Davos 2025 Celebrates Neo-Paganist Movement – Promotes Giving Personhood to Forests, Rivers, Valleys and Streams (VIDEO)

Since at least 2020, the World Economic Forum has argued in favor of giving nature, rivers, valleys, and streams personhood.

According to a previous article on the WEF website, granting legal personhood to forests, rivers, and species could give them the best chance of survival and renewal. But in order to do this, the paganist group claims, “you must listen to and understand the language of nature” itself.

The pagan movement to grant nature personhood took off last year when Canada classified the Quebec River a person under the law. This label protects the river from harm by humans.

On Thursday, a Davos speaker again encouraged world leaders to start granting personhood to nature.

They won’t protect the life of a fetus in the womb but they want to give rivers and canyons the same rights as a human being.

Davos Speaker:  Some of this climate action that has really intensified in the last couple of decades, Switzerland has invested, developed some different ways of engaging in preservation, conservation and management of ecosystems. One example is it’s become a place where nature has been granted legal personhood so that ecosystems rights to exist, to thrive, to regenerate, are codified and recognized in Swiss law.

That context has allowed for different people, different communities, to bring lawsuits on behalf of rivers, forests, other ecosystems upon which we are intrinsically reliant and connected. That’s what’s happening in Switzerland, a little window into what’s happening on international scales. What does that look like where you live?

Steve Bannon:  Larry Taunton joins us. Larry Alex Taunton. Larry, what did I just hear? Are they giving personhood to rivers and Forests? Is that what they’re proposing, sir?

Larry Alex Taunton:  Yes, that is precisely what they’re proposing. And your listeners may be wondering, Gosh, what’s going on with Banon’s audio there. That actually is not white noise. It’s not some interference. The entire time that she’s speaking, they have in the background the sound of cicadas and frogs and things of this nature. She walks out and she tells everyone to close their eyes and to imagine their 25 years in the future. And then she just keeps talking. But I have maintained all along that Davos, that the World Economic Forum, really has as its basis a neo-paganism. This is really what you’re seeing play out in something like this. Now, these are the people who do not want to acknowledge the personhood of a child, but they’re talking about giving personhood, that’s their terminology, not ours, to rivers, to streams, to mountains, to nature itself, so that nature can sue us to achieve its own rights.
