Fired Biden Holdover Hampton Dellinger’s X Account on Lockdown as Old Anti-Trump Tweets Surface

As we await the Supreme Court’s intervention…

Fired Biden holdover Hampton Dellinger locked down his X account as old anti-Trump tweets surface.

President Trump fired Hampton Dellinger, Special Counsel of the Office of Special Counsel (not to be confused with a special counsel hired as a federal prosecutor) a few weeks ago.

However, shortly after the firing, Judge Jackson sided with Hampton Dellinger, issued an administrative stay, and allowed him to keep his job.

After several weeks of back-and-forth in the courts, corrupt Obama Judge Amy Berman Jackson ruled in favor of Hampton Dellinger on Saturday and entered a judgment declaring his firing illegal.

Hampton Dellinger is an anti-Trump leftist who previously called the president a “national security risk to America.”

“Has there ever been an American who posed a greater national security risk to America than Donald Trump?” Hampton Dellinger said in a September 27, 2020 tweet.

Two other anti-Trump tweets were discovered via reporter Julie Kelly:

“I knew Trump becoming POTUS would confirm his unfitness for office. And it has. What I didn’t fully appreciate in Nov ’16 was that his presidency would reveal the unfitness of so many others to serve in their public offices nr how many lawyers he would debase,” Hampton Dellinger said in January 2020.

“I cannot stop thinking about Obama ’16 SCOTUS pick vs Trump ’20. Obama enjoyed democratic legitimacy that Trump (popular vote loser, impeached, down in polls) could only dream of. Centrist ’16 pick denied hearing/vote. How can different outcome today (legitimately) be defended,” Hampton Dellinger said.

Hampton Dellinger is a longtime Democratic Party aide, activist, and candidate with a history of making anti-Trump remarks. Meanwhile, emboldened by the Supreme Court’s refusal to intervene, Hampton Dellinger reinstated several fired probationary employees.

In a previously released statement, Hampton Dellinger said some of Trump’s firings of probationary employees appear to be illegal.

“Firing probationary employees without individualized cause appears contrary to a reasonable reading of the law, particularly the provisions establishing rules for reductions in force. Because Congress has directed that OSC ‘shall’ protect government employees from PPPs, I believe I have a responsibility to request a stay of these actions while my agency continues to investigate further the apparent violation of federal personnel laws.”

Late Tuesday evening, the Merit Systems Protection Board ordered a 45 day stay on Trump’s firings of 6 employees.
