Video of LAFD Diversity Chief Resurfaces, Puts Blame of DEI Failures for Potential Victims ‘He got himself in the wrong place’ (Video)
January 13, 2025

Black lesbian Kristine Larson heads the LAFD’s DEI Department. She stands next to lesbian fire chieft Kristin Crowley.

In 2023, Los Angeles created a DEI Bureau and promoted a Black lesbian to weed out ‘bigoted’ firefighters on the force and push the DEI agenda.

In 2017, Kristine Larson became the first African American woman to be promoted to battalion chief within the Los Angeles Fire Department.

Kristine graduated summa cum laude from Capella University with a master’s degree in public service leadership with an emphasis in Emergency Management.

Larson has completed a DEI certification program through Cornell University and is participating in the International Association of Fire Chief’s Diversity Executive Leadership Program, which aims to advance DEI within the fire service with a cohort of members from around the Country.

A video of Larson resurfaced this week, made before the devastating fires in her state last week,  where she defends DEI hiring and addresses concerns that female firefighters are not physically capable of carrying a man out of a burning building.

Her response was troubling.

“He got himself in the wrong place if I have to carry him out of a fire.”

Not exactly a confidence builder for the public, especially in light of what Californians are currently facing.
