One more J6 Win. Political Hostage Ben Martin’s Release is Unopposed by the Government

With January 6th Hostage Jeremy Brown being released just a few days ago, there is hope that the others who are still being held on J6 charges, will be released. The charges for the remaining J6 hostages, like Brown, are related to the J6 FBI raids on their homes. Benjamin Martin is one of these hostages, and The Gateway Pundit received information that this J6er will be home soon.  

J6 prisoner Ben Martin, one of the few remaining political prisoners still held in prison, will likely be released this week.

With the help of Condemned USA’s founder, Treniss Evans, attorney George T. Pallas was secured to take over Ben Martin’s case. Within six hours of Pallas and Evans on the job, the government folded and is not opposing Martin’s release. The order has been sent back to the district court judge for conditions, and Martin should be released within this next week.

The motion filed to the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit describes how the charges against Martin fall under the Presidential Pardon he received on January 20th. 

Attorney Pallas filed an Emergency Motion to Vacate Judgement and Remand for Dismissal for Martin. Within the motion to vacate are a few examples of other January 6th hostages’ similar cases.

Jeremy Brown was held in the DC Gulag and then received a dose of diesel therapy after his pardon came through on January 20th. His charges, like Martin’s, were related to the egregious FBI raid on his home for J6. Along with Brown’s case, is Elias Costianes, who was ordered to turn himself in two weeks after he received his pardon.

Again, these charges are related to the J6 FBI raid on his home.  

Elias Costianes is still being held in federal prison. Condemned USA is spearheading efforts to get Costianes released as Brown has been and Martin will be.

J6er Dan Wilson was also ordered to report to prison on February 27th for charges related to his J6 FBI raid. Evans again with Pallas assisted Wilson with legal counsel and similar language as Martin’s motion to dismiss. For now, he no longer has to report to the Bureau of Prisons.

There are great Attorneys who have been fighting for these Patriots to receive their freedom. Carolyn Stewart, who has been instrumental in helping many J6ers with their cases, fought feverishly to make sure that Jeremy Brown and many other J6ers walked out of their prison doors.

Another attorney who has done great work for the defendants is Roger Roots. A powerhouse in the courtroom, Roots has taken on many J6 cases when others would not, and even though the unjust Department of Justice gave no J6er a fair trial, Roots had some wins where they counted. 

Normally you wouldn’t hear praise for an attorney. However, these attorneys have been working tirelessly for our brothers and sisters because the cause is just. Condemned USA is helping to make sure the J6ers, and others who are Politically persecuted, have the best soldiers in the fight for them. 

After President Trump signed the Presidential Pardons and Commutations for the over 1500 J6 Americans, many see the J6 battle as being won but may not see that this battle continues for some. We are still in a war that was waged against the American People.

The January 6th defendants were specifically targeted by the last administration, and until we have a solid MAGA government and judicial system, we mustn’t become complacent with the wins we have. It’s not time to sit back in the recliner and take a nap. We the People need everyone up on their feet standing up for the wrongs that have been taking place to the American people over the last several decades.

In every war, soldiers require the proper weapons to fight the battle they’re in. In the lawfare battle of the J6ers and other political prisoners, there is a need for ammunition in the form of financial support, so that these legal warriors are able to continue the fight.

The war is not over, in fact, it has only just begun.

With the help of the American people, Condemned USA can be on the frontlines. Evans and his team are helping to get Tina Peters, who is being held in Colorado, freed.

There is also Tyler Burleson and former Arkansas State Senator Jon Woods. All were thrown into prison on bogus charges and meant to be forgotten. We the People will not forget those who have stood up to tyranny, corruption and EVIL.
