A so-called TikTok ‘prankster’ known for wreaking havoc on the public for social media views, was arrested for spraying poison all over food in a Mesa, Arizona, Walmart.

The suspect, 27-year-old Charles Smith, was stupid enough to video his face while committing the crime. He then uploaded the video of himself committing the felony to social media.

According to court documents, Smith went back inside Walmart 10 minutes after he committed the crime and “attempted to collect the items he sprayed.”

Smith wheeled some of the poisoned items to the back of Walmart.

Walmart was forced to remove nearly $1 million in damaged food/suspected damaged food after Charles Smith ran through the store and sprayed poison all over the place.

Mesa police arrested Charles Smith on Saturday and charged him with Introducing Poison (felony), Criminal Damage (misdemeanor), Endangerment (misdemeanor), Theft (misdemeanor).

12 News reported:

According to police, Smith entered the Walmart on Stapley Drive “intending to film pranks for social media” on Dec. 19 around 8:30 p.m., but instead took a can of the bug killer from a shelf without paying for it and sprayed its contents on vegetables, fruit and rotisserie chickens available for sale.

On Smith’s recent stories page, it shows two separate videos of him putting the items that he claims were sprayed with bug killer in a cart and then pushing that cart filled with items into what appears to be a truck. One of the captions claimed he threw away the items, even though the video does not show that.

In court documents, police said Smith returned 10 minutes later and “attempted to collect the items he had sprayed,” much like in his recent videos. However, police said Smith did not throw away said items but rather wheeled them to the back of the store, and it is unknown whether or not Smith was able to collect all of the items he sprayed.

The rest of the products that Walmart removed in total cost $931,000, court documents state.

“It should be noted that the time between when the defendant sprayed the items to when he placed them in the cart, left plenty of time for customers to take the contaminated items and purchase them,” court documents state.

While Donald Trump may be returning to the White House, he will inherit a judiciary full of Democratic judges.

Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer oversaw the confirmation of his 235th judge on Friday, breaking the record set by Republican leader Mitch McConnell during the first Trump administration.

Following Trump’s stunning election victory, Schumer reportedly turned his attention to confirming as many judges as possible during the lame duck session between November and the inauguration date of January 20th.

It is also the highest number of confirmations in a single term since President Jimmy Carter left power in 1981. 

On the bright side, there will now be no more Democratic judicial nominees for at least four years.

If J.D. Vance or another Republican candidate wins in 2028, that could give conservatives the chance to reshape the federal courts for a generation. 

As well as appointing 234 judges over the course of the last administration, Donald Trump also had the opportunity to appoint three Supreme Court justices.

These appointments have tipped the balance of power in the Supreme Court from a liberal to a conservative majority.

Unlike in 2016, it is unclear whether Trump will have the opportunity to appoint further justices to the Supreme Court over the course of his second term.

There is speculation that Justices Samuel Alito and Clarence Thomas may consider retiring from the court in order to make way for a younger replacement who can serve for the next few decades.

With a Senate majority of 53 seats, Republicans should have no issues confirming whoever Trump were to nominate.

Last month, it was reported that some Democrats wanted to pressure liberal Justice Sonia Sotomayor to retire early from the court in order to allow Biden to appoint a younger replacement.

However, Sotomayor has since rejected the idea, insisting she “has no plans to retire from the Supreme Court,” despite reports of her suffering from various health issues.

“This is no time to lose her important voice on the court,” a source close to Sotomayor was quoted as saying.

“She just turned 70 and takes better care of herself than anyone I know.”

Sabal vs ADL  – Stopping Anti-First Amendment Bullies

On December 13, 2024, The Honorable Reed O’Connor, Judge of the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas, Fort Worth Division, in an 18-page order, dismissed Mr. Sabal’s claims regarding injurious falsehoods, left intact his claims that the ADL defamed him by including him in its “Glossary of Extremism and Hate” and implying that he is a “dangerous, extremist threat, and even a criminal.”

Judge O’Connor also left intact Sabal’s defamation claim regarding the ADL’s “Hate in the Lone Star State” report for similar reasons.

Plaintiff, Mr. John Sabal, a disabled Navy veteran who organizes patriotic festivals and has never been arrested, alleges that the ADL defamed him when it published his name in the ADL Center on Extremism’s “Glossary of Extremism and Hate,” which includes notorious terrorists and mass shooters, and claims as its mission to “monitor, expose and disrupt extremist threats.”

A statement from Warren Norred of Norred Law reads:

Norred Law is honored to represent John Sabal in his defamation suit against the Anti-Defamation League, which ironically has a penchant for defaming anyone with the moniker of “anti-Semite” who doesn’t match their political positions.

This case has been going on for just over a year, and discovery has been completed. We were asked to step in after the ADL sought summary judgment and failed. Judge O’Connor’s order on that motion carefully evaluated Mr. Sabal’s complaint, dismissed his claims regarding injurious falsehoods, left intact his claim that the ADL defamed him by including him in its “Glossary of Extremism and Hate” and implying that he is a “dangerous, extremist threat, and even a criminal.” Judge O’Connor also left intact Sabal’s claim regarding the ADL’s “Hate in the Lone Star State”.

Litigants often try to spin a denial of a motion for summary judgment. Certainly, Mr. Sabal is glad to see his claims remain alive after the full-throated attack on them from the ADL, but no one should see the court’s order and read into it more than what was stated – Mr. Sabal filed a valid complaint and a jury should be the trier of fact next year during trial.

I have been asked why we took this case, and I’m eager to explain. The Anti-Defamation League is a Non-Governmental Organization (“NGO”), one of several which have left their moorings and are nothing more than anti-First Amendment bullies, along with the American Civil Liberties Union, the Southern Poverty Law Center, and Media Matters. All these organizations were, perhaps at one time, honest brokers of information, but now use slash-and-burn name-calling to shut people down, as the ADL attempts to do with its list of alleged “anti-Semitic criminals.”

The left’s war on free speech must be rejected, and cultural critics should be able to offer their opinions without fear of being called heinous names. We mean to help Mr. Sabal in a trial next year and protect him from an ADL that is so perverted in its behavior that it is now practicing behavior that is directly contrary to its name.

In 2023, The Gateway Pundit reported that Sabal, the founder and President of The Patriot Voice, filed a $25M lawsuit against the Anti-Defamation League (ADL) alleging defamation and injurious falsehood.

The ADL listed Sabal in its “Glossary of Extremists” which includes known terrorists Khalid Sheikh Mohammed, Dylann Roof, and Brenton Terrant, the Christchurch Shooter

While the organization claims ADL’s goal is to “fight all forms of antisemitism and bias, using innovation and partnerships to drive impact,” it has increasingly been accused of partisanship smears against targets on the political right.

In a move reminiscent of his overreaching COVID-19 policies, California Governor Gavin Newsom has declared a state of emergency in response to the recent bird flu outbreak…Governor Newsom’s declaration grants him sweeping powers to impose restrictions and allocate resources without legislative oversight.

Newsom’s declaration came after the first report of a severe case of bird flu in a patient in Louisiana:

“The patient is experiencing severe respiratory illness related to H5N1 infection and is currently hospitalized in critical condition,” said Emma Herrock, a spokeswoman for the Louisiana Department of Health.

 “While an investigation into the source of this infection in Louisiana is ongoing, it is believed that the patient that was reported by Louisiana had exposure to sick or dead birds on their property,” said Dr. Demetre Daskalakis, director of the National Center for Immunization and Respiratory Diseases.

Some health experts, like Nicholas Hulscher, believe pandemic fears are being weaponized by globalists who oppose President Trump’s agenda – in particular his nomination of medical freedom hero Robert F. Kennedy Jr to lead the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS):

“it’s not surprising that the Biopharmaceutical Complex wishes to subvert the inauguration and confirmation processes of the Trump-RFK administration by weaponizing pandemic fears in a desperate attempt to retain control. Unfortunately, it appears that this subversion attempt has already begun…”

A high school in Wisconsin has come under fire and is facing potential legal action after girls at the school complained of a biological male claiming to be transgender, using their locker rooms, exposing his p*nis, and allegedly masturbating with lotion that he says is to “prevent chafing.”

The school district reportedly voted to allow biological boys to compete in girls’ sports and use girls’ locker rooms and restrooms earlier this month.

Kenosha County Eye, a local media outlet, reported on the allegations from female students’ parents at the Westosha Central High School in Paddock Lake, Wisconsin. One girl claims she was assaulted by the boy, who is reportedly still using the locker room despite the school saying he would no longer be allowed to use the girls’ locker rooms. The student was apparently suspended after pushing a girl who told him to “put [his] d*ck away] and smashing a Chromebook laptop.

The report further details how the student has allegedly made threats to “shoot up the school,” which students say were laughed off by the faculty. Students reportedly said the teachers told them not to be “dramatic.” The student was “also in constant trouble for violent behavior” while attending another school called Salem, reports the outlet.

“I find it unacceptable that a 14-year-old girl is required to change in front of a 16-year-old boy to complete a required class in school… I don’t feel like the district is taking this seriously,” said one concerned father.

Per Kenosha County Eye:

A boy has been using the girls’ locker room to change at Westosha Central High School. He stares at the young girls while they change and that makes them feel very uncomfortable. Some of the girls began to use the stalls to change. When they would exit, the boy would be exposing his penis and rubbing himself with lotion. He claimed to the girls that the lotion was to “prevent chafing.”

The boy changes in the full nude, often exposing his penis and testicles. Many girls, some or most, freshmen approached the gym teacher, Miranda Hopkins. Hopkins told the girls that the boy “identifies” as a girl, so they have to let him have access. (Miranda is of no relation to a local school board member and teacher, Brian Hopkins, nor his father, Salem Lakes Trustee Bill Hopkins.)

There is a family locker room in the school that the girls starting using, but Hopkins told the girls they can’t use it and to stop “stirring up drama.” The girls then stopped changing in the locker room and went to gym class without the proper gym clothes on. The school punished them by marking down their grades and handing out “unexcused absences.”

This is not only happening in Wisconsin schools either. As The Gateway Pundit previously reported, Liberty High School in Peoria, Arizona, came under fire for allowing a male student to use the girls’ locker rooms and showers alongside the girls. The biological male “had been reprimanded several times for loitering in the [girls’] bathrooms in August of [2022],” one concerned parent told The Gateway Pundit.

This is reminiscent of the biological male NCAA swimmer, William “Lia” Thomas, who decided he was better off competing against women’s competitions and stole the NCAA National Championship title. Thomas’ female teammates were exposed to his male genitalia in the women’s locker room numerous times.

Moms for Liberty Wisconsin activist Scarlett Johnson highlighted the story in an X thread Friday. On Saturday, Johnson announced she is “working with parents in Kenosha who are ready to take legal action.”

She added, “We aren’t going to take it anymore! There will be a way for everyone in the country to help the parents in Kenosha fight back against this gender insanity that is harming our girls!”

The incoming British ambassador to the United States is already running into difficulty.

Lord Peter Mandelson, who has served in senior roles in multiple Labour governments, was appointed by Prime Minister Keir Starmer to replace the current Ambassador Karen Pierce when Trump takes office.

Back in 2019, Mandelson described then-President Trump as “little short of a white nationalist and racist.”

“What Donald Trump represents and believes is anathema to mainstream British opinion, and the idea that as a result of Brexit we have to kowtow to an American president who holds those views will outrage people in Britain,” he explained at the time.

“Even those who have a sneaking admiration for Donald Trump, because of the strength of his personality, nonetheless regard him as reckless and a danger to the world.”

Donald Trump’s campaign manager, Chris LaCivita, criticized the decision to replace a “universally respected” ambassador with an “absoulute moron.”

Mandelson is far from the only British politician to have talked about Donald Trump in less than flattering terms.

David Lammy, who currently serves as U.K. Foreign Secretary (the British equivalent of Secretary of State), once branded Trump a “neo-Nazi sympathising sociopath”, a “racist KKK and Nazi sympathiser,” and a “tyrant in a toupee”.

However, Lammy has since congratulated Donald Trump on his election victory and pledged to work with him constructively to maintain the special relationship.

It is also not the first time that Britain has been involved in diplomatic spats with the Trump administration.

"We don't really believe this administration is going to become substantially more normal; less dysfunctional; less unpredictable; less faction-riven; less diplomatically clumsy and inept," Darroch was quoted as saying.

Darroch later resigned from the position, stating that the "current situation is making it impossible for me to carry out my role as I would like"
