ENERGY POWERHOUSE: President Trump Withdraws the US AGAIN From the Crippling Paris Climate Accord
January 20, 2025
As America expected, the second Donald J. Trump’s administration has hit the ground running, busy Making America Great Again.
One of the main factors of this American renaissance is the return to common sense energy policies, to reposition the US in its energy producer superpower status.
To do that, Trump will have to again take on the ‘Green New Deal’ and several other incarnations of the ‘Global Warming cult’.
One of his first decisions is, for the second time, withdraw the United States from the failed Paris climate deal, the Trump White House said today.
Daily Mail reported:
“The announcement is part of Trump’s broader agenda to boost U.S. oil and gas production, and to ‘drill baby drill!’ Trump also withdrew the U.S. from the Paris deal during his first term in office, although the process took years and was immediately reversed by Joe Biden in 2021.”
Let’s check some of the Trump tweets on the issue:
I am glad that my friend @EmmanuelMacron and the protestors in Paris have agreed with the conclusion I reached two years ago. The Paris Agreement is fatally flawed because it raises the price of energy for responsible countries while whitewashing some of the worst polluters….

The Paris Agreement isn’t working out so well for Paris. Protests and riots all over France. People do not want to pay large sums of money, much to third world countries (that are questionably run), in order to maybe protect the environment. Chanting “We Want Trump!” Love France.

Very sad day & night in Paris. Maybe it’s time to end the ridiculous and extremely expensive Paris Agreement and return money back to the people in the form of lower taxes? The U.S. was way ahead of the curve on that and the only major country where emissions went down last year!

The withdrawal this time around is likely to take much less time.
In 2015, governments agreed to limit warming of the planet to 1.5 degrees Celsius above pre-industrial levels ‘to avoid the worst impacts of climate change’.
“The United States is the world’s top producer of oil and natural gas thanks to a years-long drilling boom, including in Texas and New Mexico, fueled by fracking technology.”
All over the world, governments are impoverishing their citizens in search of this arbitrary goal to fix this fictional problem.
Trump will declare a ‘national energy emergency’ to immediately expand drilling.
“’President Trump will withdraw from the Paris Climate Accord,’ the White House said in a statement.”
7. The badly flawed Paris Climate Agreement protects the polluters, hurts Americans, and cost a fortune. NOT ON MY WATCH!
8. I want crystal clean water and the cleanest and the purest air on the planet – we’ve now got that!
— Donald J. Trump (@realDonaldTrump) September 4, 2019
“He said: ‘The inflation crisis was caused by massive overspending and escalating energy prices, and that is why today I will also declare a national energy emergency. We will drill, baby, drill!
‘We will be a rich nation again, and it is that liquid gold under our feet that will help to do it. With my actions today, we will end the Green New Deal, and we will revoke the electric vehicle mandate, saving our auto industry’.”
Trump’s energy policies are welcomed by energy industry leaders, eager to return to an era of American energy dominance.
