An illegal alien in Chamblee, Georgia, was allegedly responsible for a high-speed crash that killed a local real estate agent last week.

Christian Fernando Irias-Ruiz, who is 20 years old, ran a red light, reaching speeds up to 100 miles per hour. His car T-boned real estate agent Jimmy Chang, 37, and killed him.

The suspect, Irias-Ruiz, is an illegal alien from Honduras, according to a source telling Fox News. In the summer of 2021, Irias-Ruiz was picked up by the Border Patrol in South Texas. After his arrest, the Border Patrol released him thanks to the Biden regime’s unwillingness to deport illegal aliens.

Irias-Ruiz is facing numerous charges, including first-degree vehicular homicide, DUI, underage possession of alcohol, and reckless driving.

According to police sources, his car registration was suspended, and he was driving without a license and no insurance.

Four people were transported to the hospital as a result of the crash, which included Irias-Ruiz, two people in his car, and a driver of a third vehicle.

A realtor in Georgia was killed in a suspected DUI crash that allegedly involved an underage illegal immigrant from Honduras who ran through a red light and struck the driver, going 100 miles per hour (mph).

Police in Chamblee, Georgia, said that around 1:30 a.m. on Sunday, 20-year-old Christian Fernando Irias-Ruiz ran through a red light, going 100 mph, and T-boned another car, killing the driver, according to local station WSB-TV.

Family and friends identified the victim of the crash as 37-year-old Jimmy Chang, according to his social media and a GoFundMe page.

“Chang’s brother told WSB-TV that their family is devastated and still in shock that their beloved Jimmy is gone,” Fox News reported.

Jimmy Chang’s family set up a GoFundMe to cover the cost of his funeral and memorial.
