WATCH: Trump Announces New Executive Orders to Construct an Iron Dome Missile Defense Shield, Ban CRT and Transgenderism in Military, and Reinstate Service Members Who Were Fired over Vaccine Mandate

On Monday evening, President Trump announced numerous new Executive Orders relating to military preparedness that he plans to sign into action.

The president addressed GOP lawmakers during a retreat at Trump National Doral in Miami, Florida.

Trump is expected to return to the White House tonight after visiting disaster sites in North Carolina and Los Angeles, California, and speaking in Las Vegas, Nevada, over the weekend.

Trump announced in Florida that he will sign four Executive Orders, including the construction of a “state-of-the-art Iron Dome missile defense shield, which will be able to protect Americans.” He added, “Everything will be made right here in the USA, 100%.”

Trump will also ban transgender ideology and Critical Race Theory (CRT) from our military, which comes in addition to his day one Executive Order, “Ending Radical and Wasteful Government DEI Programs and Preferencing and Initial Rescissions of Harmful Executive Orders and Actions.”

The Gateway Pundit reported that Trump Defense Secretary Pete Hegseth has already taken the first steps to abolish radical leftwing ideology from the military, announcing over the weekend that the DoD will no longer tolerate DEI, an offshoot of CRT. “The Pentagon will comply immediately. No exceptions, name-changes, or delays,” Hegseth said, noting that “Those who do not comply will no longer work here.”

As Trump noted in his speech, Hegseth is "going to be fantastic," and "he's what we need" to enact these policies.

Trump further announced that he will "offer full reinstatement to any service member who was expelled from the armed forces due to the COVID vaccine mandate, and we will restore them to their former rank with full pay."

As The Gateway Pundit reported earlier, President Trump was expected to reinstate thousands of troops kicked out of the military by Joe Biden for refusing the COVID-19 vaccine.

Approximately 8,000 troops were discharged because of Biden’s COVID-19 vaccine mandate. Some troops sued over the mandate and faced backlash.

It was a concept, but we didn't, and now we have phenomenal technology. You see that with Israel, where out of 319 rockets, they knock down just about every one of them. So I think the United States is entitled to that, and everything will be made right here in the USA, 100%.

Next to ensure that we have the most lethal fighting force in the world, we will get transgender ideology the hell out of our military. It's going to be gone. In addition, we will stop our service members from being indoctrinated with radical left ideologies such as critical race theory. We're going to stop it. It's already been stopped. It's already been halted, totally halted.

And finally, we will offer full reinstatement to any service member who was expelled from the armed forces due to the COVID vaccine mandate, and we will restore them to their former rank with full pay.
