Jeffrey Goldberg, the virulently anti-Trump editor-in-chief of The Atlantic, claims he was accidentally added to a secure Signal group chat where top Trump administration officials discussed sensitive military operations against Iran-backed Houthi terrorists in Yemen.

Goldberg is the man behind the famous suckers and losers hoax before the 2020 election that was quickly debunked.

According to Goldberg, National Security Adviser Mike Waltz, Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth, Secretary of State Marco Rubio, and Vice President JD Vance were among the heavy hitters in the so-called “Houthi PC small group,” discussing plans to deliver a long-overdue smackdown to the Iran-backed Houthi rebels in Yemen.

And instead of simply excusing himself from the conversation, Goldberg did what elitist far-left journalists do best — he took screenshots of the conversation and ran to his keyboard to try to leak the military operation.

Goldberg admitted in his report that National Security Advisor Mike Waltz invited him into the secretive group with top Trump officials.

This was a major mistake by NSA Mike Waltz. What was he doing? Was this on purpose? How could he be so sloppy?

On Tuesday morning AXIOS reported that they expect Waltz to survive this controversy.

Four top administration officials tell Axios they expect the controversy to die down and Waltz to remain. Four outside advisers concurred.

"We don't care what the media says," a Trump adviser said. "We can easily handle what would kill any other administration. This will blow over."
A senior White House official added: "Trump certainly wasn't pleased with this. But all this talk you see about Waltz not lasting is just way premature. There's a Washington feeding frenzy. And we all know that you don't give the mob what it wants."

We are not so sure.

How does a top Trump official allow one of the most notorious media hacks in the country in a private text group with top Trump officials?

Waltz needs to explain. There are hundreds of capable and loyal Trump supporters available to take over his job if need be.
