant that had charges stemming from their J6 case, will be facing the return to prison.

Judge Friedrich is trying to set precedence so she can make that happen and her abusive legacy will stay intact.

Pollster Frank Luntz has said some dumb things over the years, but his take on Senator Cory Booker’s recent, and completely pointless filibuster, really takes the cake. This was over the top, even for him.

During an appearance on News Nation, Luntz suggested that Booker’s filibuster ‘may have changed the course of political history.’

Huh? Really, Frank?

Longtime GOP pollster Frank Luntz said Sen. Cory Booker (D-N.J.) “may have changed the course of political history” with his marathon speech breaking the Senate’s record for the longest floor speech in its history.

“I want to emphasize what Cory Booker did over the last 24 hours may have changed the course of political history. I watched a lot of it. I listened to words.  I listened to phrases,” Luntz said during a Tuesday evening appearance on NewsNation’s “On Balance.”

He confirmed that Booker’s unprecedented feat “struck a tone” with Americans in the midst of the Trump administration’s controversial policies.

“He struck the kind of tone that grassroots Democrats are looking for. He gave them a reason to fight. He gave them a reason to stand up and say, this is my country too,” Luntz told anchor Leland Vittert.

“Of course, every Republican watching will say, ‘This is nonsense.’  But he is not speaking just to Republicans, he’s speaking to Americans, and what I saw over the last 25 hours absolutely blew me away,” he added.

No one is going to remember Cory Booker’s filibuster stunt in a week. Luntz’s comments on this are simply laughable.

During a segment on CNN about the state’s Supreme Court election this week, Abby Phillip straight up lied, claiming that Elon Musk and DOGE were targeting Social Security.

Former Wisconsin governor, Republican Scott Walker, was was on the show and he jumped in to correct her in real time, pointing out that Musk specifically said he was NOT targeting Social Security.

Phillip was basically just parroting false Democrat talking points, as so many people in the media do on a regular basis.

CNN’s Abby Phillip and former Wisconsin Gov. Scott Walker got into a heated argument over her claim Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) head Elon Musk talked about cutting Social Security and Medicaid benefits at a recent town hall event.

During a segment on “CNN NewsNight” Tuesday night, Phillip referenced Musk holding an event in Green Bay, Wisconsin, over the weekend ahead of a closely watched state Supreme Court election. She claimed that at the town hall he “talked about cutting Medicaid and Social Security through DOGE.”

“Actually, he never talked about that. He explicitly said in Green Bay he would not cut Social Security. That’s exactly what he said,” Walker pushed back.

“Well, he talked at his rallies,” Phillip said.

“No, no. Other people said that,” Walker argued. “But I was there. I watched him. He did not say he was going to cut Medicaid.”

All we needed was a new president. This March saw a 94% decrease in illegal crossing compared to March last year.

The Gateway Pundit reported,

Immediately after Trump took office in February, illegal border crossings dropped to record lows. Now in March, Trump’s second full month in office, once again border crossings are at a record low.

It’s almost like Joe Biden and the Democrats could have shut down the border all along but just didn’t want to, and we all know why.

Trump said he would do this and he is delivering.

Illegal crossings at the US-Mexico border fell yet again in March, hitting another record — with border agents barely seeing 7,000 migrants enter illegally.

That’s down 94% from the 137,000 people who poured across the border in March last year. It follows February crossings of roughly 8,300 illegal migrants — the lowest in at least 25 years.

The LA Times reported:

But migrant crossings have slowed to a near halt, bringing a striking change to the landscape along the southernmost stretch of California.

Shelters that once received migrants have closed, makeshift camps where migrants waited for processing are barren, and nonprofits have begun shifting their services to established immigrants in the U.S. who are facing deportation, or migrants stuck in southern Mexico.

This proves beyond a reasonable doubt that the President of the United States can, in short order, secure our southern border. Joe Biden’s border invasion was intentional. The political party responsible for facilitating an invasion of gang members, rapists, murderers, and drug dealers should never be allowed to hold power again.
