An incredible act of wokeness and pure evil was unleashed upon the state of Colorado Friday night.

As Colorado Newsline reported, the Democrat-controlled Colorado State House passed HB25-1312 aka “Legal Protections for Transgender Individuals” which makes “misgendering” all individuals including children a discriminatory action. Worse, the legislation also permits the state to SEIZE innocent children away from their parents if they “misgender.”

“Legal Protections for Transgender individuals” would also protect woke parents from deserved prosecution if they assist their child in obtaining “gender-affirming” care.

From Colorado Newsline:

House Bill 25-1312 aims to add protections for transgender people in schools and courts. It would require courts to consider as a form of coercive control actions like deadnaming — using a transgender person’s previous name before transitioning in order to reject their identity — and misgendering in child custody decisions.

It would also shield parents who help their child obtain gender-affirming care from court orders in other states that outlaw the practice.

Here is the moment when the sinister legislation was approved:

Bill sponsor Rep. Rebekah Stewart, a Lakewood Democrat, argued in Orwellian fashion that such legislation was in the child’s best interest.

“Supporting a child’s gender identity is indeed in the best interest of the child, and that support cannot be used against a loving and supportive parent in a dispute,” Stewart claimed.

“This bill is truly the least that we can do. Frankly, I wish that we didn’t have to bring this bill, but the reality of navigating the world today as a transgender human necessitates it,” she added.

But Republicans were furious that their Democrats would dare claim that referring to children by their proper pronouns would be considered child abuse.

“The idea that misgendering your own child is considered coercive control, which is another word for child abuse, because you want to get your child help instead of affirming their delusions … this is the most disgusting bill I’ve seen so far,” stated GOP State Rep. Jarvis Caldwell, a Republican from Colorado Springs.

The bill now heads to the Colorado State Senate, which Democrats also control. One can assume it will pass in that chamber and then signed into law by far-left Colorado Governor Jared Polis.

On Friday, The New York Times reported that special agent in charge of the Columbia Field Office in South Carolina, Steven Jensen, was appointed as Assistant Director of the Washington Field Office.

Jensen has a history of involvement in the January 6th persecutions and, according to the House transcribed interview of former Supervisory Intelligence Analyst George Hill, called J6ers “goddamn terrorists” and pledged that “we’re gonna round them all up.”

According to Hill, there were “thousands of people” on that conference call.

The New York Times reported:

But some of those moves appear at odds with Mr. Patel’s past derision of the F.B.I.’s aggressive approach to Jan. 6. The new assistant director Mr. Patel named to run the Washington field office, Steven J. Jensen, was in charge of the bureau’s domestic terrorism operations section on that day, and he played a key role in responding to the attack on the Capitol.

Comments on X, calling into question the decision the appointment originated with the New York Times reporting.

Now, a high-ranking official within the FBI has confirmed to The Gateway Pundit that this report on Jensen is, “Fake News.”

Steven Jensen was not appointed to lead the Washington Field Office.

The Gateway Pundit cited the New York Times in an article Friday, while acknowledging there was no formal announcement on the FBI website, the Washington Field Office’s website, or social media, nor Director Kash Patel’s social media and calling the move “head-scratching.”

The appointment went against everything that both Director Kash Patel and Assistant Director Dan Bongino have represented since the protest at the US Capitol, and against the “Deep State” as a whole.

It turns out, as we have confirmed, this report was not true.

The testimony from FBI Supervisory Intelligence Analyst George Hill in 2023 about Jensen, however, is not “fake news.”

The question now becomes, who was the source of the New York Times? Was it a ‘smoke out’ or a ‘canary trap’? Or was there ever a ‘source’ on Jensen’s report at all?

City in Colorado Will Seize Residents’ Pets If They Violate Strict Animal Ownership Limits

City in Colorado Will Seize Residents’ Pets If They Violate Strict Animal Ownership Limits
April 5, 2025

A Colorado municipality will soon authorize the seizure of cats and dogs from residents who exceed a new cap on animal ownership.

Denver7 reports that starting in August, the city of Northglenn, located roughly 40 minutes from Denver, will impose a strict rule prohibiting residents from keeping more than four animals in total.

This includes cats, dogs, or any combination thereof, with the total “not exceeding four.”

According to the city, the ordinance was passed by the council “at the request of residents and after extensive research and discussion.”

Officials say the decision follows complaints from community members about “excessive noise and waste caused by a high number of pets in some neighborhoods.”

Those who currently own more than the permitted number of animals have the option to apply for a “previously owned pet exception” prior to the law’s enforcement date.

If submitted in time, the exemption allows Northglenn residents to keep their “existing pets” and avoid having them confiscated by authorities.

The application requires pet owners to provide details, including the animal’s name, breed, sex, age, and the date it entered the household.

Failure to comply with the rule, including failure to report animals exceeding the new threshold, could result in “enforcement action,” which may involve “a potential court order requiring pet removal.”

“Our goal is to work with residents to ensure compliance through education and outreach before any enforcement action is taken,” the city stated.

‘Pets bring joy and companionship to our lives, but they also come with responsibilities.”

”By establishing reasonable pet limits, we aim to ensure that everyone living in Northglenn, both pet owners and non-pet owners, can enjoy their homes and neighborhoods.”

Granting the government the authority to seize pets raises serious concerns about property rights, due process, and overreach into private life.

While both New York and Los Angeles have limits on pet ownership, violators are typically punished through citations and eviction from rental properties.

The other place where animal confiscation is normalized is in communist China, where a controverisal one-dog policy once allowed authorities to confiscate dogs exceeding the size or number limits.

Appellate judges reverse lower court’s dismissal of case against officials and their actions.

A transgender agenda adopted by many school districts across the nation, a policy that is being challenged over and over by parents, has taken a huge hit in a court in the leftist state of California.

There, the 9th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals has revived a lawsuit by a mother against the Chico Unified School District over the decision by officials there to covertly help her fifth-grade daughter’s “gender transition.”

That’s the idea that a girl can become a boy, or vice versa, through chemicals and body mutilating surgeries, even though that, by the science, can’t happen as being male or female is embedded in the human body down to the DNA level.

Nevertheless, as part of the agenda, wildly and extensively promoted by Joe Biden while he was in office, schools often allow their teachers, counselors and others to persuade children they are transgender. Then they facilitate treatments for the child, all the while keeping their actions secret from parents who almost never would approve.

According to a report from the Center for American Liberty, an organization launched by attorney Harmeet K. Dhillon, who now is serving in the Trump administration, “The Constitution is clear, parents have a fundamental right to direct the upbringing of their children. Government-run schools cannot usurp that role behind closed doors.”

The report called the decision from the 9th Circuit a “significant First and Fourteenth Amendment victory.”

The appeals court ruled that the case brought by Aurora Regino “may proceed, reversing a lower court’s dismissal.”

The decision said, “the Due Process Clause of the Fourteenth Amendment protects the fundamental right of parents to make decisions concerning the care, custody, and control of their children.”

“Today’s decision restores hope to parents nationwide that their rights don’t end when their children enter the classroom,” said Mark Trammell, CEO of the Center for American Liberty. “The Constitution is clear, parents have a fundamental right to direct the upbringing of their children. Government-run schools cannot usurp that role behind closed doors.”

“Regino filed the lawsuit after learning that her 11-year-old daughter’s school had been affirming a new gender identity, complete with name and pronoun changes, over a period of weeks, all without any notification to or involvement from her. At the time, her daughter was struggling with mental health issues, including anxiety and depression,” the organization reported.

Regino said, “No mother should ever be blindsided by a secret school policy that excludes parents from life-changing interventions.”

The opinion also said that “the right to familial association encompasses the right of parents to make important decisions about their children’s health and education,” a conclusion that is seen as putting guardrails around “ideologically driven practices in public education.”

The organization reported the case began for Regino’s daughter, A.S. “when an elementary school guidance counselor decided to socially transition her from female to male without Aurora’s consent. In fact, the school never even notified Aurora that this transition was happening.”

The CAL said, “It took the school guidance counselor just minutes to determine (1) that A.S. was really a boy, and (2) that at school A.S. would have a male identity: new name, new pronouns, etc.—after A.S. confidentially expressed gender confusion to her. But it took no time at all for the Chico Unified School District to decide to socially transition A.S. without so much as a phone call to her mother, Aurora.”

In California, extremists at the state level dediced that schools are prohibited from telling parents about such “gender transitions.”
