Judicial Coup: Radical Leftist Judges Wage All-Out War Against President Trump and the Nation — 129 Legal Challenges Filed in Two Months, MORE THAN ALL US PRESIDENTS COMBINED!

Since returning to the White House on January 20, 2025, President Donald J. Trump has been met with an unprecedented onslaught of legal challenges from far-left activist judges and groups determined to sabotage his second term in power.

Appearing on The War Room with Steve Bannon, Josh Hammer, Senior Counsel for the Article III Project, recently warned that what America is witnessing is not just judicial activism—it’s an outright judicial insurrection.

This is similar to how the communist left attacked President Trump using a cadre of radical activist judges his first time in office. Except today, they have super-charged the process.

Not even two months in office, these radical extremist judges continue to coordinate their efforts and wreak havoc on the Trump administration and the United States.

So far, the Supreme Court has failed to shut down the lawlessness of these far-left activists.

In fact, on Tuesday we saw Chief Justice John Roberts siding with these radical communists and lecturing President Trump on his response to this complete lawlessness.

Democrats and their radical communist judges are tearing apart the country, and Roberts is attacking President Trump! What is going on?

Attorney Josh Hammer: “Let me just lay the scene briefly here. What we’re seeing is not just judicial activism, Steve. I used the words very carefully there. I mean, this is a full-on judicial insurrection, going back to the very first days of this administration in power.

By the way, those of us with a long enough memory to remember the first Trump administration. This is nothing new.

The first Trump administration from 2017 to 2021, faced, by my count, I believe, it was 65 so-called nationwide injunctions, which, by the way, is more than the first 44 presidents of the United States combined, literally in all of American history, faced there.

They basically picked up in January, just last month, as if they hadn’t lost a beat over the past four years. Whether it’s a judge in Washington State or Ohio or Washington DC or Florida, or Hawaii, the notion that you can issue a TRO, a temporary restraining order, and thereby try to bring a federal executive branch policy and executive order to halt. It’s completely anathema. It’s bat-crap crazy. That’s not how the separation of powers works.”

Activist Judge Chutkan ruled last week that state attorneys general can access information about DOGE employees working to cut waste and fraud in government. Chutkan put a target on the backs of these genius kids so violent leftists could pursue them on the streets of America. What a horrible woman!

Crazed America-hating Judge Beryl Howell blocked President Trump from banning far-left law firm Perkins Coie from all government business and buildings. Perkins Coie was central in the scam to take down President Trump his first term in office with their Russia-Putin hoax.

Today alone 4 federal judges ordered:
a) Elon Musk to reinstate USAID workers;
b) Trump to state disclose when/where flights left w/ terrorists;
c) reinstatement of transgender to military;
d) reinstatement of Dep’t of Education grants.

And Judge James Boasberg is ordering President Trump to bring planeloads of murderers, rapists and gang members back into the United States. His hatred for America is now out in the open for all to see!

Josh Hammer noted that the first Trump administration, from 2017 to 2021 faced 65 nationwide injunctions.

President Trump, in less than two months, has faced 129 legal challenges by activist judges. Only two cases are closed.

The far-left judicial insurrectionists and institutions have already filed 129 legal challenges against President Trump less than two months into his second term. This is more than twice as many legal challenges that he went through during his first full term.

It is obvious that this is a coordinated attack by the far-left to destroy Trump’s all-star administration and the nation.

And, Chief Justice Roberts is lecturing President Trump?
