EXCLUSIVE: Tina Peters’ Important Message from Prison Regarding Supremacy Clause
January 24, 2025
Tina Peters shared a very important message from prison with Joe Hoft on the Joe Hoft Show on Thursday that needs to get to President Trump.
In October, Tina Peters was imprisoned for nine years in a corrupt court with a corrupt judge. Her real crime was uncovering criminal activities with the 2020 Election results in her County. Tina was the Mesa County, Colorado, Clerk and Recorder; it was her job to oversee the elections in her county. You can learn more about her story at her website, TinaPeters.US.
Tina was sent immediately to prison after Judge Matthew Barrett’s decision, although she was a Gold Star mother with a clean record, having never been arrested before. She always believed what she did complied with the law and was performing the duties of her position by protecting election data. From prison, Tina is fighting for her freedom.
Tina shared on the Joe Hoft Show that the Supremacy Clause applies to her case. She was performing duties mandated through federal election laws but is being imprisoned by the state.
Article VI, Clause 2:
This Constitution, and the Laws of the United States which shall be made in Pursuance thereof; and all Treaties made, or which shall be made, under the Authority of the United States, shall be the supreme Law of the Land; and the Judges in every State shall be bound thereby, any Thing in the Constitution or Laws of any State to the Contrary notwithstanding.
By performing her duties according to federal law, the state of Colorado should never have indicted her in the first place.
Here is Tina’s discussion on Thursday’s Joe Hoft Show where she discusses the Supremacy Clause:
Please share and pray for Tina Peters who was wrongly incarcerated for doing her job.
