In the US a $53 million dollar program was launched to hand out pre-paid credit cards to illegal migrants who come to New York.

Illegals must sign an affidavit swearing they will only spend the funds on food and baby supplies or they will be kicked out of the program.

Cards are refilled every 28 days.

You can see the same UNHCR logo on these credit cards issued by Mastercard as for those that go out to illegals in the EU.
