Melugin – Biden Illegal Charged with Capital Murder of Mother of Five

President Trump has kept his campaign promise to seal the border and deport illegal aliens, but four years of the Biden regime has created a very dangerous environment for US Citizens.

Bill Melugin reported that David Hector Rivas-Sagastume, a 21-year-old illegal alien from Honduras, has been charged with the capital murder of a mother of five in Cobb County, Georgia. He entered the US illegally in March of 2021, under the Biden open border. After being arrested by the Border Patrol, he was released or “paroled” into the US with a notice to appear.

Fox News Reported:

A murder suspect accused of strangling a Georgia mother of five in a random attack last week is a Honduran illegal immigrant who was caught and released at the southern border by the Biden administration in March 2021, Fox News has learned.

David Hector Rivas-Sagastume, 21, has also been the subject of a deportation order since July 2023, U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) said.

Rivas-Sagastume is charged with capital murder in the death of Camilia Williams, a 52-year-old mother of five and grandmother. Her body was found dumped in a wooded area, authorities said.

Rivas-Sagastume was ordered to be removed by a judge in July of 2023, but a lack of enforcement kept him in the country. He was arrested on March 18th, 2025, for the murder of Camillia Williams. After killing her, he dumped her body in the woods near a neighborhood.

The victim’s family had told the local news affiliate WSB-TV that Williams had told them a man had been following her in recent days before the murder took place. Cobb County Police say that Williams appeared to be targeted randomly.

President Trump has been very proactive in dismantling the Biden regime’s CHNV program. TGP reported this week that President Trump is going to take away legal status from over 530,000 migrants that Biden let into our country.

Article IV, Section 4 of the US Constitution gives the US Government the authority and responsibility to protect the country from invasion.

“The United States shall guarantee to every State in this Union a Republican Form of Government, and shall protect each of them against Invasion; and on Application of the Legislature, or of the Executive (when the Legislature cannot be convened) against domestic Violence.” Article IV, Section 4 of the US Constitution.

Rule of law is back under President Trump.
