Erasing Women: ACLU Lawyer Calls Biological Women “Non-Transgender Women”
January 23, 2025
Chase Strangio, a lawyer for the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU), in an effort to erase women, has developed a new term for biological women.
Strangio, a trans rights activist, joined “Democracy Now!” to whine about President Donald Trump’s executive order on sex and gender.
Strangio told host Amy Goodman Trump “is targeting trans people by focusing on retrenching this notion of a fixed gender binary at the time of conception.”
Strangio then referred to biological women as “non-transgender women.”

In December, Strangio joined Jake Tapper and argued that even a toddler knows when it’s time to transition.
“These are young people who may have known since they were two years old exactly who they are,” Strangio told Tapper, “who suffered for six, seven years before they had any relief.”
“It’s not the kids who are consenting to this treatment, it’s the parents who are consenting to the treatment.”
“And as a parent, I would say when our children are suffering, we are suffering.”
NEW: ACLU transgender lawyer says children should be allowed to be castr*ted, stating that even two-year-olds know when it’s time to transition.
